Really nice place! The service was good and the food was delicious! We sat by the window with a nice view of the water and yachts. I will say it was very expensive. We got two plates of food and two drinks for a total of almost $100. It was definitely an experience. Thank you, Land Shark!

Came with a huge party for a meet and greet. Service and food was good. I only got a drink and an appetizer. The peel and eat shrimp was enjoyable. I wanna come back and try a couple of things I saw on the menu. Great view if you eat outside.

Ok so service was awesome food 3* if the key lime pie was pie not a custard would gain a star. The drinks were 5* but food will stay at 3*. But it is worth a stop inn. We can try again next week will update with new visit. Tony never let our drinks go dry. Thanks Tony!

Our recent trip to LandShark Bar & Grill at Miami Bayside was everything we love about dining in Miami! Located right on the waterfront, this spot is a tropical paradise where great vibes and mouthwatering flavors come together in perfect harmony. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff and a laid-back, beachy atmosphere that made us feel like we were on vacation (even if it was just for a few hours!). We kicked things off with their signature LandShark Lager (how could we not?), which was the ideal way to start our Miami adventure. Crisp, refreshing, and just the right amount of chill to match the ocean breeze. For starters, we couldn’t resist the Peel & Eat Shrimp—juicy, succulent, and perfectly seasoned with Old Bay. It was like a taste of the sea on our plate! Then came the main course, and let me tell you, choosing just one dish was a challenge! But we finally settled on the Fish Tacos and Jimmy’s Jammin’ Jambalaya. The fish tacos were bursting with flavor—fresh, flaky fish topped with zesty slaw and a drizzle of creamy lime sauce that tied everything together. The jambalaya? A spicy, savory delight that transported us straight to the heart of the South. Each bite was packed with shrimp, chicken, and sausage, all swimming in a rich, flavorful sauce that we couldn’t get enough of. Of course, no visit to LandShark Bar & Grill would be complete without indulging in dessert. We went all out with the Chocolate Hurricane—a massive, chocolatey delight that was as decadent as it sounds. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. But what truly made our time at LandShark special was the vibe—casual, fun, and quintessentially Miami. I gave a 2 star because service was friendly and it has a great view. The food, however, was not just not up to the mark, it was truly disappointing. Crab cakes were way over-seasoned. They were burnt, not blackened. They had a good amount of crab in them, but were nearly inedible. The beans that came with them were so salty, they compared only to a time when we made veggies per a recipe and added a quarter cup of salt vs a quarter teaspoon - so much so it felt like it burned. One can only hope it was a mistake and simply unnoticed! The tuna poke bowl was edible, but almost soupy in dressing and the tuna was all stuck together so each piece had to be cut separately. The onion rings were stale, lukewarm, and chewy. Then you pay $19 for a small plastic Dixie cup of Chardonnay (a bottle that retails for $14 at Total Wine). At least give me a real glass for that price? Would I go back, even if they gave us a gift card to cover our three meals and wine? There are so many great places, I would honestly have to be assured the experience would be significantly different, not just for me but for other guests as well.

Food was ok, service was attentive. I expected more from basic nachos. Not spicy at all even though we asked for Jalapeños (I get it, Jalapeños are a hot or miss), but the fish didn’t make up for it.

Should have known this place sucked when we walked into an empty restaurant! And then when we tried ordering the shrimp appetizer and the waitress said hell no that meal sucks don’t get that! We knew we were in trouble then but decided to give the rest a chance! The best thing was the bacon and loaded cheese fries! After that it was disaster! My partner got the seafood boil and the shrimp was so overcooked and tough we couldn’t remove the tail and parts! I got the fried mixed seafood plate with fried shrimp, mussels that were barely there, sausage slices and potato pieces. Just Both meals were super spiced and salty, everything was covered in spices it was just underwhelming! Then our waitress just vanished and we had to wait ages to get service! Just a mediocre experience and to pay almost $200 for the meal including mandatory tip was a joke! We’ve had better meals for less and way more classier restaurants! Avoid!

