Ordered a bacon cheddar burger and received just a hamburger. Had to ask for cheese and bacon to be added, and of course the cheese was cold. Then started in on my fries which were barely cooked, and there was one fry that wasn't cooked at all. Look at my accompanying pictures! Do your self a favor and eat a burger someplace else that values your business!

haven't been to Larkburger in at least 10 years because I have not been impressed with it, but things have definitely improved. I met a friend for lunch today and everything was great. There are now 2 different size burgers, so of course I had the larger one, which was nice and thick and cooked perfectly. The fries were also delicious. The music was not too loud so I was able to catch up with an old friend and most importantly the temperature inside was not cold. Usually, on a hot day, restaurants will freeze me with the air conditioning. The whole lunch was perfect and I will be back.

Ate here the other day and it was amazing, so I decided eat here again. This time it wasn’t as good. The didn’t have the mushroom burger and I had to wait for them to make turkey burgers (which wasn’t the issue). My burger and bun were both burnt and it came with onions when I ordered it without and they forgot the pickles on one and no sauce on both of the burgers. Also Boulder just mandated that all people have to wear masks while inside (vaccinated or not) and only one employee had a mask on. They were also more concerned about how much money they made for the day and that another employee forgot to clock out. Hopefully it will get better the next time I’m visiting Boulder.

This was my first time visiting Larkburger and I had heard good things about it. I ordered truffle fries and a milkshake. The fries were soggy/not crisp but otherwise tasted good. The milkshake looked small so I asked a worker if it actually was 16 oz., as advertised. He said that they received new cups so he wasn't actually sure. I compared at home to a 16 oz. cup and discovered that the milkshake was maybe 12 oz. For the price, I didn't get what I ordered.

This was my first time visiting Larkburger and it'll likely be my last. While walking home from work, I decided I didn't feel like cooking and that a burger would be better. I regret that decision. My burger fell apart almost immediately and I ended up having to eat it in pieces. The fries I got were tiny little crunchy bits with very few pieces that I could actually pick up and dip in ketchup. Also, the box the fries came in wasn't folded right, so the tiny overcooked bits kept falling out the bottom and I didn't even get a full portion since the bottom flap of the box took up as much space as the fries did. I will say, whatever brand of root beer they have is absolutely delicious. The half-portion of fries I got (at full cost) seemed like the leftovers of whatever batch had been cooked previously. The burger, while tasting all right, was a disaster. I've attached a picture showing both the unintentionally deconstructed burger and the garbage half portion of fries. One star, and that's being generous.

When they are cooked properly, the burgers are delicious, but this location has a serious problem with cooking them to any consistent standard. Some days, medium is well done, sometimes it is rare, almost raw (not surprising considering how quickly they cook a 1/3lb burger). Only once out of my past 4 visits was actually medium. I dont really want to return to this location at the risk of a barely edible $8 burger. I added a picture of my most recent medium.

I just got a burger here to go and it was completely raw even though I ordered medium. I called to get a refund but their voicemail was full so I could not. I have to say their fries were fantastic but were completely overshadowed by the raw meat.

I got The bacon 🥓 Cheddar burger 🍔 with a side of edemame. Burger Was Great. I liked you could pick how you wanted it cooked I chose medium well. Great meal but pricey. 10$ burger. I guess everything so expensive now sucks.
