Land & Golf Hotel Stromberg

We spend a great weekend in this venue, beside to the excellent and outstanding service, attention and great dinners served. The place offers a large capacity for functions and meeting spaces. One of the lagest spa with more than 2.800 sqm, indoor and outdoor pool, several saunas and steam bath, massage and beauty areas, you can also play golf and take a bike tracking day. Very well trained and attentive staff, large quiet rooms. An unique place to rest and enjoy.

Visited for 5 days, rooms were clean and very nicely decorated, only negative was that it was very warm and the room had no air conditioning. Restaurant was lovely and had a great meal in the main restaurant. The buffet restaurant had a large selection of options, brilliant for a less formal meal. Reception and bar staff very friendly.|Conference rooms very well equipped and did have air conditioning. A colleague used the driving range and said it was really well situated and could hire clubs from the hotel. |

Hotel is nice. I received an Email from them where they apologised because their inside pool was not working and they gave us a 20€ voucher to deduct from our bill. We had a Junior Suite and a small balcony. We had 2 times lunch and the food was very good. In the evening they did buffet it was good. Their spa area is really nice. Breakfast was also good.

First getaway weekend alone just to relax and I picked the right place. The surroundings are beautiful, the city of Bingen cracked my budget and the hotel gave me the quietness and serene pleasure I needed.||The delicious food both during breakfast and dinner, served by extremly friendly and personal staff was a delight to either start or end the day. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. ||I must add that I have seldom met such dedicated, friendly reception staff, who seem to work non-stop with such professionalism and yet easily answer questions in a friendly way. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

Friends booked a 3 days stay in this golf hotel and I joined them to complete the golf flight. |It's a nice and clean hotel, quiet rooms, good food (half board). |Very friendly and attentive staff! Pool and spa are clean but sauna is rather small. |I'll come back and would really recommend this hotel for golfer.

This hotel was booked by a supplier to me and I can state that the room was nice, the environment was nice, the personnel very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. BUT the internet connection and speed do by far not comply to any modern needs. I therefore give this hotel a low rating and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a internet connection, such as people on business trips.

Classic comfort hotel, awesome buffet, awesome SPA, awesome rooms, nice and polite crew. But when a group of young mothers, just relaxing at the bar celebrating a birthday, complain about being harassed by a disrespectful group of ca. 15 drunk old men, please take their complain seriously and help pull the offenders themselves together.

Stayed here for a golf weekend end of June 2019. Nice golf course (not easy, and pretty hilly, so make sure to bring enough balls and rent a cart, you have one for 30 € for 18 holes, and it comes with 2 bottles of water)||Very nice hotel, very cosy, excellent kitchen, huge breakfast buffet, you can even order food you don't find in the buffet (e.g. omelet).||Very friendly staff.||I experienced only one flaw: there's no airconditioning. It was pretty hot, so in order to be able to sleep at night the only thing left is to open the window(s) in order to let some fresher air in. In doing this, you give free entrance to mosquitoes, of course.||The pools (indoor and outdoor) are ok, there's free drinks/coffee/tea in the bar close to the pool.||Golfers get a small cardboard box at breakfast, so they can take sandwiches/fruit with them.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here. Staff was warm and friend and very approachable. I tried my hardest with the little German I knew. But thank God most of the staff understood English. For the few I crossed that didn't they smiled and would find someone to translate. Rooms are country chic. No space is wasted. Desk to work on business. But if your sights drift outside you see miles of land waiting to be played. After an extremely long late flight the showers provided hot water for a deep scrub from going through three airports and the beds were beyond comfortable for a good night and late morning sleep. I somehow awoke with time to get lost several times through the hotel. We can call that touring. And I still make the breakfast buffet. HUGE breakfast buffet. Germans know how to eat! Checking out all the golf great faces and names that were on the walls while I ate. I know little to nothing about golf but it was great conversation and allowed some kind folks to school me a little. After changing shoes I give myself a little sweat in the small gym. Mostly cardio but they also had free weights. Back to the room to change into bathrobe. Oh I forgot the adapter to charge my phone. Thankfully I was able to charge it through the usb connection on the tv. Go to spa elevator and my mouth almost dropped. The pool was huge. Then there's the heated outside pool. It was raining the night before and getting close to 30 degrees F (that's -1 C). So no I never tested that out. But the spa was awesome. Started to take pics of the area. Then I was reminded - people are naked lol. After several hours all I wanted to do was sleep away the raining weather. The beds are just so comfortable! This place really is as good as it's gets. 5 stars easy.

It's the best hotel in the region of Stromberg, Hahn and Kirchberg and I highly recommend it. The staff are highly trained and polished plus very friendly too. The rooms are great for relaxing and are relatively spacious. I really liked the cleanliness which is most important to me. The restaurant buffets are very delicious and the selections will please all from carnivorous to vegetarian.

I stayed here on two occassions and there is little to fault about this hotel. The rooms are clean and have very nice bathrooms. There is an extensive sauna area and there is a large selection of spa and cosmetic treatments to choose from. Every room is provided with bathrobes, spa towels and slippers for the sauna/wellness area. Stromberg is a pretty part of Germany and is best explored by car (btw, should you arrive by train, you can only get to the hotel by cab). The hotel has a golfing range and you can take golf lessons. The breakfast buffet if extensive and although I cannot speak for the dinner buffet (included in the price), I can very much recommend the gourmet restaurant, I've had some superb meals there. I would go there again.
