Tuesday kids free! Really good family night! Dessert (Cookie Monster) was absolutely delicious and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. but.... I ordered the Lakeside Burger and found the patty lacked seasoning—it tasted bland and underwhelming. My wife tried the Southwest burger, hoping for something with a kick, but she wasn’t happy with it. The flavors just didn’t come together, and it was missing that bold, smoky taste you'd expect from something labeled "Southwest." It wasn’t a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of flavor. With a little more attention to seasoning and recipe execution, this place could be much better.

I love coming here. Great staff, quick service and the food is always great. My go to is the Chipotle chicken sandwich. Great atmosphere for the kids to be entertained, good kids menue and pretty average prices. Definitely recommend

My husband and I both ordered the tacos and they were delicious. Both the carnita and asada were flavored well and tasty. I was surprised by the refried beans being so good as well. This was our first time eating here and we would definitely come back.

The food is always great here! I ordered the buffalo chicken which was on a Saturday special. And to finish it off with the Cookie Monster for dessert! Great local spot, we will definitely be back!

Great food, even when they're slammed! We went in on a Friday night, expecting to wait and take a while to get our food. We ordered drinks and a pretzel (which was great, btw) and then food after the appetizer came out. Perfect timing to get our food a few minutes after finishing the appetizer. Their kitchen staff is on point, servers were busy but still very attentive and overall out was a great experience!! Their management is on point!!

We came in with a party of 11 tonight. We were promptly greeted and told our wait would be just a few minutes. About 5 minutes later we were taken to our table. Our waitress was very friendly and even prioritized the kiddos food so we could get them fed. From the pasta, to the salad, to the wings.. everything was delicious. We are in town on vacation so we really appreciated the attentive service and great food. Definitely recommend!

I just ordered a BLT for pickup. Had to call in my order since they don't allow modifications on Doordash and I don't eat tomatoes or mayo, also doesn't offer an option to select cheese to add. Nevertheless, the sandwich was good. The bacon wasn't crispy as requested, but it was also a to-go order so it may have been crispy then softened on the ride home so I still give it 5 Stars. The portions are big (bothe the sandwich and the side) so I can make 2 meals out of it. Definitely recommend Lakeside for dining in or takeout - we don't like many things on their menu (we are picky eaters) but the couple things they offer that we do like are always delicious.

This is my neighborhood bar and often my first choice since it’s the closest. I’ve often had good experiences there, but over the past several months their service has been so slow that I’ve had to leave. Tonight was the final straw, it’s the second time in the past month that I’ve sat down and literally haven’t been helped for 20 minutes. The waitress showed up after 10 minutes and said she would return. She was kind, but after 10 more minutes of waiting I simply left and went where I always get great service (albeit further away)- Tailgaters. Honestly, Lake Pleasant Bar and Grill is understaffed. That’s probably the hardest thing to do as a bar owner (staff appropriately), but it is what it is. No, it wasn’t terribly busy, but the area where I was sitting was the busiest within the room. They’ve unfortunately lost my business and I hope that they can turn it around.

Great food, Great service. We ordered the aloha burger which was delicious, our server Justin was awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time last night at Lakeside Bar & Grill. We had over 20 people for a celebration. The server, Alyssa was phenomenal! She was so professional and relaxed taking care of everyone's drink and food orders. The drinks and food were all really good and the service from all staff was friendly and efficient. The Manager, DJ was so pleasant helping in advance to get everything ready for us before we arrived. If you have a large party and want to have a good time, please consider going here. You won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff!!

My sister and I met for lunch at Lakeside Bar & Grill. It was a first visit for all four of us. Our orders included an Arizona Burger, a Tuna sandwich, a Hot Pastrami sandwich and a Southwestern Salad. All the meals were delicious! No one had a single complaint. DJ was our server, and she did an excellent job answering questions, giving us all the time we needed to order and eat our meals as well as lingering awhile to visit. The indoor area of the restaurant was expansive and clean. We had a dog with us, so we ate outside on the patio. The misters kept the patio area pleasantly cool. DJ was even thoughtful enough to bring a bowl of water for the dog. I'll be sure to come again whenever I'm in the area.

