Plus, they make well-balanced creations you don't see everyday like the thick and sweet Outkast with cinnamon apples, nutmeg, and filling oatmeal. "Situated in a quiet corner in Ponce City Market, LaRaiyah’s Bodega feels like stepping into another ecosystem. Ferns hang like curtains, the flower wall looks like it’s been doctored up in Technicolor, and downbeat hip-hop makes the chaos outside feel miles away. Bring that friend who names their plants and keeps a misting schedule more detailed than a strategic report. Smoothies named after rap legends like Nipsey Hussle and Missy Elliott are excellent. And our go-to, the OutKast, with cinnamon apples, nutmeg, and oatmeal, may put your friend in a humming mood. Tucked in a back corner, the juice bar feels like you’ve completely left touristy PCM—hip-hop and nu-soul bounces through the speakers, mingling with the plants and colorful art. And while the decor is great, the smoothies here are bar-setting, especially the thick and sweet Outkast with sweet cinnamon apples, nutmeg, and oatmeal or the fruity red Cardi Bacardi with sea moss. This vegan juice bar is one of the coolest stalls in PCM, decorated with plants and colorful art featuring legendary rappers like Tupac Shakur, Biggie, and Nipsey Hussle. And while we like perusing their collection of beanies, bucket hats, and T-shirts with phrases like “black girl magic” and “ashe,” we’re mainly here for the smoothies because they’re bar-setting. Our favorite is the thick and sweet Outkast with sweet cinnamon apples, nutmeg, and filling oatmeal.
