Went here with my partner and daughter for her birthday and every thing was amazing! Got the calamari and oysters to start and they were delicious 😋. We split the coastal seafood pasta and I highly recommend it. If you come here, definitely ask for Ben! The service was wonderful. And an extra thanks to Michaela and Chef Ben as well. 😊

The food was great! Whoever was cooking back there made my husband and son’s steaks perfectly rare. My redfish was so good that what i couldn’t finish… my husband and sons did. Our waiter Will was awesome. The restaurant itself was a mediocre fancy. We felt under dressed and perfectly dressed all at the same time. We would eat here again.

Google
It's a Landry's, on a boat—kinda neat, same food, solid but standard experience. They have a full menu, featuring all the favorites, along with white linen table service and excellent seafood. There is nothing about this restaurant that will blow your mind, but you do feel like you're getting a good meal, service, and value for your dollar. The houseboat itself feels dated, but it is a boat. The service was friendly; they made a mistake or two, but the great demeanor made up for it. Timely and attentive service always goes a long way. The restaurant was quiet, but we had eaten earlier in the evening. For seafood in the Downtown area, I think it's hard to go wrong with this restaurant; don't expect to be wowed by anything unexpected.

Excellent service, Kaitlyn was awesome! She gave us suggestions and wow, fire grilled oysters were crazy good! We ordered clam chowder, best I've ever had, and the salad was fresh and delicious. The snapper had the Melissa topping on it with scallops and shrimp and save room for dessert because they have cinnamon bread pudding with a scoop of ice cream and bananas foster! Highly recommend eating there!

Google
Our food was amazing! Forbes, our server was the best we’ve ever had. He was very attentive and made an excellent suggestion for my entree. Thank you to all the managers that stopped to ask how we were doing even though they were very busy, Jacob stopped by to see how everything was and we had a nice conversation with him as well. I just can’t say enough of what an enjoyable experience we had. Ask for Forbes when you come, he will take excellent care of you!

Google
One of the best food experiences that I have had. The AGM, Kay, immediately greeted us with warmth and welcome as we sat with our party. She accommodated our gluten & dairy free friend with an appropriate menu. Our server Wade was kind and funny, paying attention to every detail of our meal. I would definitely recommend requesting him. Lastly, the food was amazing. Everything came out fresh and hot and overly met everyone’s expectations.

Google
Landry's was the experience we've been looking for our whole vacation. The food was delicious. My fiance ordered the Swordfish and I had the Penne Alfredo. Our waiter, Andres described everything to a tee before we ordered. We ordered Mocktails that were just as flavorful with fresh raspberries. Andres knew just how to describe the desserts to make us want them. Greatest experience! Not to mention the view was superb.

Google
Excellent service and excellent food! Ms. Clarissa is very nice and a very attentive server:) Kay, the manager, is very nice and made sure to ask us if we are comfortable in the restaurant. Definitely will be coming back with my family when we visit Corpus Christi again! (Highly recommend getting the baked oyster for an appetizer, you will not be disappointed!)

Yelp
We came to Landry's our first night staying in Corpus Christi. It is literally across the street from our hotel. I had seen it on Yelp and it had good reviews. So we made the trek over. It was well worth the walk. It is so scenic and enjoyable. Walking init's like eating aboard an old ship. With wooden decor and a beautiful view of the harbor and skyline. We were seated pretty quickly and given menus. After a good look over I decided on the seafood gumbo. While waiting for my food I was brought some warm rolls and butter and I also ordered some oysters which were excellent. Now I have never had really good gulf cuisine. So when the gumbo arrived I wasn't sure what I was getting into. The sauce is a brown color and served over rice. At the first bite it almost tasted like dirty water. I'm sure that sounds gross. But I kept an open mind and allowed my taste buds to take in the complex flavors of this dish. It turned out to be one of the best meals I have ever had. So many flavors are going on. It was delicious. The service was great and I highly recommend this place. However another couple we know that is staying in the area came after we had left and mentioned they saw a cockroach crawling up a table and reported it to a server. The server said it happens when the back door is open. So idk about that. I didn't see anything like that. But I would definitely eat here again.

