The 15 Best Restaurants At George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) - Houston - The Infatuation

"Landry’s is where you go if you need a seafood fix before boarding. You can get a pan-seared catch of the day, or, if you need something more portable, take a fish po’boy or a couple of shrimp tacos to your gate. But spare yourself the dirty looks from your aislemates and finish them before your flight." - chelsea thomas, gianni greene

Disappointed that the shrimp po boy was popcorn shrimp, which is more breading than shrimp. This location is not representative of Landrys locations outside the airport. The shrimp also had freezer burnt taste/texture. The remoulade sauce was watery. The feench fries over salted. If you're in the airport there are better options.

Landry’s at Houston Airport – Surprisingly Solid with Fresh, Healthy Options I stopped by Landry’s at Houston Airport and was pleasantly surprised. It’s centrally located, making it super convenient if you’re between gates or have a little time to spare. The vibe was decent—comfortable enough to relax before a flight. Fresh Fish & Grilled Chicken Done Right They offer some really healthy options, which can be hard to find in an airport. I went with the fresh fish and grilled chicken, both cooked well and seasoned just right. It was light, flavorful, and perfect for a quick but satisfying meal. A Solid Caesar Salad I also ordered the Caesar salad, and it was better than expected and delicious. Fresh Parmesan, crisp lettuce, and croutons that were actually good—not the hard, flavorless kind you usually get at airports. I asked for my dressing on the side, and they got it right. When there was a minor mix-up, they corrected it immediately without any hassle within minutes. Bonus Points for Flexibility They were even willing to bring out fresh chopped jalapeños on the side, which I appreciated. A small touch, but it showed they’re willing to go the extra mile. Thank you, James for the great service! Quick Service & A Smooth Experience Service was friendly and faster than I thought it would be, especially for an airport spot. Glad I gave it a chance despite the mixed reviews I saw beforehand. If you’re looking for a decent, healthy meal at Houston Airport, Landry’s is a solid option.

Landry's Seafood at Houston Airport is a good and quiet place to sit down for a meal or a drink. The bar is set back into the restaurant a bit so you can enjoy a little more quiet than other bars that are directly in the corridor. The staff here is very nice, the gentleman bartender was great and makes a fantastic bloody Mary. The food is also quite good.. not your typical airport fast food. Good place to sit down for a while and enjoy a meal in quiet space before the flight.

Took about 15 mins to get someone to take my order. Gumbo was very very salty, and I never got water even after asking twice to two different people. The place wasn't crowded. Would not recommend especially if you're in a hurry.

OK , the ambience cannot be five stars in an airport… but this restaurant gets pretty dang close. The food, which included the fish and chips and the fish sandwich, was excellent and the portions were a huge. In retrospect, we, two people, could have shared one dish and left full. Our server, Michael, was excellent, very attentive, prompt, super friendly and accommodating. We had a long layover and this was a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat and, enjoy a beer or two. Michael did not pressure us to rush out and we felt very relaxed here in between flights. Sorry, no food photos to provide, we ate it all before I thought of reviewing :)

I went in around 10:30 am and the fish sandwich was so hot and fresh. Good food to use my Priority pass

Great tasting food. It was a little busy and we had to wait about 15 mins to be seated and about 20 minutes after we ordered for.our food.

Came here to grab a quick bite before my flight. Went to the bar and sat for 15mins before being greeted or given a menu. The bartenders name was Jeanette. I told her I would like to place a to go order and she moved me to this little chair in the corner… which was uncomfortable and I was still ordering drinks so was confused why I had to move. There were dirty dishes where she put me and fruit flies from the server station being right there.
