I finally stopped in with a friend after passing this café countless times, always intrigued by the steady crowd gathered out front — and I’m glad we did. Despite its modest exterior, the space opens into a charming, intimate setting with hints of mid-century warmth and subtle Art Deco flair. It feels thoughtful, cozy, and immediately welcoming ✨
The menu reflects the same care. Much of the food is prepared fresh, and you can taste that intention in every bite. We sampled a selection of pastries and cookies — all wonderfully executed, comforting, and deeply satisfying 🍪 I ordered the Eggs Benedict, served on brioche — a delightful twist. The flavors were well-balanced, the hash browns crisp and golden, and the dish overall felt refined yet hearty 🍳 The salmon portion was on the smaller side compared with versions I’ve had elsewhere, but the quality and preparation more than made up for it.
Special mention to Tom, our server, who showed genuine warmth and hospitality once he learned it was our first visit. His kindness and attentiveness elevated the entire experience 🙌
Service was fast, welcoming, and seamlessly in tune with the café’s character. It’s the kind of place that quietly earns its loyal following — and I’m already looking forward to my next visit ☕️💛
