My wife wanted to visit different markets while we were in Italy, so we visited both markets while, in Florence. While at the smaller one we decided to get food to purpose for dinner, and Lanini 1980 had a nice stuffed rabbit (coniglio ripieno) that we got for dinner. The butcher explained how to cook it, which was pretty easy in the oven. We also picked up a small truffle from there as well. Dinner was great, with all the fresh produce from the maket, including the rabbit.
