Lalito’s Taqueria

They have the most delicious taquitos in the area. Super flavorful, juicy, crispy, and for a great price. They tasted very fresh. The outdoor dining area is large and covered. Everything was super clean.

Home made and priced right, 20 stars!! The food.... just try it, the star system does not do these type of food justice. I see chain restaurants getting 5 stars that are mediocre, so yes, it gets 20 stars. If you consider the price they charge and what you get, 30 stars! (IMHO) :).

I dunno... pretty good burrito. A bit of an uninspiring place to hang out. Lots of call in and internet orders... so despite being able to order pretty quickly, there was a wait. Like... almost sit down restraunt wait. Odds are I'll eat here again.

Great food and friendly staff. This is how a burrito should taste. This is the closest thing to a real burrito and not from a chain. A lot of love goes into this food.

Ordered for delivery from DoorDash. Just want to come here and say the food were delicious and the portions are great! Never have I ever seen that big burrito! Well done and will definitely come back in the future. Great stuff!

This is the next level Mexican food. The Quesabirria Tacos are the best I can remember. The beans and rice are made in house, the tortillas are even next level. Do you and yours a favor and enjoy a meal at Lalito's, you won't be disappointed! 6 out of 5 stars

I came to this taqueria and I must say the flavor is on point! We tried a torta, burrito, and red chile chicken tamale 🫔 😋 I was surprised that the tamales were the banana leaf as not many vendors use it however it adds so much flavor and definition. The salsa was hot 🔥 🥵 😋 service was amazing and plenty of parking!

Even on a cold winter evening, Lalito's served up delicious and feel good food! The barria tacos were amazing. Big portions making for great leftovers and the mangonada was tantalizing to my tastebuds.

Great food truck! They have an amazing variety of food and drinks for one little truck. The service is friendly. I got two tacos, one chicken and one beef (carne asada) and an order of esquites, and it was all flavorful and fresh. The tacos had some heat without salsa, but I added some extra for a little more kick. I want to try the hibiscus tea drink or horchata next time. I also like this particular food cart pod because there is a lot of seating, both covered and uncovered. (And there is a foosball table!) Happened upon Lalitos while stopping to get Indian groceries next door. What a great find! The taquitos, the tostadas, and birria tacos were delicious. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit cup which was indeed fresh and delicious especially after the flavorful Mexican dishes! Super casual outdoor seating.

BIRRIA QUESADILLAS are the move. run by such a sweet family and the food never disappoints. for a food truck, the location is weird but they make the most of it with a pool table and other amenities on the property to provide a pleasant experience.

Best quesabirria tacos in Eugene, and everything else is good, too. Rotating menu items are nice, sometimes with tamales de pollo and with atole in the cold months and different aguas frescas on different days. Unique menu items of Oaxaca variety and good selection of standards. Always friendly. A South Eugene treasure.

Yelp says that things to consider in my review are food, service, and ambiance! Let's start with the important one: the food is excellent. I tried the carne asada, al pastor, and pollo (chicken) tacos, and all were tasty, with generous portions of meat and a nice char on the tortillas to add just a little texture and flavor. Best of all, this approach eliminates the ubiquitous second tortilla on each taco, because who needs to eat that much corn? The people are friendly and crank out the tacos quickly, so you're not left standing around for way too long like so many food trucks. This is a really underrated aspect of food truck service: if you value your time, speed is important. They patiently answered all my questions and we had a nice conversation using my definitely beginner-level Spanish, though of course they speak better English than I do Spanish. Ambiance? Well, there ain't any, but they do have squeeze bottles with tasty salsa. Get ya some!

Being from Southern California Ive had a hard time finding Mexican food that compares to what I am used to. Lalito's is hands down the best Mexican food I've had since moving here. Great service and amazing food. I would highly recommend checking out this spot whenever you have the chance.

The food here is soo tasty! The quesabirria tacos were made fresh and packed tons of flavor. The meat was extremely juicy and cooked to perfection. The esquite cup was good as well (next time I'll probably ask for some chilli powder on it though). As for the magonada, this is probably my favorite place in town to get one. Perfect combo of sweet and savory with their mix and I like that there is a lot of chamoy. They also have a creamy green sauce that i highly recommend trying! Packs the perfect level of heat and is unlike any of the other green sauces I've tried. If they sold the sauce by the bottle, I'd buy it!

We've been a few times & it is now our go to restaurant for Mexican food. The ambiance is a nice well lit, decorated, comfortable, clean restaurant. Food is delicious & appetizing. Ask for hotter salsa. Service is friendly & efficient. I highly recommend.

I asked if they have chicken tamales and they said yes so I ordered one and they gave me pork.

AMAZING TACOS. I'm Mexican and just moved to Eug, lemme tell ya, these are the best quesabirria tacos I've ever had!!!! I'm definitely bringing my Mexican family here when they visit from Cali. Thank you Lalito's for the amazing customer service, and amazing food. 100/10

Got burritos (chile verde, California), good portions, lots (lots) of rice. Tasted okay, may have it again in the future. Not underwhelmed, not wowed.

As someone that grew up with real Mexican food, this place is legit. The Birria is off the chain! Do recommend.

The Quesabirria tacos are good, but the main problem with this restaurant is the price. I would say it's double the price that it's worth. I paid $17 for 3 Quesabirria tacos and some rice and beans. The beans weren't even refried. I would say if the meal was $10 then it would be worth it.

Best Mexican food I've ever had. I think the food might be better than my mom's. I will be purchasing from the food cart directly next time.

I can't stop thinking about the torta I had here. The carne asada was absolutely delicious and the bread was the perfect amount of toasted. It might sound unimportant to have perfectly toasted bread but it is what made it so I can't stop thinking about it! Mmmm.

I don't usually leave reviews but i haven't been this happy with Mexican food in a while. Best Mexican food in town, hands down!

Hands down this place has my favorite carne asada burrito in town. Everything is perfect and delicious on it. I'm really glad they offer delivery via Door Dash. The only bad thing is that now I'm spending too much money on Door Dash since I've discovered them. Also, I wish they were open earlier. Their breakfast burritos are amazing too! I'm currently craving one and they are closed! This place for sure has some of the best Mexican food in town.

Got their beef quesabirria beef tacos this evening and they were heavenly! Will most definitely be coming back. The waitress was super sweet and even offered complementary sauces along with their normal sauce. Great food and experience!

I will give it five stars for taste. But the pricing is just too high for me to consider this a reasonable option for frequent visits. Honestly, I probably won't go back since $20 for 5 simple little tacos is not affordable.
