My family ate here a few times over our 3 night stay at Art of Animation. We had dinner once (I enjoyed the Tandoori Chicken with naan bread, roasted cauliflowers, and multi-grain rice), and breakfast every morning (I usually had the naan breakfast sandwich with chicken sausage and a fruit cup. One morning I had a Mickey shaped egg and cheese breakfast sandwich). There are several stations set up food court style, so everyone in your group can order different things. During dinner there is a salad station, burgers, Tandoori Mongolian, pizza / pasta, sandwiches, and several grab and go type items in a separate area. There is an entire case full of pastries, cupcakes, and other desserts. Breakfast has all of the same stations open, but the salad station turns into a fruit/yogurt/cereal area, and the pizza area turns into an omelet station. All of the hot stations have similar breakfast platters. Depending on what you want, one station's platter will be cheaper than the other (with basically the same items).
This is one of the only food courts on Disney property to have real plates and silverware. May not seem like a big deal, but it was nice. Each time we visited, the stations were all clean and tidy, and the seating areas were bussed quickly. The service was hit or miss. The first morning, one worker took my order and I asked if I could get chicken sausage on my naan breakfast sandwich instead of pork. She was hesitant and said she didn't think they could do that, but if she did it would cost extra. I had read on the Disney Food Blog that they had chicken sausage in the mornings at every station, and that I could substitute without an additional charge. I didn't raise a fuss or anything, I just asked for an egg and cheese one instead since I don't eat pork. Another worker overheard us and came over and said she would fix my sandwich with the chicken sausage. The first worker tried arguing with her, and the second lady kindly said "she doesn't eat pork, make it how she wants it". She was by far the most accommodating worker in the food court; most everyone else seemed irritated to be there or very 'blah'. The next morning I ordered the same sandwich, and a different worker made a comment about how she would have to walk to the neighboring station (6 feet away) to get it. Like she was put out by my request - that is not the Disney way. It wasn't my fault that their station was out of chicken sausage.
Short note on the pizza / pasta station: you don't have to wait in the ordering line if all you want is a pizza. There is a side grab & go station for both regular and kids size pizzas. They are constantly filling it with pizzas in to-go boxes, so if they are out of the kind that you want wait a few minutes and they'll fill it back up. That is the same area if you want to grab a quick sausage biscuit or egg and cheese sandwich in the mornings.
This is a great option for a quick meal - totally recommend it!