I have tried over and over......but being a glutton for punishment, I thought I could have good luck. NOPE!!! Sat at the bar since I was alone. The bartender asked what I would like....i asked for El Tosoro! Her reply..." Never heard of it, how bout a beer!" Reluctant I ordered a draft that was posted....she informed me I would have to wait since they were changing the keg. She offered a bottle instead. I simply said I would wait. Meanwhile...I started inspecting the bottles....and lo and behold what I was asking for was actually on the shelf. I debated if I should call her out....but opted for ordering food and waiting. I decided on the special which was the fried fish...all you can eat. Well, when it arrived it was basically 3 small fish sticks with a plate of French fries and pre made slaw. The entire plate smelled like dirty grease. The fish tasted of hot grease and no flavor. I sat patiently as the waitress checked on everyone around me. At one point I was even raising my hand as she was checking on the pair next to me....only to pass me over and go to the other side of the bar. Food is terrible....service is shotty.....and for damn sake at least be aware of the bottles you carry before you pipe off and be condescending to a guy that will pay a premium for a pour of something that's openiy right in front of me. Do better

Great casual sports-bar type atmosphere. Lots of beer and other adult beverages to choose from and definitely a come-as-your-are vibe. Typical comfort food is available and lots of the usual choices meaning burgers, wings, salads and more. Wait staff is friendly and prompt, checking on you just the right amount of time. Close to other retail so if you are out and about you won't have to drive much in-between your stops. We will definitely be back.

Service was excellent, food is decent, but their drink prices and specials are very pricey. It's a local bar who could probably be busier if they had better specials and better drink prices. Comparing them to other local bars, we prefer to pay less or we can't go out as often.

Had really high hopes for this place. It wasn't super busy and they were able to sit a table of 9 within minutes (I guess that should have been my first red flag.). The pros: our server Maxwell was amazing, he was nice and attentive. The ambience was nice, the ac was running they have a bunch of TVs with sports and the news. The staff didn't seem overwhelmed when it started to pick up. The bbq burger and fries was good. The cons: the food was not great. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip and it was so runny, flavorless and overall just yuck. I ordered the club on wheat and It was so dry and salty. I couldn't finish my meal, after two bites I was done. The Nashville chicken wrap had good flavoring but the chicken was overly crispy. We didn't order any alcoholic drinks but they seemed fairly priced. We will probably not come back here but it's definitely nice to try it.

Three of us went to happy hour here on a late Wednesday afternoon and sat at the bar. Our bartender, I believe her name is Kori, was right there with menus and drink orders. Drinks presented fast. We ordered a BLT (no lettuce so is that a BT?), a Chicken Chimichanga, and a Nashville Hot Chicken Wrap. Of the three, my daughter was clearly the winner with her chimi. My wife liked her BT and coleslaw. What I did notice was the size of my wrap. It is considerably smaller that I remembered from a few years ago, but was good. One thing, my onion rings, it's time to change the oil in the fryer. That was the only complaint. Kori is a dynamo behind the bar. Nobody wants for anything. We agreed we will come back.

Great atmosphere and ambience. Very relaxing. The food tasted great. The service is fast and service was very nice and helpful

Menu deletes: first the boneless wings.....now the Mexican corn dip AND the CILANTRO LIME. All my favorites :( At least the beer is cold and the pups are happy! Staff is pretty much always amazing!

Let me tell you Alyssa was is the absolute best server my grandparents and my parents and my husband came tonight on 80s night and Jessica was our bartender and they were the absolute best. Let me say the least they're the A team. They are so sweet I love them so much there's totally no other words I can put it to describe how great they are. See them the next time you come in.

We stopped in with our puppy while we were on a walk and were pleasantly surprised! The staff is super friendly, the menu has a wide variety including a few options of protein for the pup, and the service was super quick. We were seated immediately by our waitress, and given our menu and waters (including a bowl of water for the puppy!). For a Friday night at 5pm, we received our appetizer within 2 minutes of ordering it and received our main course (Aloha Burger) just 3 minutes after we ordered it. The appetizer was tasty, but I feel it was a small portion for the price. If you sit outside, they do have misters on when it's warm out. We will definitely be returning to give some of the other options on the menu a try!

Reasonably priced neighborhood place that is a great spot to go for almost any occasion. Their HH is one of the better ones in terms of appetizer and beer specials and it goes til 7 during the week so that's a nice plus since many competitors end that at 6. The Friday fish fry is also one of my personal favorites. Always fresh with large portions. Bar area always gets very crowded typically before 5 on Fridays so be sure to keep that in mind when planning a visit.

In this visit we stopped in for a beer and an appetizer. On a good recommendation we went with a coffee inspired option, it was very good. The appetizer we chose, the cheese curds and they were awesome, 10 out of 10 recommend! The service was good, very friendly. The vide is pretty chill, definitely a good spot to watch a game.

