L'Alchimie restaurant Nice

A truly refined dining experience in Nice. Every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced in flavor. The mushroom ravioli was rich and creamy with excellent depth, and the fish dish was delicate with a beautifully executed sauce. The soft egg starter with espuma was technically impressive and very elegant. We finished with a classic crème brûlée — perfectly caramelized on top and silky underneath. Professional service, warm atmosphere, and a well-selected wine list. Highly recommended!

I celebrated my birthday here, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was very attentive, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming even though the place was packed. Since we visited during peak season, we made sure to reserve a table in advance, as walk-ins weren’t allowed. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this place!

L’Alchimie Restaurant in Nice is a must for those who appreciate excellent quality at a reasonable price. A three-course lunch menu costs €29.90 and includes enough variety on their limited menu. Note: this local guide is very much a fan of restaurants with limited choice as respect the kitchen’s preference for fresh, quality ingredients. I had the variations of pepper to start that was accompanied by a generously sized stracciatella (that’s a big ball of cheese), followed by fresh seabeds with green beans and broccoli, ending with a slice of fig tart on a nutty base. Everything delicious, everything made with fresh local ingredients and served at the appropriate temperature. Never once did I feel rushed nor ignored even though I dined alone. The food was so good that I looked to make reservations for dinner with a friend, though it was too late. Be sure to make reservations in advance to enjoy one of. Ice’s most sought after lunch venues. Also, keep in mind, dinner is available Fridays and Saturdays - three-course menu for €38. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Nice. Food was excellent, well-priced fine dining with a lovely atmosphere. Good selection for starters, main and dessert. The chocolate eclair was divine! We also enjoyed the amuse bouche. Staff were attentive and polite. Will return next time in Nice.

A must-try french restaurant in Nice! The atmosphere there was nice and the services were friendly. It's quite crowed during late lunch period but it proves how good this restaurant is！ All dishes were great, the most impressive was the fish fillet, with layers of flavours from the sauce and fish! The passion fruit baba as dessert added a happy end for the meal. Generally saying, the three-course lunch menu is definitely worth the price.

Very delicious! Green beans and risotto were my favorite, desserts were also great. I just didn’t like the outside seating area, inside seemed nicer.