There wasn’t a wait to sit as they barely had customers. I can see why now the drinks were good and reasonable but the food took awhile and it was hot but it wasn’t tasty. I ordered the nachos with extra beef. In which was a huge mistake because the beef was bland with a weird texture. It tasted very artificial like dog food. Customer service was ok

It was a beautiful day and we wanted to sit outside. I didn't know this place was here under the Hard Rock Cafe. Menu is a typical American bar food. I ordered BBQ burger and my friend ordered Philly sandwich. We decided to share food. I enjoyed the both sandwiches but the flavor was just OK. The server was friendly and helpful. Food came out fast.

Horrible service. Sat for 10 minutes before anyone even came to our table. Watching the other tables and only 1 server showed up during the time we were waiting. When our finally arrived she couldn't have been less interested in taking our order. We ordered drinks and a meal. Total visits from the time we arrived u til we left 4 including brining the check. By the way the cheeseburger was outstanding. If it wasn't for the terrible service it would have been a great afternoon. The server either never had training or was in a position that she wasn't a fit for. I understand finding labor is difficult bad having uninterested or untrained employees is worse.

Location location location. The food at best wad average. The service I think they had a bad night ? I actually had to tap the server on the shoulder in an almost empty restaurant and ask him if we could order. However if you want typical bar food with cold beers a great view and kick ass TVs this is your joint.

Our experience was exceptionally disappointing, warranting a rating below one star. Visiting on a Sunday to watch football, we encountered a dismissive server, Shonda, who appeared disheveled and uninformed in appearance and knowledge of the menu. Manager Jay's response was similarly inadequate. With only five patrons, our cold food and lack of attention were noteworthy. Upon reporting our concerns to Jay, he offered no apology, merely a $7 discount on our $109 bill, with unclear reasoning. We left hungry and unsatisfied and only then understood why there were only 5 tables occupied at this huge waterfront restaurant in downtown Miami.

We stopped by this location to have couple drinks. The mango daiquiri was not good, came with no garnishes of pineapple nor cherry. Bil has gratuity, tourists tax and regular tax. Probably wont visit again

I cannot base on my review on the food since I didn't have any, just the service and drinks. I sat at the bar and a nice bartender came over and asked for my drink order. I got the watermelon matador. It is a cocktail with watermelon Red Bull in it and I needed some caffeine. She brought me the drink and asked if I wanted food. I mentioned I was just drinking and just really needed something with caffeine in it. then she offered to give me the whole can. i am sure she probably doesn't make too many of these so having the can open is probably a waste. Really nice bartender. I was sitting there enjoying my cocktail and people watching when a group of extremely rowdy children came in and were screaming, running around the bar area by the cornhole, and jumping on chairs. I was so happy once they were seated in the dining area and not screaming near me when yet another crew of people and their loud wild children came in. One of the mother's came over and was getting a little rude with the bartender even though she hadn't done anything wrong. Seems like she was frustrated from her unruly kids running around. I finished my drink and left based on the ongoing atmosphere. Not the restaurants fault but I didn't want to listen to the screaming any longer.

(Late review from October - November 2022) A good spot for lunch in Miami. The view of the harbor is pleasant with the large outdoor patio. The customer service from our server (forgot her name but she was very sweet) was first rate. The fish tacos I got were yummy, but in retrospect I would have rather it was served with fries instead of tortilla chips but that's not a big deal. The fish tacos themselves were well portioned and filling for lunch.

Classic bayfront bar with nice views of the water. You'll be next to people boarding tour boats, so it can be a little noisy but good people watching. We went at 1:30pm on Easter Sunday and the place was empty. A lot of the reviews said the service was slow and I assumed we wouldn't witness that since we were some of the only people there, but I was wrong. It took a super long time to get our order taken and to get our waiter to come back after our food was dropped. We got the shrimp tacos which were fine, and the fish and chips which was super fishy. I've never had fried fish that tasted so fishy. They were very kind and replaced it for me and I got a caesar salad with shrimp which was good. Overall, the experience was fine. The food was fine. The service was fine. Typical bayfront experience.

The only thing this place has going for them is the view! I ordered a spicy margarita. It was not good at all. It was very watered down. There were four of us and we did not like any of the food we ordered. Besides the shrimp cocktail appetizer, but I mean, how can you mess that up?! Tried the Poké bowl which was not good because the rice was hard. The fish tacos were dry and the fish was overcooked and tasteless. The coconut shrimp was just okay. I would definitely not return here. And if I do, it's gonna be to order a bottle of beer while enjoying the view and go eat somewhere else.

