My husband and I wanted to have an American breakfast experience so we went here. We did not make a reservation but they had enough space there. We got the menus and ordered some eggs, toast and pancakes. When it comes to eggs, they really go the extra mile to make sure we get exactly what we want for breakfast. They’re so attentive to our preferences! And for drinks we got coffee and juice. All were really good. They do refill the coffee continuously. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Hoping to go back soon. Totally recommend this place!

Best Western omelet I've ever had. The eggs were fluffy. The side of bacon was cooked to perfection.

This place ! I want to eat here everyday. Warm and Cozy where you can just relax with your coffee and enjoy great conversation. Our waitress was so friendly and on top of the coffee refills! The cheesesteak omelette was fresh and delicious ( great portion too ) Everything was perfect, can’t wait to return.

First time here. Took my mom for breakfast and got to sit outside. Busy but not crowded, so happy not to have a wait. My favorite thing about this place was our server, Samantha. Now a days it is so rare to find an engaging and attentive server, and this place has a gem. The food was good too. My mom loved her waffle, didn't enjoy her turkey sausage, but had 1 1/2 cups of coffee, which means she enjoyed that! I got a mushroom feta omelet, home fries, biscuit, and side of sausage links. Very good. The bill came to about $39, which, unfortunately, now a days is considered reasonable for breakfast, but this is why going out is a once in a while treat. Would definitely come back.

This was my first time at Lakeview Cafe and it was a hit! We went for breakfast, service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious! I love scrapple so it was great to see it on their menu. It was a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Will be back soon!

Ordered via door dash, my first time trying. And wow. Amazing. I ordered the Mexican omelette with has brown. Great. Salsa was perfectly mild and ham very juicy. Thank you. I also ordered a beautiful Cobb salad for lunch. I can't wait to try it. It looks just like their menu pictures. Can't wait to go dine in!

My server Ashley was amazing. Service was prompt. Attentiveness at its best. Her and Samantha displayed an exquisite realm of hospitality. A warm and welcoming experience.The dialogue engagement with the guests as well as myself was superb. Pren’s protégés at their best. The new owners have quite the team members there. Will be back soon.

How can you mess up home fries?? Every other diner and breakfast place makes them similarly: Parboiled potatoes finished on a grill and browned. Your mess is almost like being trolled or baited. Is that Cumin? Dirt? Vacuum Cleaner Dust? Hands down the worst "homefries" I ever had the misery of eating. Gross.

Great little place that I tried because of excellent prior Yelp reviews Server was awesome. When I asked if the chicken salad is homemade, she said yes and offered me a sample. It is delicious. My friend and I each got a chicken salad wrap with homemade chips. Fresh brewed Ice Tea topped off our lunch! This little restaurant is a gem with awesome service, delicious food, clean and inviting atmosphere. Will definitely be back when I am in the area

A hidden gem in a shopping center... Greeted by staff and owner (very personable) Clean eating area... Ample portions reasonable prices GOOD FOOD that tastes good I will return to check out other gems on the menu Thanks Eric

Stopped here on Wednesday morning with a friend and was immediately welcomed as I walked thru the door. A very pleasant waitress and an ample mug of fresh coffee soon followed. I chose one of my all time favorites, cream chipped beef which was served over tender biscuits and it was delicious. Served with a generous side of home fries. (My request to add sautéed onions to the potatoes was no problem at all.) Waitress continued to be attentive and offered a smile with each visit to our table. Atmosphere has a cool vibe with ample seating and it was clear from the chatter around me that many other patrons had fast become "regulars" here. I look forward to returning to sample the lunch menu. Give Lakeview a try. You will love it! I believe they have take-out and do catering as well!

Cozy little spot serving great breakfast & lunch with cool nostalgia of the old amusement park once located there! The servers are fun & friendly and the prices are fair. I recommend the fried potato cakes as your breakfast side!

The servers are conscientious, well trained, and friendly beyond belief. They are all wonderful, especially Ashley, she is fantastic in every way. The kitchen is top notch too. The food comes out consistently great and presented very very well. The owner, Eric, is a wonderful person to talk to. I really can't say enough about Lakeview Café. We love going there for the food and the people

Honestly this place is one of the best, most underrated spots in town. I come here regularly and have not had a single bad experience. The menu is large, but well executed. The servers are always so personable and quick with service. It's a cozy little spot with old school diner vibes. Highly recommend the potato cakes. Also all the sandwiches are great. They have a waffle fries too (the seasoned ones are the best). If you're looking for a quick, delicious, affordable meal, this place should be your go to!

