Landini’s pizza is delicious if you get it hot with extra cheese. If you order takeout and don’t order with extra cheese, it WILL taste like cardboard. I continue going there because I know about this and I live close. This time I ordered two pizzas with extra cheese just to get home and see that there clearly is not extra cheese. Big shocker…. It tasted like cardboard. Probably not going back anymore.

Google
Great pizza. Pizza crust is light and crispy. Sauce is delicious. Toppings are plentiful and quality. Deals are 2 slices and a drink. Menu has selections for even the pickiest eaters. Give them a chance. Location is easy to get to and parking is close by. This is in the Mess Hall and there is great table ls inside and outside.

Google
The pizza here is pretty good and normally they don’t skimp on the toppings. This time, I don’t feel like I got my moneys worth on the toppings considering the price. Didn’t realize it until i got home. Still good pizza. I just hope this was a fluke and not the norm.

Google
I was looking for a good slice of pizza and I have to be in liberty station in point Loma. Well, the pizza is just OK but the young girl serving was absolutely rude and noncompliant. Will never visit this place again.

Natalia Pinch

Google
Pizza in the oven was delicious 🍕. Had a slice of each and young man was pleasant & quick with my order. Atmosphere was crowded but everyone was polite & courteous.

Google
Pizza was paper thin, hard and cold, we arrived 7 minutes before the quoted time. Garlic knots were extremely dry and burnt with burnt peices of garlic in the tin. Huge disappointment. Even my 6 year old wouldn't eat it, rightfully so.

Kay

Google
Great pizza. Fresh. Would grab a slice here again.

Google
Oh Landini’s…what can I say…I love you! Best pizza in San Diego for over 15 years now, definitely a staple in our beautiful town. They also have a location in Las Vegas…my second favorite town…so I guess I’m all set!!!

Yelp
Just order the pie! do it! skip the slices, just order the pie! We ordered the 2 slice and a drink combo, but it was so good we went back for more! I dont know how fast the slices go, we got there right as they were opening so the pizzas were pretty fresh! just for next time, we'll skip the slices.

Yelp
Wife ordered a sandwich at this location. After waiting for 20 minutes, nothing. She inquired about the status of her order. The guy told his employee/co-worker (?) in Spanish to cancel the order and refund the money. Wife speaks fluent Spanish. She told the guy: F you! We haven't seen the refund in our credit card yet. What a jerk!

Yelp
Sadly, a bit underwhelming. My better half and I took advantage of their two slice special- two slices for 8 bucks. It's a good deal considering one slice is 5.99. We ordered cheese and pepperoni. I had a few bites of the cheese slice. Now, I'm not a snob in real life but I am a snob when it comes to pizza. I can't help it...I'm a NYC'er. With that said...let's review the pizza. The crust is good. Thin and foldable. The cheese was good. The crust to cheese ratio was perfect. Cheese went all the way to the edge of the crust. What was missing? Sauce. There was almost no sauce on the slice...and where there was sauce, it was on the sweet side. I like my sauce with a bite...almost on the acidic side. I think the average pizza eater would enjoy Landini's...but it's not for me. #sadface

Yelp
Decent pizza for its price, and pretty efficient. A whole pie was ready in about 15 minutes! Service was really quick and easy, staff were able to help us with any questions we had. We got the bbq chicken and thought it was a little lacking in toppings (maybe like 2-3 cubes of chicken per piece). Otherwise, it was super crispy and tasted okay. So for the price, I'd come here again but for better pizza, I prefer other spots. It's inside of liberty public market, it's a small stand near the entrance! There's no direct seating for them but there's plenty of seating inside and outside'
google avatar

Rosa M.

Yelp
I have been wanting another slice of this pizza since trying it! I got a slice of the pepperoni sausage and it was so delicious! They also have a great happy hour deal that's $5 for a slice and a soda! Next time I will definitely get an entire pizza!
google avatar

Cathy S.

Yelp
Came here for a slice on our visit to Liberty Station. It was convenient as they had lots of tables at the bar area adjacent (where we got a couple of pints). The pizza was good. It wasn't fancy- just order at counter. Would probably rwturn.
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
Super fast service. Got the Quattro pie cause 4 toppings sound great. Didn't think it would come like 4 quadrants. But that was my misunderstanding. Pizza is fine but nothing special. While eating, I said that a papa John's pizza would've been better. If you're looking for something to share, this is easy to do. If you're looking for a pizza out too this world, this is t the spot. The pizza is a little dry, not much sauce. Ambiance is cute though. You can take this outside or inside. But other than that, maybe don't get what we got.