Henry was really nice and gave us excellent service. Also told us about how we can have the burgers or fish and chips dipped in the wing sauce!! AMAZING. Will be back. And the Oreo shake is delicioussss

My teenage son and I were hungry after our exhilarating Thriller speedboat tour. We decided to try out this Jimmy Buffet-owned restaurant. It is quaint decorated with colorful surfboards, photos of Jimmy Buffet and unusual quotes like, "No Shirt? No Shoes? No Problem!". It has a nice view of the harbor and port. We each had the fish and chips with a small side salad. We shared the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. The fish was crispy. The chocolate lava cake was delicious. Portions are very generous. Our server was Shonda, a polite, friendly and helpful lady.

Love Jimmy Buffet. Total Parrot-head (but that's not why we went - made the connection on the way out). Everyone loved what they had, fresh and delicious - pippin' hot, perfect dips, huge portion sizes (overpriced but... it's Miami, waterfront). Great: * fish and chips * fish tacos * chicken tenders * Fries * onion rings Healthy pour spicey Bloody Mary's Cheerful, friendly service all around, fast service, let us camp and hang with no grief.

Stopped by for a quick lunch while in the area. The hostess wasn't the friendliest but the waiter was very nice and attentive. The food was decent and and tasted fresh.

The service was AWESOME however the food was only ok imo. We had our first late dinner here on a Thursday night. We walked in 15 minutes before closing and were able to get a table inside where we could cool off and have a bite. We didn't have any special drinks but the waitress helped accommodate us with some Texas Michelodas! They are located at Bayside near the Ferris wheel.

This review is only for the food quality and prices. The service from our waiter was fine but had to mention that the prices for what we ordered was high. We ordered taco nachos and the Caribbean salad. The nachos seemed like everything came from a can or a bag. Not fresh ingredients. The salad had chicken included but the issue with the salad was it had a strong fishy taste mostly likely from the chicken. The food was not worth the money spent :/ Our waiter was kind and refunded the salad for us. But be aware that the $$$ you spend here is a lot for the quality.

Great waterside bar and grill. Great drinks, service, and ambiance. Definitely worth a visit. Recommend the grouper sandwich!

Bill included gratuity for only 2 guests?! Not at the other restaurants we stopped at in the area. Food did not warrant the price for the quality. The only good thing was A/C.

First time here and let me say, YES YES and YES again. Their seafood combo was amazing. I LOVE Cajun/Old Bay seasoning. The amount of old bay that was used was perfect. The butter was great which balanced the cocktail sauce. The entire experience was amazing. When I'm back in Miami, I will definitely be returning. Awesome job. Staff was great as well. OH, you also get a FREE picture printed (at least we did at this time.)

Great place to eat at after walking around bayside. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Staff very kind and friendly. Accommodating to big parties. They have outside sitting. They have AC but it was still hot, so I recommend trying a frozen strawberry margarita with a salt rim to keep you cool! Mango flavor is also good!

Came here for lunch with a group of 7. We were seated outside and they were able to make it happen without the sun shiny into half of our faces. Great service, although they were a little slow and inconsistent with the service. Some food came out faster than others, while drinks for some reason took longer as they were forgotten. I got their Seafood Combo, which consisted of a sampling of their LandShark® Fish & Chips, Coconut Shrimp and Fried Shrimp served with French fries, sweet pineapple dipping sauce, jalapeño tartar, and chili lime spiked aioli. Overall, this was a lot of greasy food, but know doesn't look deep fried food? Could have been shared between two people. Overall, it was okay, nothing too special.

What a **** experience this restaurant is good if you're getting alcoholic beverages and not even all of them. All other drinks suck because they cant even get the taste of coca cola right out of their fountain there was barely any syrup in it. Coming to the food that's a whole new level of mess and suckiness because the menu looks great on paper only simply don't order any seafood here because Mc Donald's can offer you better fish at this point because I ordered the fish tacos and they smelled super fishy I couldn't even eat it and the crab cakes were the same way simply just disgusting. And service sucked just as bad as the food, if I can give no stars I totally would. basically it's a horrible experience and a waste of money

Tons of choices at this marketplace but this had a little of everything. Frozen drinks and fish tacos were spot on and our waiter was so nice. Even got a front row to the pirate ship that docked right in front.