Yelp
We were invited for a seminar dinner so please take to account we did not choose this restaurant it was chosen for us. We did arrive early and started off at the bar with an adult beverage and an appetizer. Upstairs bar gentleman - I think Marcus? - was very nice and quick responding to our questions. He was really a pleasure and very hospitable. He told us it was Happy Hour, a huge win for me always. On a sad note the Calamari dish was very over fried. I liked all the extra pieces of onion and bell pepper, I think an artichoke? Not sure but whatever it was, it was very chewy. I do not recommend the Calamari as an appetizer. Next, for our main course I had the Top Sirloin and it was delicious. No steak sauce required that's how good it was. And it was cooked to perfection, medium rare, the only way to go! I was able to substitute the mashed potatoes for French fries (lactose-intolerant dietary issues) which is always a win for me. Really liked the location because we were able to enjoy a sunset dinner on the water. Great first date venue or a solo dinner just because.

Yelp
I know, I know, don't go to a chain place and expect it to knock you out of the park. But Landry's was open, and close to my hotel room. And looking back - I'd choose it again even if it weren't! I was so pleasantly surprised by the meal I had at Landry's. From the flavor to the quality and value, everything was solid. Each of me and my plus one ordered the lunch special which turned out to be a heck of a lot of food for your dollar. Starting off with the zucchini fries and gumbo, both were great. The fries clearly just came out of the fryer and never having experienced them before, I am a FAN! Perfect texture and delicious accompanying sauce. The gumbo was pretty good, shrimp a little tough but what do you expect when they get boiled into a soup. Needed a touch of hot sauce, which I was able to add myself. The fried shrimp plate was great! Tender perfectly fried shrimp and a solid french fry, would definitely get it again. As for the etouffee, we enjoyed it, but it tasted very strongly of the "mustard" you find in the body of a crawfish - for me, a huge plus, but may be a turn off to others who prefer a less fishy/milder taste. In a pretty quite lunch service, our server was so attentive and quite the jokester which only added to the experience. What do you know? This chain is staying afloat (literally) for a reason! Definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
After spending a wonderful afternoon on the beach, we decided it was time for some cocktails. After visiting the Selena memorial, we stopped in at Landry's for Happy Hour. The drinks are an amazing value which we accompanied with yummy crab cakes and calamari. Don't miss this place for happy hour! Our server was great!

Yelp
This meal delivered all that we needed. I came with a group of 8 and we each had perfectly prepared, beautifully plated, well seasoned entrees. I had the crab legs and they arrived in their own steaming pot! The service was personable and attentive. We felt like we were her only table though she provided the same attention to each person dining. We ate upstairs at a round table that provided opportunity for real conversations. This and a view of gorgeous Corpus Christi water. Great place to enjoy great food with friends and to catch up or celebrate.
google avatar

Yelp
Atmosphere, food and service amazing. We were treated with services of Rudy downstairs and not only did he recommend great dishes and drinks but very social and friendly, something you don't find often anymore we also were treated by Marcus upstairs, who did an excellent job and recommending and delivering great service, food and conversation. Definitely recommend for families or even looking for a quiet, quaint place on the water for drinks.
google avatar

Ramiro R.

Yelp
Service was inconsistent. Restaurant was empty but they insisted on sitting people right next to us. Felt like we were sitting on top of each other hearing each table's conversation. So the ambience a bit uncomfortable and awkward. The gumbo was BOMB. I'd been craving a gumbo and it REALLY hit the spot!

Yelp
While the service and staff were great, the food was downright awful. The salads were fishy, the appetizers tasteless and the food was not enjoyable at all. We all got food poisoning within an hour of eating here. Awful. Would not return nor recommend this place.

Yelp
Great service sit at the bar just for drink and had a great experience we end up enjoying the happy hour 2-6 pm great food amazing happy hour prices. Great ambience

Yelp
Great location along the water near the marina in Corpus. Service was great, food was delicious, and filling. Drinks were okay.
google avatar

Mary W.

Yelp
We enjoyed fried shrimp last evening in this classic dining atmosphere with white tablecloths and overlooking the marina. Every staff person I interacted with, including Wade, our waiter, was very kind, helpful and welcoming. The generous serving of shrimp although lightly battered, was not greasy and was accompanied by fries and onion strings. We chose the bread pudding, which even though we split, was bigger than we could finish. Our dinner was altogether delightful and delicious.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the seafood. The almond crusted Mahi Mahi was absolutely superb. No joke, it's been since living in Charleston that I've had a fish fillet that left me craving each next bite. It was fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect texture inside/out (perfectly cooked). The almonds added a pleasant crisp to the outside of the fillet that set it apart. The sauce was incredible, and the avocado/tomato combo was a pleasant compliment to the dish. The service was excellent. The ambiance is upscale, white tablecloth, but is certainly a little dated. I would definitely return for another meal. It's the ideal location for a business dinner.

