A delightful shop. Visiting Landline was one of the retail highlights of my recent trip, and I hope to return soon to pick up some of their linens!

Wonderful kitchen, home, and children’s goods selected by the American-French owner. Expats will find this store especially helpful in locating the items you need to set up housekeeping. Don’t miss the mini baguette knife- incredibly useful for picnics.

Landline is a dream store for anyone looking for thoughtfully curated kitchen and home goods! The staff were all so kind and helpful. I will be stopping by every time I’m in Paris. :)

Google Maps shows this place as open, so we walked over an hour to get here — only to find it closed with a handwritten note on the door. Completely unacceptable and misleading. If you’re closed for holidays, update your Google listing instead of wasting people’s time. Very unprofessional.

The products are ok: some great, others run of the mill—La Trésorerie nearby is much larger and better stocked. The problem in Landline is the owner, who yells at her staff in front of customers and is generally rude and condescending.

Landline is a beautifully curated store, perfect for finding thoughtful gifts or treating yourself and your home. Every piece feels carefully selected, making it a joy to browse. The customer service was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. If you appreciate the beauty in everyday objects, this shop is an absolute must-visit!

A charming store with beautiful things. I found a French peeler and a few other items here. So glad we had the chance to visit. I look forward to returning.