Yelp
Such a great pie! The basil pepperoni slice is excellent; dripping with oil and cheese! Inside and outside seating in charming Little Italy! Street parking you must pay. The staff is so friendly and customer centered! Just a great place for excellent pie!
google avatar

Arlene P.

Yelp
Best place to grab a New York style pizza! I love their new hot honey pie and you can't go wrong with with stromboli or calzone. I especially love the meatball and the spinach and cheese one! So glad this is here in Liberty Station Market Place!
google avatar

Niko N.

Yelp
Pizza was pretty solid. I got three slices of Buffalo chicken pizza. Thin sliced pizzas with nice crunch. Nice leoparding on the bottom. Service was pretty quick, only two people working at the time. Liberty Public Market is pretty packed so be prepared to look for parking. Overall good pizzeria.
google avatar

Kris P.

Yelp
Crisp and toasty crust, and perfect ratio on toppings... oh my goodness, Landini. So happy to have finally had you :) This meatball ricotta is love. I don't even need a meatball in every bite. The marinara and ricotta are splendid. See, my days have been cold without you. And though my heart can't take no more, I'll keep on running back to you!
google avatar

Tammy C.

Yelp
Pizza fabulous ! Service was great; friendly & professional; Thank you Monica for your help in choosing our pizza & the chef , Grandma & I enjoyed the pizza; yummy! Great ambience, you can eat inside or outside! I will definitely be back, love Liberty Station Landinis Pizza

Yelp
My husband and I stopped by Liberty Public Market while in San Diego for a conference and found our way to Landini's Pizzeria. As former NYC residents, we have high expectations for pizza and Landini's Pizzeria exceeded them beyond what we could have imagined. Fresh pizza, extremely friendly and efficient service, and a taste we hardly ever come by while in California, Landini's Pizzeria hit the spot and brought us back to the Big Apple with each and every bite we took. We ordered two of their Happy Hour Specials which was a slice of pizza and a drink. The pizza slices we tried were a plain (cheese) slice and sausage, ricotta, tomato. Perfectly cooked, not too doughy, and fresh with quality ingredients. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our slices. We also placed an order of garlic knots. Garlic-y, soft, and easily melted in our mouths. To say we were super pleased with our first Landini's Pizzeria experience would be an understatement. A hidden gem buried inside Liberty Public Market. We will definitely revisit again in a future trip to San Diego.

Yelp
I was having a beer with my wife at Bottlecraft Liberty Station, and I noticed the board at Landini's had a soda/slice combo for $5. My wife went to get a slice for our son, and they charged her $7 for a small slice of thin crust pepperoni pizza and no drink. When she came back to the contest, she was told they couldn't refund her because they didn't know how. Also, they never gave us a soda or refunded the $2 for the special, claiming that my wife didn't ask for the combo, so they charged her full price. Disgraceful menu/product knowledge as well as terrible customer service. Shame on Monica(Cashier) and Raul(Cook). They need to be re-trained, and there should be an MOD on the premises at all times to handle these issues! BTW, the pizza sucks!!

Mia P.

Yelp
I got a slice of pizza with added mushroom and onions. They put the food in the oven to re heat and when it came out the toppings weren't cooked at all, so basically paid extra $5 for uncooked toppings. Didn't want to make a scene there so just ate two cheese pizza slices. The full size pizzas looked better and are very large so if I got toppings on that I think it would be better cooked. Also no one was really using gloves while handling food so something else to consider.
google avatar

Alex M.

Yelp
Got some pizza and it was good until I bit on something hard. Some type of white plastic. It was all good until that .
google avatar

Nick Y.

Yelp
Almost every time I go to Liberty Public Market, I stop by and grab a quick slice here. The pie is always good and very consistent. The service is always quick and friendly. And the atmosphere is always great! Such a perfect location to grab a cheap slice and bounce around to all that the market has to offer.
google avatar

Mara M.

