"The Mexican cuisine cluster includes existing competition from next-door Laredo Taco Company, easily overlooked inside a 7-11 with surprisingly solid breakfast tacos." - Tierney Plumb

This Laredo Taco is located inside of the 7-11 convenience store! (405 K Street; DC).There is an area to sit & eat the food! Very fresh cooked food—-I recommend the shrimp taco’s & their fresh made chips with salsa—they are excellent! Now, they have a special: 2 shrimp tacos & Big Gulp drink $6–excellent— budget friendly! Courteous Staff and Food Preparers!

Poorly packaged, they played in my food and missing items ( this was for delivery) I ordered 2 burritos and it came looking like a tossed salad , one of the worst restaurants I ordered from on DoorDash , terrible service

Ordered delivery, we did not receive our full order, plus the fajitas had food substitutions that were not indicated on the website. Also the rice was stale and crunchy. Would not order again

The breakfast tacos are packed with food. I got a chorizo breakfast taco, and 1 taco was plenty of food. It was delicious. The gentleman who cooked the ingredients fresh on the grill was very customer oriented. Had a very positive vibe. (It is inside the 7-Eleven)

Heads up-- this is inside of the 7/11. The tortillas are amazing and they make them on the spot!! Worth the 5 min wait. They also have tamales! Super affordable and delicious. There is a small sitting area inside the 7/11 but you can also take it to go.

I love Laredo Taco! The tortillas are handmade and fresh and delicious. The portion sizes are generous (a hard thing to find anywhere in DC). I only wish they offered barbacoa like they do ar the Laredo Tacos back in Texas! I'd be visiting a lot more if they did, that's for sure (especially since nowhere in DC has good barbacoa). Note: their posted hours on Google are wrong. An employee told me they're open 7-7 except Sundays when it's 7-6. Definitely not open until 9pm like Google says.

The fresh, hand-rolled tortillas are amazing! Some of the fillings were better than others, but it was fun to try a variety of them. The reason for the 5 stars is the tortillas. I haven’t been to any other place in DC with fresh tortillas, which I love.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. The tortillas are rolled by hand and made to order. The carnitas is fried and fantastic. Apparently nothing is pre-packaged; everything is made fresh, and it shows. There’s also a little salsa bar with 2oz cups of Pico, hot salsa, and salsa verde. The employees were really friendly, and the restaurant was really clean.

Yelp
have you ever eaten gravel? after eating this chicken I can say I have! - rock hard. almost looked deep fried with the plastic looking coating around each grilled chicken chunk - ordered two sets of chips and salsa. received 1 order of chips with no salsa to be found. - ordered 1 steak fajita bowl with tons of veggies and one chicken bowl with no cheese and got a shrimp bowl and a chicken bowl with cheese. ok. hm. remix! - the beans had a ton of flavor and the cooked vegetables were good (despite not being a bowl add on option?)

Yelp
Writing an update as quality seems to have dropped off recently. Stopped in for breakfast tacos - they had like 2 options for proteins available, the tortillas did not taste fresh at all, the taco meat was dry, and the taco itself was like 75% sour cream. They're still cheap but with the million taco places in that area now I'm good thanks

Yelp
As you can see, my beverage is barely making it. I will update my review when I get the chance to try their food but let me tell you about their drinks! These are only $1 and are SO good. I am one for great customer service, and the associate definitely said "try it first because I don't want you to buy it and hate it" (a check for the Pros column for me). The Cantaloupe drink is refreshing and cool. Overall, definitely a gem inside of 7-Eleven, but again I'll update better after I've tried the food.

Yelp
Uhh... out of the bag into the trash. I was going to slum it just for time's sake, $13 for 2 tacos that were barely edible, that I'm certain would have had me in the bathroom all afternoon had I muscled my way through that nightmare. Sorry, for $13 I expect something half decent, not a mess that gets all over your hands, wrong sauce (maybe the guy was color blind?), dyed meat that had a very horribly wrong spice in it... with all the other options within 5 minutes DON'T save yourself time. Sunoco needs to go back to hotdogs, wings and subs, this place has no business making tacos, AT ALL.

Yelp
First, they sent me the complete wrong order. Nothing I ordered at all. Then, the food SUCKS!! Terrible terrible
