Lake Rabun is a beautiful place, with friendly people. Plenty of boating and great scenery. The marina is nice, with some great items, and the people there are friendly. The lake and areas around the lake are clean and well-kept. And despite all the houses on the lake, it still looks lush and green. If you are looking for a place to spend a few days, this is a great place, with some nice rentals.

A very beautiful lake! The water is so clear and clean. Definitely recommend!

One of the most beautiful, most serene places on the planet. Very remote. Very echo-y. However, absolutely no AT&T service (as of February 2017)

This will always remain my favorite lake of all time, as a local, I have loved having the privilege to grow up here in the summer.

I am local to the area, and Lake Rabun is one of my favorite lakes. It’s surrounded by beautiful mountain views and gorgeous lake houses. The marina, Hall’s Boathouse, is nice, and this is where we usually put in at. My son loves visiting the rope swing, and he will stay there all day if you let him. The campground and day use area on this lake is nice too. We always have a blast when visiting this lake.

Crowded. Difficult to find parking and somewhere to fish from shore. I was directed to a public fishing pier by a park representative. The lake was so narrow and shallow that my line was run over by a boat and dragged. Just a mess. I won’t go back.