Awesome!! We came here ona Sunday evening dinner time and did not have a wait. They offer inside and outside seating. We opted for inside to get a break from the very noisy surrounding restaurants. Although they had music playing it was not over powering and I could have a normal conversation with out screaming. The food came out fresh and super hot. I felt the portions were big and good for the price. I had the fish and chips and the other person in the party had the mix of shrimp and fix and everything was very good!! Server was extremely kind. The drinks are yummy but strong so be mindful.

Yenny was the best server we have ever had at Bayside. She was prompt, caring. efficient, flexible, informative, energetic & sweet! Menu is inviting and our food was terrific. We sat outside by the water and the atmosphere was fabulous! Thank you for the great food and superb hospitality!

The bartenders where great. Fast and nice. Had a large group and accommodating for us all. Food is always good must get the nachos and fried pickles.

First time here, hostess & servers were nice. We had the taco nacho which the kids liked and peel shrimp & burger OK. My fish and chips was horrible, greasy and the whole batter was cooked on the outside and dough inside. I took the fish out and ate half. I should've sent it back. As I said the employees were nice, efficient and helpful but nothing good about the food. Location is nice by the water and music, clean place.

Waited for quite a while to be greeted by a server. Table was sat after us and was helped before us. The server added gratuity to our ticket even though we are a party of two. Food was ok.

Good food, great service, and Adam the bartender was incredible! We had the fried grouper sandwich and seafood lettuce wraps.

Stopped by Landshark for a quick drink while I was shopping. The bartender Adam was fantastic! He was friendly, quick and very attentive. He made me feel very comfortable. I wound up staying for over an hour! I'd definitely go back and bring my friends and hopefully Adam will be on shift!

Food was decent but lacked any atmosphere. Big open space with lousy service and no feeling of Miami. There are many better places to choose here.

Food was great but service was beyond horrible. Waited 10 minutes before the server even came over. Got our food and never saw him again. Drinks were empty not even half way through the meal. Asked hostess to find our server, she was just friendly about it. Then o asked another hostess where the bathroom was and she acted like I ruined her day!!

I love how people makes you feel in this place, they're awesome! And also can't get tired of the "5o'clock somewhere" cocktail, it's amazing.

I struggled on whether to write this review bc our server was great (wish I remembered her name) . The day we went the ac was broken. To say it was miserable would be a huge understatement. Worse yet no one mentioned it to us until we asked. We should've left at that point but we struggled through since we had kids with us( that was a mistake). The server was great. The food was meh. My uncle got the burger and he said it was "McDonald's level" . Great location but the inside was dingy. Will not be back.

This place is in general atrociously disgusting! My family and I came here and the only good thing we had was our sodas. The fish is so fishy, salty, and dry. The nachos reminded me of taco bell and the sauces tasted as if it was from McDonald's. We couldn't even get close to finishing our food from how nasty it tasted. Our waitress was slow, even though it was practically empty here. Like she was a chef as well. The fries weren't even good! I'm extremely disappointed.

I guess this place is short staffed because we waited outside to be seated and only to see an almost empty restaurant. And i when we were leaving the hostess said the wait time is 25 mins or more but there were so many vacant tables. Anyway. The food was alright, paid $22 and this is what I got. I don't think it's worth it , the portion was too small for $22 they could've just put tons of fries. Even my husbands burger was alright. Unfortunately I don't recommend this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience at Landshark in Bayside! We went on a Saturday afternoon in the summer when Bayside was VERY packed and VERY hot! Seeking some A/C and some space away from the crowds, we stumbled upon Landshark bar. It's located in the same building as the Hard Rock Cafe, on the bottom floor. It had indoor seating which we were desperately seeking (also has outdoor seating for those who prefer the true scorching Miami experience), and it was not crowded, so it seemed like a solid spot for us. We were immediately seated and very nicely greeted by our server. I don't remember her name, but she was SO nice and pleasant, very attentive, funny, and super helpful when it came to selecting items on the menu. The inside of the restaurant has lots of beach vibes and the windows allow for a great view of the marina, even for those who sit inside. I started off with a nice, ice cold beer. The menu is kind of limited but there are still lots of solid options. After much deliberation (and asking our server so many questions about the different options), I decided to get the chicken sandwich. I was so pleasantly surprised by the sandwich! It was a HEFTY sandwich in the best way. It was a very nice portion; I tried and tried, but I couldn't finish it! It was served so fresh and the flavors were delicious. For some reason I expected a more basic sandwich, but this was far from it. It exceeded my expectations incredibly and it was really delicious. As much as I enjoyed our experience here, I wouldn't quite consider it a 5-star restaurant. The menu is pretty limited (lots of fried options, typical beach bar type food) and although it's cute and beachy, it is lacking in atmosphere. However, it is a solid, comfortable choice in Bayside and I'd definitely go back.