Yelp
The lady asked if we had a reservation. We didn't, but she still sat us at a great table. The ambiance was nice and includes table clothes etc. Our waiter was very patient and recommended serve dishes which we tired. Seafood Platter: 10/10 Salmon: 7.5/10 Swordfish: 8/10 Service: 8/10

Yelp
We ate here for our anniversary dinner this year and it was Wonderful! Our server, Ryan, was attentive, friendly and very personable. One of the managers (I don't recall her name), came over and chatted with us for a bit, twice, and she was very pleasant. They brought us a free dessert for our special night which was a very pleasant surprise. We've been to Landry's restaurants before, and have always been pleased, so it wasn't much of a surprise, but it was still very nice. The atmosphere, location, staff, etc were all great! I would recommend this place to everyone, whether for drinks and appetizers, or for a special dinner.

Yelp
Second time trying Landry's Seafood House and very happy with my experience! I do wish I was able to dine in again, but this time I had to take out and the food was just as great! I got the Lobster Tail with mash potatoes. The lobster was awesome. The potatoes were ehh.

Yelp
Have always loved this place, and it's our go to spot when friends or family are in town... Today our grandson visited and we wanted to take him out for a nice lunch. But this place today really disappointed. It was Father's Day, and yes, that can be a busy holiday for restaurants. Unfortunately, this one ran out of two of our favorite appetizers, AND the reason we come to Landry's, for their IPA fish and chips. We came in at approximately 12:45, and at 1 o'clock, just as the day was getting underway. All three of us placed our order for the IPA fish and chips only to have our server come back and announce they were out of our favorite dish. How can a restaurant NOT plan in advance to carry their most popular dishes on a holiday? Kay, the manager that always takes the best care of us, was not in yet, but another manager came over and helped us to try and make the best decision for another dish. We ended up with the Pollock fried in an IPA batter, but it just was not as good. I'm sure we'll hit this place up again in the future, but it won't be a holiday .

Yelp
our waitress was jenessa was one of the best. If all waitresses can be like this the restaurant business was run so much faster and easier. She deserves a raise

Yelp
We came to this restaurant for lunch and drinks. Our bartender Jordon was amazing and made the best drinks. My husband had oysters on the half shell and said they were amazing. We enjoyed the restaurant so much we came back for dinner. Our server was Vanessa. So attentive all night. The AGM was Kay. Wow! She sat down with us at our table and made us feel special. Told us all about Corpus Christi and gave us details on places to see while visiting. Great service all around. Everyone knew just what they were doing. The ambiance was ideal. We closed the place down

Mikalla H.

Yelp
this is a must when visiting Corpus!!! the food is excellent. Ask for Jennesa - she is 100/10!!!!

Yelp
My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and chose Landry's for our celebratory dinner. It was awesome!!! The location was perfect, right on the water, with great views of the marina and downtown Corpus Christi. The drinks were yummy! The food and the staff were outstanding. Special shout out to our waiter, Rudy Sr. who was attentive and made great suggestions.

Yelp
Arrived in Corpus Christi in time to dine at Landry's Seafood House. What a delight! Manager Kay helped us choose a delicious bottle of Paso D'Oro and personable waitress Jordan G. served up incredible food- Firecracker Shrimp appetizer, Almondine Mahi-mahi and Fresh Catch Pontchatrain. Husband had a side salad. It was a huge serving with balsamic honey mustard. Five star food and service!

Yelp
Great seafood spot right on the water. Convenient location if you're hanging near Shorline Blvd. Food was great, staff was friendly, and the vibe was relaxing.

Yelp
We had such an amazing experience at Landry's Seafood House! From the moment we walked in, the staff gave us a warm, friendly welcome -- they made my whole family feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and the view was absolutely stunning, which made everything even better. Our waiter was super polite and helpful, recommending some great dishes. We started with the Crawfish Crazy Bread (I think that's what it was called) -- hands down the best crawfish dish I've ever had. Then came the house salad, which was fresh and full of flavor. I had the penne Alfredo with blackened chicken -- creamy, perfectly seasoned, and just the right amount of spice. Everyone at the table loved their food. For a family of 5, the total came out to $150, and we tipped up to $185 because the service deserved it. Between the food, the service, and that beautiful view, this was one of the best dining experiences we've had. Highly recommend -- 5/5 stars!