Had breakfast there today. Food was great. The table was sticky and I told waitress the first time she was at our table but she never cleaned it. I had wipes in my purse so I finally cleaned it myself. After she delivered our drinks and food she raced off She raced around the restaurant like she had to take care of many tables. She did not as there were not many tables taken. She needs to slow down and take better care of her customers

KUDOS! goes out to the New Owner. I went there Today with a GIFT CARD. He Honored the GIFT CARD from the Previous Owner. He Could have been a JERK & Like some Restaurant Owners, & Said No! Or came up with some LAME Excuse Not to Except it? Besides that They have GREAT FOOD! GREAT SERVICE & GREAT AMBIANCE!

So happy to find this eatery. Felt like being at my favorite diner back home. Ashlee gave me great service. She made me feel like I belonged. I was able to have cheddar on my grilld chz, tomato, and scrapple sandwich. Prices were fair considering the current economy. A must go if you're in the area.

Lakeview Cafe is my favorite breakfast place in the area. I regularly come here with family and friends. I love their eggs Benedict. Everything is always fresh and made with love. I like the photographs on the walls detailing the history of the lakeside park. The servers and owner are warm and welcoming! Come for breakfast, or any meal here, and you will not be disappointed.

Located in a strip mall, nice pavers for outdoor seating and the inside is cozy. Food took a little bit of time but the place was very busy at the time so that's understandable. Got the peach pancakes which was definitely better than some of the surrounding breakfast establishments (Annamarie's and Sunshine Cafe). Pork sausage links were pretty good. Wait staff was very kind, they were definitely hustling and working hard. Kids got crayons and something to color which is nice. Food won't blow you away but it's well seasoned and worth it, we had no complaints and it's a big plus to have friendly staff. Will be back for sure.

Sat down, wanted lunch. Got a breakfast menu. Saw an item I was okay with, meat lover's omelette. Waitress impatient, almost rude. Speed of order was fine. Got the omelette plus onions and green peppers. That was not on the breakfast menu, just the list of meats and cheese. I hate onions and green peppers. Should have sent it back. That was on me. I'll never go back again. Place place is dead to me.

Very clean. They are taking all cleaning and safety precautions. All staff was very nice and attentive, nice to see them supporting their local community. They have a large menu. Food was done quickly and was very delicious. Would definitely recommend and come again. Maybe even later tonight for the Nelsons ice cream!

Liked the "Mexico City Omelette" Special so much, I ordered it again! Really do hope they add it to the regualr menu. Great selection, great taste, great value, great atmosphere. A great place!! Sooo glad to see new ownership here at this excellent location. Looking forward to eating outside too. Definitely a winner for breakfast, brunch or lunch!!

This Is My Spot, inside or Outside .... The Food is Great and the people are really Nice ...... This is my wife and our new hangout ... Check out their Breakfast Monster with 12 eggs and to many others to say .. If You Like Rubens they are Great also ....

Food is good but service seems to be a problem. I think it's a matter of timing when they get busy. Have only done breakfast and one lunch. Was very good. I had the spinach with chicken salad and was excellent. I would however recommend when a table is seated that they are given menus. Seems the waitstaff has to deliver the menu and utensils and napkin. Why not have the host (owner?) give the menus when seating the table. Then if the waitress is delayed at least the guests are reviewing the menu. If the person cleaning the table sets it up with utensils and napkin then it's ready. Just seems odd the way it's handled now. Hope it helps.

This place is tucked into a little strip mall behind the Giant in Royersford. On a Sunday morning, there was no wait which was nice! I had the eggs benedict with the potato cakes. The eggs benedict were better than some of the other breakfast places in the area with perfectly runny eggs and made from scratch hollandaise. The potato cakes were crispy and delicious! The potato cakes had some sort of ranch like seasoning in them which I enjoyed, but my husband didn't. My husband had a combo with eggs, pancakes, sausage and bacon, and potato cakes. He liked them all minus the potato cakes. This place was less expensive than some of the other breakfast spots in the area, which was another plus. We plan to return, especially if the lines are too long on Main St!

Decent food but tooooo slooooow. Home Fries were barely warm and tasted like they were sitting on grill too long. Probably COVID caused but seemed under-staffed. Too bad.

Pretty good! We're new to Limerick/Royersford and slowly making our way through all the great restaurants! Breakfast was good, aside from getting my eggs wrong. I'm not that picky, so I just ate them anyway. My husband loved his skillet breakfast. Coffee was good. Very pleasant, clean environment, friendly waitstaff. We'll be back!

I have been coming here for months now and never have a bad experience. My favorites are their Crab Benedict or a scrapple and cheese omelet. Always a wonderful experience making sure our coffee or waters are full. The waitstaff is such an improvement from prior restaurants in this location. There is no bickering, plenty of attention to details and they care about what they do. Another improvement is the cleanliness. The staff and owner do care about their reputation and are always friendly. They make me feel like I'm coming to their home for a visit and not just a number.

Great food. Management is readily available and willing to help. Great overall place for the community.

