What a terribly run company. How in the world do you keep a business open when you don’t respond to emails and phone for 2-3 weeks?? She knows very little about the product that she sells and is absolutely zero help if you have an issue with your lantern. We purchased three lanterns from them. All three never burned properly. You could not get it to burn with a nice, yellow, flickering flame. They constantly burned like a blue torch. She guaranteed it had to do with the pressure going to the lanterns so I spent a ton of money and time with our gas company trying to diagnose the problem. Finally, after not getting in touch with them because their phone is apparently disconnected now, I contacted the manufacturer of the lantern. He told me it was a common problem, and that he would send new burners for the lanterns. 24 hours later, all three of my lanterns were working perfectly, nothing due to the work of Lantern & Scroll.
