The 38 Best Restaurants in Markham, Ontario | Eater

"This 500,000-square-foot commercial and residential complex offers an absolute wealth of dining options (more than 40), including some of the best wontons in the GTA at Big Trio Wonton Noodle (see separate listing). Toast Delight is known for its Hong Kong-style egg waffles, Kore Chicken fries up some crispy fowl, and Northwestern Chinese Cuisine serves a variety of dishes, including lamb ramen and homemade spicy rabbit head. There are eateries dedicated to dumplings and sushi and those specializing in Taiwanese and Sichuan fare. Plus, the complex includes a T&T Supermarket, the largest Asian grocery store chain in Canada, which carries a bevy of hot foods to sample, a top-notch bakery, and fresh mango and durian mochi. Langham Square is one of Markham’s most unique plazas — a lively spot with a strong East Asian influence and a great mix of shops and restaurants. The T&T Supermarket is the main anchor and always busy, offering everything from fresh produce to hard-to-find Asian snacks. Food options are fantastic — Daimaru Shabu Shabu is a must-try for hot pot lovers, and Tiger Sugar serves up some of the best brown sugar bubble tea around. You’ll also find great places like Go For Tea, Congee Queen, and Green Grotto Café for casual eats and drinks. There are plenty of specialty stores, bakeries, and bubble tea spots tucked around every corner. Upstairs, the small shops sell everything from skincare and stationery to travel services and boutique fashion. There’s even a few medical clinics, salons, and educational centers, making it a one-stop community hub. Overall, Langham Square is a vibrant and convenient destination — especially for anyone who loves authentic East Asian food and shopping. Parking can be tight during peak hours, but it’s worth the visit.

Langham Square Mall in Markham is a nice, convenient spot with a variety of small shops and restaurants. It has a cozy local feel, offering Asian groceries, cafes, and services. The mall is getting busier slowly as more people discover it, making it a pleasant place to visit for quick errands or casual dining.

Chinese plaza located along Kennedy Road close to highway 407. There's lots of places to eat here. Parking can be challenging as the outdoor parking lot is rather small, but they have 2 levels of underground parking which is nice during the winter. There's a large T&T supermarket which is their anchor store. 2nd floor has some smaller shops such as nail salons, cell phone repair, fast food, travel agents, etc. Worth checking out if you're in the area.

This plaza has more than 15 different types of restaurants for you to choose from. Most of them are good but just the parking is horrible. There is a TnT supermarket at the ground floor. At the second floor, there are many little shops from clothing to eat. I personally like the cake shop, their cakes are very well designed and cute.

A neat plaza with food to tickle all Asian fancies. From amazing soups, bakeries and bubble tea, to getting new glasses and latest kitches. The plaza above ground parking can be a nightmare with drivers impatient to let you out, however there is plenty of underground parking with access via escalator or elevator to the main level. Accessible parking is marked, however includes curbs, no ramped areas, and doors that open where you were on the side. So not so accessible without bringing your loved one around the parking lot despite parking in front of the establishment.