Good food but waited 45 minutes for our food when the place was only 1/2 full and manager was sitting around. Also waited 15 minutes to track down the waitress for some coffee. Seems like it's changed a lot since they changed hands

Love this place. Run like a tight ship, never a wait, delicious food and reasonable prices. My favorite breakfast place in Rofo.

Food was fresh and tasted amazing. Definitely would come back when in the area. I had a short stack French toast with two scrambled eggs and two sausages. It was very good.

We love the new Lakeview Cafe! We had breakfast there once with the whole family and the service and food were both very good. The kids loved the pancakes! We've ordered takeout from there a few times now. Both the cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks are excellent. Everything seemed to be running really smoothly even though they've only been open a few months. We will definitely be back!

I love this place for breakfast or lunch. Anytime really. Clean and well taken care of. Ample room in the booths and a very welcoming environment. Perfect hometown diner/restaurant. And the food is delicious. Never disappointed. Friendly staff is attentive and pleasant. Love going here with my husband or with my kids too. Thumbs up!!

A super friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. The owner makes you feel like a friend. Food is great - large menu with plenty of options. It is the only place in town I will go to for breakfast.

I was excited to see this establishment re-open so quickly after it closed under a different business name. The long and short is that I was served the worst breakfast I had ever gotten in my entire life. Parts of the signature dish "farmers breakfast" were missing completely. ( the potato cakes specifically ) on top of the fact that biscuits and gravy generally come with 2 standard 3"-3.5" round biscuits split equaling 4 pieces.. this plate served 1 dried out husk the size of a half dollar.. The gravy tasted like they had poured a few cups of flour and water in it to stretch the volume.. the mixture tasted like starch and nothing else, they also forgot the side I ordered, which I had to request. The scrambled eggs were standard but entirely forgettable, and presented in a very sloppy manner. Extremely disappointing and sad, I left hungry and confused because i literally was not served the full meal i had ordered. My date was happy with her waffle - the coffee was decent. Likely will not return, but I do wish them good luck.

This was my first time going to this place since it re-opened. It was setup similar to the Corner Cafe and the food was pretty much the same as well. First thing I noticed was when our server (Maria?) came over and asked What do you want to drink? There was no introduction or anything, but I figured maybe she's just busy. The whole service from her just gave me a weird vibe as if she didn't feel like working there or didn't like our table. She wasn't rude, but rather disinterested and disengaged. There were three of us and only two menus and silverware so I ended up grabbing a menu from the table next to us and had to ask for silverware after the food arrived. Food was okay, nothing that was worth mentioning. I will say the toast came out cold and covered in butter that was half melted. The bill was $35.00 dollars which I thought was pretty high for breakfast until I realized they had tried to charge me $4.00 for our waters. They were submitted as "Coke products". I brought it up upon payment and the owner quickly removed it and apologized. Overall, it just wasnt a great experience between the food and service. JCs 3 Square Meals is usually the go to spot, and I think after this expericence, I will stick with them.

My wife and I have eaten there five or six times since it re opened. Today we were there with our granddaughters. We are only rating breakfast. We have not had a bad meal yet. Find everybody to be very pleasant and food is definitely a step up from some of the other local places we go to. Wish them well!

Bright, cheery, pleasant waitress. Had banana nut french toast. Excellent. The warm REAL maple syrup was a nice touch. Will put on list of rat here more often. Will check out there lunch menu next visit

Always super clean - even the high chairs!!! It was so refreshing to know that the same care in cleanliness extends to all parts of the restarting. The food is amazing! I did have one egg Benedict that the egg wasn't poached completely but everyone has an off day - the other egg and sauce was amazing!! All of our meals have been really good and surprisingly inexpensive for the value! The coffee is great and they seem to support other local business and families! Having moved here 8 months ago, we've finally found our local favorite for breakfast/brunch!

Service is beyond slow. Food was almost inedible. Won't be back. Went for breakfast, hash brown was terrible and received wrong food but couldn't wait again that long to get right food.

Been here a couple of times and each time we find something that that makes us not want to return. First time one of our orders was shorted the sausage. When my husband said something to the owner, he seemed to have an "attitude " about it. The second time the waitress kept asking if we wanted our coffee refilled and we did and she never refilled. Today was the day that sealed the date in this spot for us. An hour wait for breakfast when the place was not crowded. We were a party of 2 and it took an hour to get breakfast. Not one apology from the waitress,or from the owner who was walking around. He should have went to the waiting tables and apologized for the wait. To make matters worse I ordered the veggie skillet, and the description on the menu says scrambled eggs, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach and cheese. My plate comes and there is no spinach but broccoli. Did I mention I don't like broccoli? I was really annoyed. Not only did we wait an hour but I could not even eat the breakfast I ordered. The Sunshine Cafe on Ridge Pike is much better and the prices are better. A new diner will be opening up on Lewis Road hopefully they will be much better than The Lakeview.
