My partner and I spent a rejuvenating weekend at the spa resort in the countryside at the start of spring, just before the summer rush—and we couldn't have chosen a better time. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxed, allowing the full experience to shine. The entire facility was clinically clean, with an impressive array of themed saunas, a handful of steam baths, and both indoor and outdoor pools—some temperature-controlled, others left refreshingly natural. The variety kept things interesting and made it easy to unwind in different ways throughout the day. Meals were a highlight: breakfasts and dinners were absolutely outstanding. There were three dinner restaurants on site, each offering its own flair and all delivering top-notch quality. The only aspect that fell slightly short was the light lunch offering, which felt a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the culinary experience. A lovely touch was the free coffee and water stations dotted throughout the resort, available all day—perfect for staying hydrated and caffeinated between spa sessions. Overall, this spring getaway exceeded expectations and left me eager to return—ideally before the summer crowds roll in again.

From the moment of our arrival, we enjoyed every bit and every bite. Voschevel’s team is truly dedicated to creating a carefree experience from the start. We received help with our luggage, and our room was nicely prepared to accommodate our needs.||The housekeeping team, while remaining almost invisible, worked tirelessly to keep the hotel spotless.||The food was as excellent as expected: high-quality ingredients, freshly baked bread, and creative evening menus to satisfy any taste.||Breakfast featured a basket of roots and fruits that you could use to make juice in your preferred combination. The egg station had a very attentive and skilled lady who made our omelets just perfect. Fresh fish and a nice selection of high-quality teas were additional highlights of the breakfast menu.||A new “2024 Summer Highlights from Around the World” menu became available at the pop-up restaurant during our stay, and we were among the first to taste the creative small plates. To our taste, the German Wild Mushroom Ragout and Portuguese Lisboa Sea Stew were the winners. The culinary team is always working on new and improved offerings, and we are looking forward to trying what their winter surprise will be.||The more traditional Wirtschaft surprised us with its specials, and everything was delicious. There was nothing that I wouldn’t order again. The Herren Cream and Caramel Cream desserts are both something I look forward to ordering next time.||Service was kind and attentive every time, and we are grateful for the multilingual staff members.||Bar: Busy at night; great-quality cocktails. Live music nights were delightful.|Wellness: Multiple opportunities, including a golf course within walking distance to the clubhouse, a gym, swimming pools, and a great spa area.||I would highly recommend checking out the sauna rituals. Each facilitator had their own style, which reflected on the session:||• Clara – Sweet and gentle|• Sven – Traditional and professional|• Alexandra – Meditation and relaxation||I personally found sessions with Angelina the most enjoyable: her energy and creative approach create an uplifting experience that makes you feel and look younger afterward.||Garden: They have the most dedicated lady-gardener who, along with her team, keeps the surroundings well-manicured.||We cannot wait to return for another healthy retreat.

What a fantastic find this hotel and spa is. Before arrival we were not quite sure as it was difficult to reach the Front Desk and Spa. It took days and email to reach anyone and then to only find out that no spa treatments were available. However, once we arrived it was fantastic. The property looks brand new and the staff was fantastic. They have 3 restaurants to choose from and the pop up and fine dining restaurant were fantastic. Especially the creativity at the pop up was incredible. The breakfast buffet was incredible as well. They have their own bakery and make all their bread products fresh. We did a guided mountain bike tour with Max, who was fantastic. What an engaged and friendly person. We had a wonderful time. We only encountered one rude employee at the fine dining dinner. He was very condescending to us and I almost asked to speak to his supervisor. As the other two employees were super nice like the rest of the staff, I let it go. We'll definitely be back and I can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing spa weekend. One note: they do not allow kids in the pool area. Therefore no kids were at the resort.

What a great little hotel/resort/spa. Great staff (incl welcome drink) and a cosy atmosphere. The pool and spa area are amazing and very clean. Everything feels luxury. The room we had was lovely we had the Blumberg Room right next to the spa. Great location. The food in the restaurants was superb. We had a 4 and a 3 course dinner in the 2 different restaurants both with their own specialties. Price of course is in the higher segment but it will give you al the luxury you can imagine.

I was very impressed with the concept of the place, where you can relax and rejuvenate your whole self – mind, body, and spirit.|Stylish and blended with nature design, it creates a comfortable environment for couples of all ages to feel relaxed while romancing and celebrating their relationships. The carefree setting is prefect for overworked people to “cleanse” from office and city stress. Expectant mothers can benefit from the stress-free environment and healthy diet. Golfers will find paradise here, as the hotel is located right on the golf course, and although not directly associated with the course, you can get a tee-time discount while staying here.| |Wellness: so many choices, everyone can design their own routine. The Livingroom SPA has seven different saunas/steam rooms and an infrared cabin. That area of the spa is textile free, which is unorthodox for Northern American visitors but it’s not mandatory, so enjoy at your own comfort level.|There are some special sessions available throughout the day that I wish I discovered earlier. The info with time and locations was written in German only on the board at the entrance to the “garden”. I tried some at the end of our stay, and found them very enjoyable. The experienced facilitator made me feel comfortable and welcomed, briefly explaining the routine in English. Finishing up at the bio-plunge pool made me feel and look ten years younger.|If you need some quiet time there are multiple areas throughout the hotel, each of unique design and vibes where you can relax with a book or take a nap.| |The gastronomy: the whole gastronomic experience was an amazing treat. You start your day from freshly squeezed juices (make it yourself), and a healthy hearty breakfast. Lunch is served light and mostly vegetarian, to compliment your wellness spa routine. The evening revels most of the talents and hard work of culinary team. There are culinary choices and surprises to satisfy different tasteS. They predominately use locally sourced, fresh ingredients that make a big difference. Every meal is accompanied by freshly baked goodies. The bakery is located in-house, right in the dining area, and you can watch merry bakers every morning working their magic, creating delicious and healthy breads, rolls, and cakes. It feels like the whole team takes great pride in what they create, and the results are worth a visit!|My only wish is to have more wine available by the glass during dinner, with several options from the Rhine region creating a choice of house wines. That would be appreciated by those who do not have a companion to split a bottle.| |Hospitality: the young lady that received us at the arrival demonstrated stellar hospitality, overseeing our every need, until we were comfortably situated in our suite. With the same courtesy and efficiency she was the one who helped us check out, and I will be surprised that she is not promoted to management by now. Most of the visitors there were German speaking, but staff was very accommodating, making every effort to assist us in English. There were a few minor hiccups and misunderstandings, caused by language and cultural differences, but nothing that cannot be cured. | |Housekeeping was impeccable.| |Overall most of the staff members were curious, engaged, caring, and specifically kindly attentive to guests with disabilities, making everyone feel comfortable and included.| |I can only highly recommend this place. I am making plans to return, hopefully for a longer stay this time.

I was at the hotel Voshovel for a business meeting. The facilities were great, we were able to focus on our meeting without any other concerns. I really enjoyed the food. the options for breakfast were outstanding with fresh baked breads and freshly prepared hot items. We have pre-fixe lunches and dinners with 3 entre choices. Every choice I made was outstanding. ||||I did not have time to use the spas, pool or any of the other amenities. However, these items looked amazing; clean, well maintained and inviting.

Great place to stay for a weekend. We have been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. The staff is excellent and we have always felt at home. Looking forward to coming back next year as well.

the place was beautiful, lovely surroundings, excellent facilities, large pool, plenty of places to sit and reflect. Room with balcony overlooking the golf course was superb, great quality fittings, lovely toiletries. Staff were very professional, helpful and polite. The main star was the food at dinner, amazing chef creating wonderful dishes with combinations of flavours. ||A little piece of heaven.
