Yelp
Yelp says that things to consider in my review are food, service, and ambiance! Let's start with the important one: the food is excellent. I tried the carne asada, al pastor, and pollo (chicken) tacos, and all were tasty, with generous portions of meat and a nice char on the tortillas to add just a little texture and flavor. Best of all, this approach eliminates the ubiquitous second tortilla on each taco, because who needs to eat that much corn?
The people are friendly and crank out the tacos quickly, so you're not left standing around for way too long like so many food trucks. This is a really underrated aspect of food truck service: if you value your time, speed is important. They patiently answered all my questions and we had a nice conversation using my definitely beginner-level Spanish, though of course they speak better English than I do Spanish.
Ambiance? Well, there ain't any, but they do have squeeze bottles with tasty salsa. Get ya some!
