"Landry’s is where you go if you need a seafood fix before boarding. You can get a pan-seared catch of the day, or, if you need something more portable, take a fish po’boy or a couple of shrimp tacos to your gate. But spare yourself the dirty looks from your aislemates and finish them before your flight. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Gianni Greene

OK , the ambience cannot be five stars in an airport… but this restaurant gets pretty dang close. The food, which included the fish and chips and the fish sandwich, was excellent and the portions were a huge. In retrospect, we, two people, could have shared one dish and left full. Our server, Michael, was excellent, very attentive, prompt, super friendly and accommodating. We had a long layover and this was a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat and, enjoy a beer or two. Michael did not pressure us to rush out and we felt very relaxed here in between flights. Sorry, no food photos to provide, we ate it all before I thought of reviewing :)

If you’re looking for a quick, light, and tasty option at Houston International Airport and aren’t too concerned about price, this spot is a solid choice. I stopped in for a quick bite and ordered the chicken Caesar salad. The portion size was generous, and the flavor exceeded my expectations for airport food. Best of all, I felt great afterward—unlike the sluggish feeling I usually get from heavy options.

Breakfast sandwich was served with raw/under cooked bacon, mozzarella cheese was not melted, the English Muffin was wet. One side of the muffin was thin as a dime. It was so bad I was unable to eat more than the first bite.

The pasta was over cooked and I asked for blacken shrimp and for overcooked shrimp, usually I don’t like to mention service but this I couldn’t help mention service was as horrible as the food! Totally not worth the $$$, microwave Mac and cheese 🧀 would be cheaper and much tastier.

For them to not have available certain drinks was already a turn off, aside from waiting for my waiter to take my order for 10 min. The table that arrived way after me got their food at the same time. Also the bottled water is not alkaline, there are better vendors to choose from that actually provide alkaline water not some cheap made version of so say alkaline water. Service needs improvement and food. Got the Alfredo pasta with shrimp. Extremely salty! Just ate the shrimp, the vegetables didn’t have good seasoning. For such a well known restaurant I expected more. Guess it was an experience to learn where not to come during my business travels.

0 stars. Awful service and food. Host took ages to seat us, was busy chatting with colleague, food took ages to.come out. Ordered a $50 ribeye steak but that is not ribeye. Ordered medium got well done. Server said its not her fault and made 0 attempts to remedy. Steak was awful. Served with a blob of mashed potatoes. Server's fingers were on the inside of plate. Don't eat here. Awful on all counts

Jun2024 - wanted plain blackened salmon - have dietary issues - requested no sauces - setting aside this - this place is always reliable. Food was good, service is really good. Unfortunately - its smack dab in the midst of the IAH construction project - so enjoy your $50 snack to the tones of panic (see video) - there 34 minutes, enjoyed the fire alarms for about 28 minutes of that.

We stopped by here on our layover to share a quick bite and grab a beer. The food and drinks came out super fast and were really good especially considering we were close to closing at the airport! The fried BLT chicken sandwich was super juicy with a great batter and crunch. The fries were well seasoned but came out cold. We let the server know and got a replacement batch super quickly so no issue there! Would definitely recommend stopping by!
