So Sad !! Too much drama at the same place.
My Hotel Room holding by who got Michelin 2 stars . I got bites whole night long , slept not well and itchy whole nite.
The second day morning breakfast, foods was SoSo, even the coffee wasn’t hot enough , but the lady said she can make me new one , she made the new one after I refused. So I could said that she was providing good services
I booked the dinner, the lady said wish me don’t cancel it at nite. I felt her so sincerely. So I drove “1 hour” to go back.
At the end, I am so pissing to leave.
Got bites again wasn’t make me angry the most. made me angry is all about their reaction and attitude. I have never seen and tried one Michelin stars restaurant provided that shit services to me.
1. Black fly on my wine + flying around of me. I told the waitress to take a-look, she gave me innocent face and keep looking at me, she took the wine away after i looked back at her. Georg helped her colleagues to fill my wine back, but she took 1/2 of my wine left, he gave me 1/4 back. No Sorry at all. I have been waiting Susanne to come back to say SORRY to me again. Obviously NO. I feel she is the senior in there. Oops nope.
2. My table full of bread chips, pepper , nobody clean my table, so so so ridiculous, I was patient to waiting how long they will clean up my table. After finished 3 dishes still nobody. I am still very gentle to tell Susanne what’s going on and what was happened. She gave me innocent face again and Sigh 😮💨 to let me heard it. Her face was trying to make me feel WTF. She doesn’t want to serves me. I am suffering the whole double night. I was still trying to keep my voice down. I don’t want to ruin another customers night. Happy to come and mad to leave. She cleaned my table with poker face.
3. Waitress always Interrupted me when they saw me to playing my phone. Is it necessary to hurry to get my response when other customer was listening to her and replied already. Over 4 times like that
How can I enjoy my night ?