I've been here several times. Each time, the food is delicious and comes out quick. The downside is the amount of time it takes for your server to come take your drink and food order. Our latest experience was on Tuesday evening, 11/28. We were seated outside for 20 minutes with no one coming by. My husband went inside and was assured someone would be out. After another ten minutes (and hubby losing patience), he went in again. Laura M., the bar tender, stepped up to the plate and came out immediately to take our order plus the other two tables that were waiting as well. This young lady was squared away. Friendly and fast. Thank you Laura for salvaging our dinner experience!

First and last time here. We saw an ad for the Halloween contest. Great service, okay food but let me tell you about the Dueling Jack@sses... I mean Pianos. It's 2023. Upgrade your sexist jokes please. When there is total silence after your joke that degrades women, maybe switch gears. Even better... Switch joke subjects as much as you switch keys. Go to Lakeside for the food and drinks but not for the "entertainment'.

The ambience is nice, lots of bright lights and they are family friendly. We ordered several entrees and almost of all of them were either not seasoned well or served with cold sides. Our waiter was fast and friendly, but for the price and the quality of food we received I think they can do better. Philly cheese steak- bland Mash potatoes - my son loved them Gravy for mash potatoes- very salty Bbq bacon burger- well seasoned Fries- cold Bun- cold Ranch- taste like bottled ranch, for $15 burger I expect a better tasting ranch. Kids Kraft mac n cheese- Fries- cold Caesar salad- daughter loved San Francisco burger- dry Fries cold Bread pudding- loved.

Meh. Third time is NOT a charm. Service is SLOW. Food is nothing special. Ordered The Buffalo Chicken Salad w Blu Cheese. Could not detect any Blu cheese in it and the "roasted red peppers" were gross w an odd pickled , jarred taste. The kids meals are decent sized. It the fries are gross. Came here with my kid as there are few other options for kid friendly, inside seating in the are. Bottom line? NOT worth a $30 lunch!

Most I can give is one star. For a BAR and Grill, HAPPY HOUR is pathetic, no real HAPPY hour. And a grill should be able to serve a good burger. Our Patty Melts were tastless and definitely not worth $14.88. Our golf course grill is twice as good and half the price. The Cobb salad could have been better - bacon was under cooked and the dressing had the consistancy of mayonaise. Our server was nice. I don't expect Lakeside to be open much longer.

Must say I'm disappointed in my experience with the staff last night. While sitting at the bar, I do not think it's professional to hear two bartenders talking about the other staff members. New to the area and have actually experienced the Thursday night bartender doing it before. Definitely try to avoid the nights she works because quite frankly she's just snood. It's unprofessional to speak loudly the she does. Her and the blonde in transition we're definitely out of line and it was uncomfortable. Instead of gossiping about fellow coworkers, they should be doing their job a little better. Only giving three stars because we like the place but definitely not these two.

Great place for a burger, get the arizona burger, you won't be disappointed! Friday's clam chowder is great if you are a clam chowder lover. I am not the biggest fan of the fish fridays (personI think v's taproom has better fish and chips as they use a higher quality fish...mahi mahi) but I do know its popular amongst us locals. The servers are always friendly but they could honestly use more help when super busy. Knocking off a star for that. Also the kids menu and the overall menu needs to be revamped. The mac and cheese is often cold because they pour cold milk on it to thin it out. One star knocked for that as well.

A disappointing low quality experience all the way around at Lakeside Bar and Grill. My husband and I had been eyeing this place for months and were eager to give it a try; finally we got a date night out and took advantage. Upon arrival we noticed the place was somewhat dirty and run down. The tables were sticky, floors were dirty, and the bathrooms were small and yucky. Despite the appearance we thought the food might be different, but we were wrong... The menu appears to have a lot to offer with a variety of fried appetizers such as cheese curds (which actually were yummy), wings, chips and salsa as well as salads, entrees, burgers, sandwiches etc. We ordered fried shrimp, cheese curds, and the club sandwich and the only thing even remotely edible were the cheese curds. The sandwich was soggy and lacked flavor, and the shrimp obviously came from a freezer bag and was accompanied by a pretty gross sauce. The portion sizes are average and yet the prices are somewhat steep for fried food that's not very good. I will say that our server Jeff was very nice and attentive. The staff seemed to be working hard and it's definitely not their fault the restaurant isn't up to par. Other than being dirty inside they did have a lot of room as well as plenty of TVs to watch a game if you're in the mood. It's possible that their food is terrible but they have decent drinks, however we do not drink so we will never know. Sadly our experience at Lakeside Bar and Grill was not what we were expecting; lousy food and environment...we could have had a decent meal for the same price elsewhere. If you're looking for a great bar and grill I suggest Zipps.

The service was awful and the food was even worse! My wrap was drenched in sauce to the point it was soggy and couldn't taste anything but the sauce. I didn't even eat it and the server didn't offer any suggestions to accommodate. Once he took our order we never saw him again. The atmosphere is your typical sports bar.

