Lakefront Brewery

Lakefront Brewery is a pleasant destination, especially for their engaging weekend tours. However, the food, while decent, doesn't quite justify the price. A particular issue is with the fish tacos, where they noticeably halve the fish pieces to create two tacos, compared to the fish basket which includes two full pieces. This makes the tacos feel like poor value for the money. Despite this, the brewery is an excellent place to relax and enjoy a few beers.

Highly recommend a stop here for their brats and cheese curds. We really enjoyed the experience - parking is a little hard though so maybe try street parking if possible. We tried both the regular brat and the polish, brat is a little sweet for sure. They also brew their own beers which is cool. Great cheese curds! Tasted high quality

I regret so much that the tour wasn’t longer! I’ll have to come back one day and do the weekend one. Our tour guide was awesome. If you are someone with kids, please leave them at home. Our guide had the skip the fun R-rated tour because they felt uncomfortable being too coarse with the like 6 kids present. 😿The beers were all excellent, I didn’t try one I didn’t like. The curds were all right, but the fish I ordered was the highlight and the fries were tasty. Just wish the fish could have been slightly bigger, or maybe I should not have been so hungry 🤤 🍻 Cheers to Lakefront!!

It's always 5 o'clock at Lakefront! This is still (all these years later!) one of the best spots to go in Milwaukee. I completely stopped drinking 2.5 years ago and love how they've upped their n/a beer game. Kudos! Thank you for that! The outdoor area has definitely grown over the years and it's a fine addition to the brewery. Go on a tour if you can and visit the gift shop!

Visiting from out of state and decided to give this brewery a shot, so glad we did! Excellent food and clean unique atmosphere! You order your food at the counter and let them know what number your table is and they will bring out your food to you! We ordered the pretzel and cheese curds! Hands down the best we have ever had!

Great experience, if you're not familiar with the Beer hall set up navigating where to sit can be a bit stressful. Just take your time and ask when in doubt. We were there on a Saturday of a long holiday weekend in February. I recommend finding a place to sit before you order. We designated a chair watcher and then made runs. Order food first then beer. Absolutely loved the pretzel and am intrigued to try the brawts! It was a nice time and there were many families. Be advised no flights on Saturdays. Bathrooms are nice and clean. For parking I'd recommend making a couple passes through the lot, be willing to walk especially on weekends. There is a long corridor to the right of the bar when you enter if you are looking for something slightly quieter than the hall.

A great place to enjoy local food in Wisconsin! I think they have the best cheese curds I’ve tried in the city. They also offer a wide range of local and international beer to satisfy multiple tastes. If you fancy a sausage, I would recommend Kielbasa and don’t miss the fries with home-made fry seasoning. The best fries in town, too. One thing I like from this place is that they have their online menu available in multiple languages and have accessibility options (seizure safe profile is also ideal for those with light sensitivity). However, the place can be crowded, then a little bit noisy, hence could be a little bit uncomfortable for those with high sound sensitivity or auditory issues. There are a couple of gyms and PokeStops for those who play Pokemon, so you’d have a good time hunting Pokemons while enjoying dinner. You may get a shiny if you’re lucky!! Restrooms are clean and they have a salt soap option that smells really nice and leaves the skin clean and soft! In general, this is my place to go when I am visiting Milwaukee. Staff are super friendly and food price/quality is good.

This brewery is easily one of the best breweries I have visited in America. This is legit a Milwaukee tourist attraction. Try all the bears, try the sussages, try the Pretzel, try the chicken wrap! Try everything, lol Too many delicious options. Oh try the curds, don't forget the curds.
