Landmark Tower Apartments

We Love the Landmark Towers! We love the mix of ages all of the amenities, the neighborhood, our new neighbors, Ray! and Tony! and Kalhia! And Dominic! We feel very lucky to be here especially as St. Paul as it revitalizing big time! I feel a part of this historic change for good!!

I moved in about two weeks ago and am so happy to call Landmark Tower home. Aside from the material, the property manager Kalyah and her staff really make the place feel like home. They will treat you with care and respect, and are genuinely lovely people to talk to and interact with. My apartment is beautiful. I love the big windows which wrap around the unit, showcasing St Paul’s timeless architecture, railroads, the river… so much to see! Right now, I’m writing this review while watching the snow fall over the city and it’s gorgeous. Downtown is definitely on the come up, so if you’re considering moving here I hope you’ll be active in the community so we can get all of the things city leadership has promised (and more) to make the city more live-able and accessible. It’s an exciting time! Regarding some of the other folks who have left reviews on the washing machine size, this has way less to do with the apartment and more to do with regulations around washing machine efficiency. I have found that the size is perfect for my use and couldn’t imagine a world in which a reasonable person would not over stuff it. I have washed comforters, clothes, duvets… perhaps the reviewer should wash their clothes more often? Overall, it’s been a great experience so far and I’m looking forward to meeting more of the neighbors at the building (they’ve all been incredibly nice so far) and in the neighborhood (tons of bars and restaurants, Lost Fox is a short walk away and great place to get to know folks). I kinda want to gatekeep this building, but hopefully other cool people will see this post and move over!

We have lived here for six months (pretty much from the beginning) and we absolutely enjoy it. The office manager Kalyah is fantastic and is very prompy and responsive to any questions and concerns I have. In fact, all the faculty have been very prompt. I do not think you will get better views in St Paul anywhere else. We overlook Harriet Island and the Mississippi and it has been amazing to see the trees change color. The parking situation is one of the best I have encountered and there is a ton of things to do in the area. I have recommended this place to my friends and I will continue to do so.

I’ve been living here for 4 months now and couldn’t be happier. The building and apartment amenities are great. Views and location couldn’t get any better. Lots of restaurants options nearby. The building staff always goes above and beyond. Thank you Kaylah, Tony, Ms. Wilson, and Dom for everything you guys do.

Renter Beware: apartments have tiny, literally miniature washing machines and dryers (GE 2.4cft). No exaggeration that they only fit about 2 regular bath towels. It’s impossible to wash bed linens, especially if more than one person lives there. Management is aware of the problem and refused to make any accommodation. I can’t imagine paying $4k/mo to then have to go to a laundromat. Also, the pool is not a real pool. It’s 2 feet deep so either for babies or ants

We have been leaving here for a month now, and we couldn’t be happier. We looked at so many apartments but this one check all of our boxes. The amenities are amazing, as well as the apartment it self. In addition, the staff always give 5 stars service!!

Communication with the office was very poor, and the information I received during the application process was often unclear or misleading. I was also told I’d receive a refund for a charge, but that never happened, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times with no resolution. The property has been open for nearly a year and still isn’t at full capacity, which might say something about how they handle applicants and communication.

The staff and the building are both terrific! The location is fantastic with walkability to great restaurants and entertainment venues in a beautiful location in downtown St Paul.
