The 20 Best Bakeries In Paris - Paris - The Infatuation

"Cross a croissant, a pretzel, and a croque monsieur, and you get Lâm’s croque-croissant stuffed with mushrooms and mornay sauce and garnished with sesame seeds and sea salt flakes. It’s a prime example—alongside za’atar and feta swirl buns and tahini-chocolate loaf cakes—of the innovative mashup of French techniques and Middle Eastern flavors at this spacious bakery with a handful of tables both inside and out. The pistachio-orange blossom tourte marries the light nuttiness of the perfect macaron with the richness of flourless cake, topped with a blob of cheesecake-y icing. If your blood sugar can take it, go for the pistachio croissant, which is basically like eating baklava for breakfast. Creativity aside, the bakers here have the basics on lock, especially when it comes to the quiches. Fillings like onion, tamarind, and goat cheese or roasted cauliflower and sumac are piled into some of the butteriest pastry cases in town." - sara lieberman, emily monaco

Small selection of pastry (flans) and baked goods. Interesting fusion of saudi and french food. The flan has an extra middle layer with Saudi flavors like dry lemon. The cardboard cutlery is unusable. Fun to try once, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for it.

Cozy cafe with Arabian touches particularly Saudi. Cookies with dates is absolutely incredible. Also, they have signature LAM Carrot Cake but I didn’t order because I’m controlling my calories 😅. Hope to see the chef next time. All the best.

I love their lemon olive oil cake, which reminds me of the one I had in Panzano in Italy. The olive oil flavor was palpable. I also tried the chocolate cake with a coffee mousse on top. The cake had a fondent texture and not too sweet. But I prefer the lemon cake. A promising bakery that I would like to revisit as they serve quite a few middle eastern pastries that are not easily found in other bakeries in Paris.

Amazing croissant with pistachio at a reasonable price. What was really cool is that it was not too sweet and had a really balanced taste. Their cookies seemed overpriced but maybe they are worth it - I haven’t had a chance to try. Overall the selection is not huge but the quality was great

One of the best bakeries I have been in Paris, the team serving the customers with great smiles and delicious croissants and authentic Saudi traditions of generous hospitality. Oh and Latif is an amazing chef with great energy, always there to serve his clients with love 🤍🤍🤍🇸🇦

A charming coffee spot with a serene ambiance and a delightful Saudi touch. The Saudi coffee was exceptional, perfectly balanced in flavor, and the chocolate tahini cake was simply unforgettable.

Lam, Artisanal bakery celebrating Saudi and Middle Eastern flavours through French baking. Abdul Latif Alrashoudi, a Saudi Doctor Who decided to follow his passion. He stepped into his role as pastry chef at the Saint-Germain-based café Treize au Jardin. Then opened the doors to his own Parisian bakery, LÂM. Lam serves French pastries with middle Eastern twist. You will find here pastries with Zattar and feta cheese. They also serve Kleicha which is a type of Middle Eastern cookie and comes in several traditional shapes and fillings.