Bryanna O.

Yelp
Food was so delicious! Our service provided by Willie was absolutely exceptional! He was the sweetest and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our anniversary dinner. He even took a photo for us after our dinner so we could always have memories of this night. The entire restaurant was so visually pleasing, very calm and just has such a pretty view of the bay.

Yelp
This was a great experience. Our appetizers, cooked oysters and crab & shrimp dip, were excellent. I ordered Chilean Sea Bass w/ Granny Smith apples & Cherries. My husband ordered the Red Fish . We were both very impressed with our meals. There is a wonderful cocktail menu to choose from. Superb , friendly service . We especially enjoyed our Dionne, our server.

Yelp
Stopped for some strawberry cheesecake and a cocktail, an OLD, YET FASHIONABLE. Very relaxing atmosphere with a great view. Servers were awesome!

Yelp
First time here and we loved it! We're here on a little staycation from SATX and we're not disappointed! We had a reservation which I would recommend bc it seemed pretty popular. We were seated quickly by nice hostesses and then our waiter came quickly . We chose to sit inside bc it was really windy but if you don't mind that I would definitely recommend going outside patio. We ordered a lot of food not knowing the portions would be huge! We got the crawfish bread, shrimp cocktail and the firecracker shrimp. All were super good and the shrimp cocktail was great bc the shrimp were soooo fresh and big. But we would chose the crawfish bread again it was so flavorful! Then we got the fried seafood platter which came with fish, little crab balls things, fries, onion strings and fried shrimp. For 29 bucks it honestly could feed like 3-4 people. There were about three full filets of just the fish alone!! My partner got the po boy which she also loved- crispy, juicy and flavorful. Only gripe is that they brought our appetizers out and like 2 mins later brought out our mains- which was too close in my opinion and we didn't get to fully enjoy apps. Also just fyi if you sit inside you do not get a view of the water at all bc they keep all the blinds closed. Other than that would def recommend for family or fun date night!

Yelp
Went for a Mother's Day Dinner. They food was good. The waitress had little side comments to everything we ordered. She kept ignoring my request for hot water for my tea. So my husband started asking for me. When we went to pay and show that we were signature members, she immediately ran to get the manager who then proceeded to check my husband's ID to make sure that he was the holder of the signature account. We ordered three cakes for desert and she brought out my chocolate cake last ON MOTHERS DAY. So my husband gave me his cake while we waited for her to bring the last cake. She never wished me a happy Mother's Day. We left her a $30.00 even though the service was bad. I forgot to mention that she kept on vacuuming around our table while we were trying to have dinner. Who does that? How rude!
google avatar

Robin M.

Yelp
Excellent service with friendly staff. The lunch box special was good with the fish tacos

Joe V.

Yelp
First time at the spot with friends and family, the service and food was exceptional our waiter Andres and the assistant manager were very polite and attentive. The location by the water was also the cherry on top. We are looking forward to returning!

Yelp
Our son picked Landry's Seafood House as the place to be in Corpus Christi when we visited. He said he'd never been and was very anxious to try it! So we did!! There were about 6 girls standing at the hostess station when we arrived, all chatting pleasantly. The blank stares we received when we walked up were a tell tell sign of what was to come!! We sat up at the bar while we waited for our son and thoroughly enjoyed both the service and the cocktails. The bartender said he was up for promotion to manager, perhaps he'll get the position and his can do attitude will infect the others! When our son arrived we were seated in the upstairs dining area. Our server showed promise upon greeting us but quickly fell of the pedestal along with the food! Everything was so darned greasy, like laying in puddles of grease. What's with the mountain of onion straws on nearly every plate? Those things are just mini grease traps!! Hubby had grilled fish and there were even little puddles of oil on that plate! Food was mediocre and service was confused and lacking. Maybe an off night, maybe a sign of the times and maybe I won't visit Landry's again with so many other options!

Ralph C.

Yelp
Good food, very slow service, our waiter seemed to be overloaded. He seemed to want to be our friend. We needed him to be our waiter
google avatar

Zachary P.