Yelp
Solid place to grab a slice! They are very nice and fast and have good specials too. I did have to do a good amount of blotting (2 napkins worth) to get the excess oil off but I know that's common with pizza so not faulting them for that. After that, it was perfect!
google avatar

Jenna J.

Yelp
My friend, and I went here after being treated like crap at Nolita Hal. I forgot how much I love this place. They have the best pizza they are open late thank God! The friendliest staff. And great music please please have more vegan options though!!! thank you guys so much for being amazing. I've been going to you for years and I will continue getting Pizza for years to come.
google avatar

Kelly U.

Yelp
Great pizza, and you can't beat the food stall atmosphere. Everyone gets what they want!
google avatar

Aisha B.

Yelp
Great selection of flavorful pizzas. They also have a great salad and tiramisu- highly recommend for a quick, casual bite
google avatar

Shawn B.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite pizza places. I make a point to hit this one up every time I'm in San Diego.
google avatar

Rocky B.

Yelp
About 4 bucks a slice and about 22 for a full pizza. Service is quick, pizza is great, and am a big fan of landinis though careful of the grease that comes out. Not a game stopper, this place is a repeat

Jaymie H.

Yelp
Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. How do you mess up pizza?!!!! The crust is beyond thin and the marinara was nonexistent. I had to ask for a side of marinara because the pizza was so dry. Then the marinara tasted like tomato sauce from a can, bland . Very sad
google avatar

Patrick M.

Yelp
Landini's is my kind of pizza. You could enjoy it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a late night snack. Good crust and just the right amount of cheese. Quick delivery.
google avatar

Madeleine P.

Yelp
Recently went to this restaurant and ordered their Florentino panini, however, it was basic and dry. Would not recommend their paninis, their pasta looked good though.

Ash G.

Yelp
pizza was delicious! I had a slice of the Hawaiian pizza and a cheese for my daughter wish we had more.. liberty station has so many options, love it. Customer service is great!! Definitely going back.
google avatar

Jenny B.

Yelp
First time trying Landini's and they definitely did not leave a good first impression. Maybe their pizza is good..but I opted for their italiano panini. I'm not sure why they call this a panini..it's more of a semi-warm sub sandwhich. Not only did it take 15 minutes to make, but it was also the most unimpressive sandwhich I've ever eaten. Just some greens, tomato and teeny tiny amount of meat. No vinaigrette or anything so it was also the driest sandwhich I've ever eaten. I really, really hate to waste food and rarely ever do, but after two bites, this sandwhich went in the trash.

Yelp
This a brand new branch of the famous Little Italy Landinis in the large room adjacent to the main foodhall. I had the Stromboli which was overflowing with delicious cheese, ham, pepperoni, veges. For a little more than $10 it is huge and can do for 2 satisfying meals. The pizza slices(great variety) were fantastic like their main location, large and a great value at under $4 a slice. Service for all of the above piping hot was about 10 minutes. Landinis has another Winner at the iconic Liberty Station Market. My pick for best pizza deal at LS.
google avatar

Jack M.

Yelp
I've always been a fan of Landini's Pizzeria since they first gotten underway in San Diego years ago. Their pizza is not only always delicious, but their crust is always consistent. You got a love a place that follows their own rules regarding food preparation. I had a slice of simple pest and cheese and a slice of mushrooms with a red sauce. Both slices were fantastic and offered that thin crisp crust with a bit of a chew towards the end crust. I like the simplicity yet effectiveness of their pizzas. Well done. This location is at Liberty Station Public Market.

Alexa B.

Yelp
This place I would never recommend to anyone it would give little italy a bad name there pizza is burnt it's so thin and greasy when you pick it up it falls apart the service is horrible there is only one guy who knows what he is doing I think his name starts with a G his customer service was excellent.
google avatar

Steve M.

Yelp
Super basic pizza that is not worth a try. Also the kid working the counter was no help. Didn't know the menu and took the order wrong. Go to Lil Caesars it'll be be better.

Junk M.

Yelp
We did a small pick up at Landini's today. After the job they took care of our team for lunch. Great pizza and friendly staff! Highly recommend

Christopher R.

Yelp
Sicilia pizza is a must have. Great service team, always get the order correct and prompt service. Grab a beer from next door and enjoy the patio, some trivia or music. Can't beat liberty station.

Joe E.