One of my favor places that we frequent every Monday and Tuesday, occasionally on weekends. Two people we absolutely adore, Laura and Marjory. Looking forward to heading back to Laura, I have heard that with the change of management, things are not as cozy. Am glad I still get to visit Steven at Lakesides other bar in Scottsdale. I'll add more once we arrive for a heads up. In the interim, I'll look forward to seeing my ladies for the next 6 months. Best bartenders in Arizona! When a person makes you laugh, you know you have the best!

Great neighborhood bar and grill with above average food for a bar. I highly recommend the grilled wings, they are nicely done and the medium sauce is just about right, not too hot, but enough of a kick that it doesn't taste like plain chicken. Staff is friendly and helpful, beer is cold.

Service was fine food was subpar. The ambiance is cool and laid back. I would definitely go back for appetizers and drinks but probably not for dinner again.

I frequent this place. This is definitely where the locals hang out for a drink and great pub food in North Peoria. The cook will bring you your food when it's ready and the servers are on the ball. They have many beers on draft and a fully stocked bar for mixed drinks. There are numerous TVs and the game is always on.

Fair prices, and good service. Has a good menu with lots of choices. Lots of good beers on tap and drink choices

This was our third time trying this place and it was a much better experience then before. Usually I found their food underwhelming and small portions. Food is always slow to come out. Nothing special. But we came on a Friday for the first time and tried the unlimited fish fry. And it was delicious. Also my husband and daughter ordered a basket of wings that were big, juicy and perfectly cooked. We ordered a quesadilla and spinach and artichoke dip as appetizers. I do not recommend the dip. One of worst I have ever had. Just pass. We shared. Bowl of clam chowder, which was good. Just meh. And lastly our two little boys ordered chicken strips and fries and the chicken was very dry/overcooked. And they only gave 2 pieces of chicken per basket.

Ambiance is sports bar plus, plenty of TV's. Comfortable seating most anywhere. Nice patio. Neither of the two hostesses were at the desk. Drinks and beer selection is a worth a star. The rest of the menu depends on the cook, and they clearly have no standards. Food generally was not good, came to table incorrect, cold, and delivery was a drop and gone. Had no utensils, no server, drinks were slow but good. Makes it hard to come back....in fact that would be a NO! Overall score, it SUCKS! Shame, as it would take so little leadership to make this place a five star. Too bad......

Food was wrong coming out, cold and just plain not great. Service was slow and inconsistent. We had to get our own menus, stopped someone to ask for silverware, which one was clearly dirty. Drinks were good but again wrong on the first go around. Will not be back!

So far so good (I'll come back and change this if I see fit). We were able to get in right away and the food/drinks are diverse enough for the whole party. So many yummy looking foods were walking right past us and I wanted to try everything. We had great service while we were there- anyone who is complaining about wait staff needs to understand the whole world is understaffed. I'll head back soon- this is in my neighborhood.

Have maybe left 2 reviews ever however this one is a must do to The excellent service. Last night my husband, daughter and I came to the Lakeside for dinner. We were seated in I believe the second higher table was closest to the bar. The place seemed busy and upbeat. A female worker waa walking next to our table and was approached upon us being sat by an older woman. Let me tell you this lady was not kind to the worker. I have been in the industry myself years ago, and I can tell you firsthand that it is not easy keeping your cool under situations like this. Well this not so kind woman was being nasty to the worker. You can tell the worker was trying to not get upset but we could tell she was shaking. She was already trying to help the customers from what we overheard however this woman would not leave The poor girl alone to do her job. A few moments later this worker ended up being our server/ bartender which we were very happy about. We wanted to let her know that we were sorry for that situation for her, but before we could do so she apologized to us as she greeted us with a smile. We know how hard it is constantly trying to be in a professional happy position in a moment that is tough. We understood that it was not the worker's fault and just wanted to give her praise. I'm not sure how she did it but she did it. She was very prompt with us constantly smiling and seemed very upbeat afterwards. We never went without drinks and our food was actually really delicious. I myself got the hummus sandwich, My husband, a burger and my daughter the Philly cheesesteak. She talked us into having a few more beers and we actually enjoyed ourselves. We left her a nice tip and again my family would like to give a big 5 stars for the staff at lakeside for handling people that can be tough to handle. We wish we kept our receipt for the lady's name. However, she seemed to be the bartender and the main one with all the tattoos if that helps identify her. We will be back and asking for her again.

I contacted the owner as he requested. We talked over the phone and he listened to my concerns and was genuinely interested in my feedback. We revisited on a very busy Friday 3/10. Service was great! Food was good! I'm glad to see the effort to make it right.