Yelp
As soon as we walked in we were greater and then seated shortly after. The service was great and fast. I got the fried seafood platter and it was A LOT of food I had leftovers to take back to the hotel which was a plus

Yelp
Landry's Seafood House 600 N. Shoreline Blvd. Corpus Christi, Texas 78401 My Favorite On the Menu Is Crawfish Etouffee With White Rice And Garlic Bread... Rudy SR And Jeff Are Great Servers... Kay AGM Always Greets Me And Is Always Nice To Me...

Yelp
The only sad thing about tonight was we did not capture any pictures of our delicious food. Made a reservation for Christmas Eve and was immediately sat when we came in. Fast service from the kitchen and amazing service from Bailey. We ordered drinks, appetizers, main courses and dessert. Bailey was knowledgeable about the entire menu. We did not have to ask for anything because she asked or brought before we could even want! Restaurant was decorated very nice for the holidays. If you stop in ask for Bailey and try the fried alligator with a side of ranch for the crispy bed of onions and the crawfish etouffee with a little extra spice. Thank you Bailey and Landry's for a great night!
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
Not my best Landry's visit as the food wasn't as expected. Started with tempura shrimp and there was way too much breading. Hubby had fish and chips and again, breading was over done, fries were soggy and way too many extra deep fried random pieces to make it look like a lot. I had the scallops and they were tasty except the sauce was oddly sweet. Opted to skip dessert.

Debbie R.

Yelp
Was ok... nothing special .. especially for the price! I had the stuffed shrimp (wasn't great), and my husband had the blackened mahi mahi and they forgot to "blacken" it! From the reviews we expected more, we will not be back as this was our second time to try!
google avatar

Samara B.

Yelp
We chose this because it had a view of the harbor/water. We were seated quickly. Our server, Angelina, was quick with greeting the tables. We were very leisurely ordering. She didn't rush us. I ordered the prickly pear cocktail and honestly, it was terrible. Too much grapefruit. It might have been all grapefruit. We also ordered a mock tail that was tasty. The cocktail was priced too high for what it was. We ordered the crab cake which is a bit spendy at $20 each, but they were so light and buttery. They were filled with crab. Really good. I ordered the mahi mahi with a topping that I can't remember the name but it was tasty. The food was good. The view was fantastic. Over all a pretty good experience.

Pete S.

Yelp
Food was great. Atmosphere is great. It was great to meet our server Katelyn. She did an amazing job!

Yelp
Talk about the Best quality food and service!!! We had an amazing server, I forgot her name but she was super cute and went above and beyond. Their drinks are amazing at a decent price! The garlic bread was delectable. I also loved the artichoke and Crab dip and the house salad garlic & herb dressing was my favorite!

Clark S.

Yelp
Wonderful food. Terrific atmosphere. Yvette did a phenomenal job! Thank you for a great experience.

Diego E.

Yelp
The food was very delicious. The golden burger is a must eat with bacon. The service was great as well. Very friendly. The ambiance is good. The lights do tend to flicker, but other than that, I highly recommend going here.

Deborah M.

Yelp
What a disappointment. Got seated and waited for a waitress. Totally ignored by two waitresses at nearby tables. Finally left and went somewhere else.
google avatar

Larry M.

Yelp
Our server, Bailey, was amazing. The food was great. This location is one of the best Landry's I've been to, and the interior (and view of the water) only make the experience better.

Yelp
On July 3, a place should be well stocked ready for July 4. We ordered the Moscato to start. Response came back they were all out. Service was good but supply was weak. About 10 min after ordering dinner, word came back the kitchen was out of STUFFED SHRIMP ENBROCHETTE. Good grief, it is reasonable to overlook some shortcomings but striking out on things to charge the prices we paid. Oh, third strike was just one fork, which left with the salad.

melissa h.

Yelp
Great service and beautiful views. our server Jeremy was very nice and made our experience here better than it should have been . he always checked up on us and made sure everything reached our requirements which was fulfilled .

Yelp
Service was beyond excellent, ambiance was perfect, and food was superb! We had just returned from the Texas Aquarium and were soaking wet from the dolphin show, we asked for outdoor seating and they accommodated us without a problem. Also our waitress Callie Lopez was polite, made great recommendations, and had perfect timing when bringing food & drinks. I will definitely be returning!