Well it's a tourist trap but you kind of know that before you go when you're in the area. We just stopped to grab something real quick before we got on our charter yacht Just got the steam seafood boat. It really wasn't anything

Service is very good here, but that is about as good as it gets. All of the food is borderline fast food, even the seafood options seem to just be frozen grocery store brands, at fine dining prices. The view of the harbor and music is great, but just not worth the price. Most likely won't return.

Our waiter was really nice BUT the food pricing was horrific. $20.99 for fish tacos and chips which I wouldn't mind paying but look at the fish portion in a single taco....terrible.

The place is nice the servers are also very nice BUT The food portions are too EXPENSIVE and too SMALL Fish tacos didn't even had a little sauce on top of the greens asked for cocktail sauce and they brought me some sweet and sour sauce Fish and chips too oily

I have no idea about food but if you are looking for cheap beer and AC this is the place.

Should've avoided all the clear markings of a cheesy, poorly executed tourist trap of a restaurant this place was!! Let it be a reminder to try other restaurants at the Bayside Marketplace than this establishment!! I believe it's a franchise and its menu is American casual cuisine marketing off of views near the water. We had ordered the Seafood Boil and for its $30+ pricepoint, this was horrendous and utterly dissappointing. Comparing this mess of a seafood boil to another franchise Krab Kingz which is leagues better even at double the pricepoint. I could make a better seafood boil for cheaper when a mussel has no meat in it, the seasoning quite literally is a few dashes of Old Bay, and most of the "boil" is just potato halves. We also ordered the Peel-N-Eat Shrimp and it tasted like it was frozen, not fresh, even though we were in Miami...Landshark, do better. To end on a positive note, atleast everything was edible, our server was decent, and the patio view was relaxing.

Three days after visiting Landshark, I'm back home and still suffering the effects of food poisoning I contracted here. Allow me to share my experience, albeit without some of the graphic details. My friend and I came here for dinner on Wednesday evening after visiting Bayfront Marketplace. Other than the beautiful location on the the waterfront, there was nothing positive about my experience. I ordered the Havana Day Dreaming Bloody Mary. (See picture and description from menu) What I got wasn't anything like the menu indicated. A Bloody Mary in a small plastic cup with a slice of lemon. No lime wheel, pineapple wedge or celery stalk. I asked our server why I didn't get what was described in the menu. Jake mumbled something about "items being downsized". And, that they didn't have the other ingredients. That was a Lie as I saw the items on the bar when passing by it later in my visit. Next the food. My friend got the Seafood Boil and I got the Crab Cakes. My friend didn't want his peel-n-eat shrimp so I ate them; we shared the steamed broccoli from my meal. My crab cakes seemed kind of mushy like they might have been sitting awhile or perhaps undercooked. The shrimp I ate were nasty. I only ate several before giving up. The only thing that was really good were the French fries. As this was our only meal that day, other than breakfast at our usual place, there is no doubt where I contracted food poisoning. Fast forward about 9 hours when I woke up feeling incredibly nauseous and with diarrhea. My entire day Thursday was spent hugging, and sitting on, my new best friend, the toilet. Oh, and taking Imodium. What a pleasant way to spend my last day in Miami Beach! Fortunately my friend was unscathed. I had an early morning flight home Friday and at times didn't think I'd be able to go. I did make it home okay, barely. I learned a valuable lesson that day, when my friend said he had a bad feeling about this place, I should've listened.

Extremely slow service. I didn't have a ton of time before my next tour. I ordered nachos from the appetizers thinking it wouldn't take too long. It took 25 minutes to come out. I didn't get a refill on my drink, had to quickly eat and put the rest in a Togo bag. The worst part - they put a mandatory 20% tip.