Ok. Happy to nudge this fine establishment up to a 5. Way impressed by 1. The quality of the killer Saturday steak special AND 2. They hire musicians of impressive character. Micheal Nitro didn't just acknowledge the staff before he kicked off the night, he did so with genuine care and mentioned everyone by name! Pretty stellar in my book. Kudus, Lakeside, you're alright.

Meltdown Monday- Well cook certainly had a meltdown! ordered the Monday Patty Melt and it was served well done with hard crusty bread. Asked for a medium rare instead. That came back and bread was even worse. Meat was a little better. My partner had the Chili Chicken Sandwich on Brioche bun. The bun was hard too! Fries were stale. Asked for fresh fries amd was given a small bowl. Very disappointed. Place wasnt busy either for a Monday night football.

Living on the westside we are limited to outside sports bars, this place kept popping up so we decided to try i it! Hoping to watch the all star game which we were way to early early for, had a great patio table outside but no sound. The service was great and the food was really great!! Hot and fresh, the beyond patty's were very good!! We were all satisfied! Only slight issue was the behind patty was $5 extra on top of the burger price and that was not mentioned on the menu so we had $20 burgers. Not cool. Also not cool that there was no sound outside for games.

Last review I wrote for here was 5 stars. Taking away 2 for the grumpy bartenders my last two experiences. Please be kind.

Very poor service! We have been going to Lakeside for about 5 years and always enjoyed it. Nice large sports type place with better than average food and good beer. A week ago my wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner. Uggh! Our server, Gianna S, was terrible. Hardly a nice greeting and seemed put out that we wanted time to look over the menu. She was much more occupied and attentive to the high-top with four guys having beer. My wife asked for water. After 15 minutes we asked again and finally got it. Same with the sweetener, another 5 minutes, she just did not care. When my burger arrived, I asked for another catsup - that never made it to the table at all. Horrible service. When we were finished, the check arrived pronto! Never had to ask for it at all. Just a bad experience at a place we have enjoyed for years. The server needs training or a pink slip. Would prefer posting hood reviews on Yelp, however accuracy and balanced reviews add more value to the platform.

Consistently good service when we sit at the bar but had a less than exciting experience in the main dining area. This place was our Friday night happy hour spot for a while and we always had great service, cold beers (at a great price!), and solid options for food at the bar. But came in once with my parents and sat in the main dining area right by their apparent prep station table. A few of us realized right after leaving that we had jalapeño juice spray all over us after the girl behind us was cutting them. It was visibly on our shirts (with stains) and you could smell it for hours after. I emailed the restaurant through their posted contact info but got no response. We tried to come back again to sit at the bar for what we know is a better experience but after multiple attempts and never finding two open seats we've given up and explored other nearby options. Obviously a testament to their popularity but I think we just had a really bad time sitting away from the bar.

Excellent service! Perfect sports bar ambiance. Had the Southwest Chicken Bowl, 75% white rice. Not impressed. However the Asian wings were a home run. Ice cold draft glasses were appreciated. Price was high for what we got, 2 draft beers and 2 glasses of wine $32.

Delicious! I can't remember the last time we actually ate there, at the restaurant, but this local gem is one we frequent often, when wanting to have some delicious take out. The burgers are amazing!

Hugely noisy! Just know that going in Super cute place ... made me think of our lake town in Minnesota. The service was great, the menu is pretty diverse. I had fajitas, my daughters boyfriend had fettuccini Alfredo. He said his was a bit watery but I liked my chicken fajitas.. this will sound weird but they give you a lot of cheese and that made me happy lol My hubby had a buffalo chicken wrap and my daughter had a burger. They liked it. Again, only thing tough was how noisy it was. Hard for all of us to talk Service was good. Our waiter did a lot of running around but for items to us in a timely manner

Such a rad place to stop by! My husband and I came here to celebrate a personal milestone and the beer was the perfect temp and most of the staff was friendly!

Whatever you do- DO NOT order the grilled fish tacos from here. They are disgusting. They came out cold and the fish was grey

Came here with friends, hadn't been here in awhile due to lackluster quality. Ok! Don't get the fish tacos!! Absolutely tasted sour like bad, old fish. All of our food was hospital food. Waiter seemed annoyed right when we sat down. He doesn't like his job. Why can't you serve quality food especially for the prices you charge. The bar seems nice but won't come back for food.

The food is good and the outdoor seating is nice. Overall, a very good experience and I plan to go back.

Good bar area I liked it when the old owners had it better but it's very OK, and probably the worst hamburger I've ever had in my entire life just drink the beer