Yelp
If you are a fan of New York style, fold the pizza and grease drips out - this place is for you!!! I ordered a sausage pizza and they did not disappoint - FABULOUS!!!! Would recommend all day long!!!
google avatar

Raul C.

Yelp
Solid service and solid pizza. If you're in the mood for pizza and beer this is great. Thin slices that you can fold in half
google avatar

Steph L.

Yelp
Pretty darn good pizza. Nice and crispy, very thin. Only downside is $4 price tag a slice. Would def need a lot of these to fill me up. They do have a 2 slices and a drink combo for around $9.
google avatar

Charles W.

Yelp
Just had some 5 Star cheese pizza-by-the-slice!.. at a 6 star price. Why isn't the no-topping pizza cheaper than the rest? Seriously great flavor though!
google avatar

Ethan B.

Yelp
They have a tendency to over cook the pizza if you just buy a slice in the shop, but if you order the whole pizza, the meatball, ricotta, marinara pizza is the best pizza in little Italy
google avatar

Dulce R.

Yelp
Came here to try them out as munchkin wanted pizza and I did not! So this review is from him, he ordered 2 cheese pizza and did not care too much for it.. but said he would give them a 3 out of 5 star rating but was off putting on the color of the pizza,, he said he wouldn't eat there again though. I was kind of bummed, because I didn't look at the menu much since he knew he wanted 2 cheese pizzas... it would have been nice to know that for like 20cents more a drink could have been added... it seems like that is what makes good customer service... even if I wasn't going to be ordering a drink, the up sale would've been a nice option for the price paid. They also have a yelp checkin offer that I noticed after I paid.
google avatar

Brady J.

Yelp
Pizza 5 stars. Pasta 2 stars...sad little greasy thing. Back to the pizza. All the flavors are good that much is clear. If you want to leave shook, get anything with ricotta. Seriously, those big and floofy clouds are undeniably satisfying. Do yourself a favor, bite off the biggest cloud you see and just let it dissolve in your mouth. It's an experience. NYers will hate me for saying this, but after trying a handful of corner-store slices in the big apple, nothing comes close to Landini's. I feel like it shouldn't be that hard to find decent pizza in Manhattan, there I said it. Enjoy it here.
google avatar

tony m.

Yelp
It was a good deal when local pizza places started offering 2 slices and a soda for $5. Eventually it went up to $7. Landini's is now $10, which for liberty station gives you an opportunity to eat cheaply. I have had most of there pizza slices and have to say there pepperoni and sausage is probably the best if you don't mind it being greasy.
google avatar

Selina G.

Yelp
This is our go to pizza place whenever we're in San Diego/ little Italy it's this and the amount of cheese and pizza sauce is making me want to take a fast trip back down to San Diego just for their pizza and ravioli!
google avatar

Angelo S.

Yelp
I tried this place a few times and pizza is always amazing. The crew is very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately we live in a strange time but it is always great to come here and enjoy their slices! Thank you Landini!

E A.

Yelp
The closest you can get to Italian pizza here in San Diego. Keep returning here for pizza, great crust and just sufficient flavour. Not overwhelming with sauce or flavor
google avatar

Eliot D.

Yelp
Popped in to Landini's for a bite to eat with my 10 year old son. He got 2 slices and I got a calzone. To my surprise there was an upcharge to add ham to a calzone. Um, don't all calzones come with ham as the standard? We also got some pinwheels, a coke, and a San Pellegrino. The food was pretty good and it ran us about $34. Not too bad. Not New York or Detroit but for San Diego it wasn't too bad
google avatar

Vanessa W.

Yelp
Updating review: Pizza bottom was burnt, but the owner addressed the issue right away. Great customer service!
google avatar

Jasmine P.

Yelp
I picked the wrong emoji when leaving feedback on their digital receipt so I wanted to make it right here. I love how thin the pizza is at Landini's Pizzeria and that they sell pizza by the slice. This location is in Liberty Station. I had the ricotta pizza slice and the pesto slice. Both were delicious. The pesto was a little more oily but still good. Filling but not heavy. The customer service is quick and attentive. I am impressed at how much volume (how many orders) they can take and fulfill within a short time. Kudos to Landini's. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Joe L.

Yelp
Finally open in Liberty Station! Awesome pizza and calzone! Been waiting for this to open up. Easier access to get to then the Little Italy location.
