Homestyle Laotian Food Is Heading to West Passyunk - Eater Philly
"Laos Cafe is a new restaurant offering traditional Laotian food. It is located in the former Grubhouse space and features a menu with Lao staples such as tum mak hoong, nam khao, and laad na. The venue is small with nine tables and six stools at the bar, and includes a mural depicting scenes from Laos." - Rachel Vigoda

Alwas love this place. Awesome food, great service, friendly owners and employees. I love all the delicious food but my fave is the Beef Jerky, Nam Khao, and Fried Fish. The decor has a traditional feel with the owner's beautiful artwork of his hometown. This is the best place to go to for Laos Food hands down!

This little cafe offers a good taste of the laos cuisine in a small intimate environment. The food is good and it's BYOB. Great for get togethers with a friend you haven't seen in a while.

Went on opening day; the food is ridiculous. I have been dreaming about it ever since. Thai Ice Tea was really good too. New gem in the neighborhood.

I love this place and the people there! I followed them from when they were in the north Philadelphia area to south Philadelphia. Genuine Lao food! Makes me miss my mom's cooking!
