Use to get Ackee and salt fish everysunday, went in today to get the last scoop, barely a spoon, new younging told me $16 for some $8 order. Overpriced place, down the block has many and better options from now on.

They food was ok but expensive. A tiny box of rasta pasta is $12. I bought the $14 container. Honestly, the taste isn't all that. The pasta was overcooked.

One of the worst fast food joints in the bronx. The customer service is poor. They give you different food from what you order because the lady sharing doesn't listen. The food is filled with cooking oil even the pasta and it's tasteless. The bake chicken or whatever they have at the front on display looks very black and the rest of the food isn't prepared properly. Buy at your own risk. I went there once and I'm never going back. The pastas are overcooked and the shrimp isn't seasoned. Some of the rice grains are cooked while some are still tough like they have a mixture of two different rice.

After so many great reviews, I’ve finally tried Lammy’s. My first time was the first the other day, and the service and food was outstanding. Today was my second time... not so much a good experience as it was prior. Although there was one person in front of me (this particular cashier was flirting) I was standing there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Unbeknownst to me, according to the cashier, there is an extra charge for plantains- no prob but the plantains were burnt to a crisp. Overall, the food is great but customer service could be better. A sense of friendliness, urgency, and acknowledgement goes a long way. ESPECIALLY IN A PANDEMIC.

Delicious food at a reasonable price. I love the seafood soup offered on Thursdays. The curry goat is always on point. The stews port is also among my favorite dishes

I am addicted to the chicken soup here!!!! also like the curry with white rice and veggies.

I ordered fried chicken and mac n’ cheese. The chicken was burnt and the mac n’ cheese had no cheese, just noodles. The store used to be good. Now, they charge more and provide low quality food. You’d be better off going somewhere else. I would’ve been more satisfied eating a mcchicken from mcdonald’s. TRUST ME.
