Yet again excellent food, service and ambiance. My favorite restaurant in Tarbes for Michelin quality food and service. Timothy (front of house) takes service to a new level of professionalism and attentive care.

Clean and cozy ambience. The host (a young man) was super attentive and sympathetic. Products with great quality. Menu with full of flavor, taste and authenticity. A really fair price to the menu of the day (3 courses). The wine also was really good! An amazing surprise!

Been here several times, and I never was disappointed. Very good restaurant, quiet and cozy, very good service with exceptional food!

This is the highlight food of our trips here in tarbes, france for my cousin wedding. The decorations were beautiful and the staff is very friendly. There were one man that cN speak English. The others only speak french. The fusion food was amazing, taste excellent! They explained all the food that delivered to our table. And its so nice to know what will you expected when you taste the food. I love the fusion sushi for the appetizer, the other was ok. The scalop and gambas was amazing too! The fish is also so nice! The beef its also melts in your mouth. The creme brulle for dessert its also amazing! The last course they served us coffee or tea, with marshmallow passion fruits, rose macaroons and chocolate framboise. I love the marshmallow and the macaroons. When you are around tarbes, you should try this restaurant!

We had a great meal! The price of the menu at midday it’s totally worth it ! The fish was very nice as well as the stater… good ambiance and service

A luxurious lunch deal with great food, great presentation and a charming server to explain every dish. A fusion of tastes in the 3 course menu de jour plus appetizers. Even the bread was a delicacy with duck and local beans impregnated in a delicious roll. All for $30 euros! Highly recommend!

Just rang from England, speaking perfect polite French, to make a reservation. I had to ring up, and told her I was calling from the UK because I had emailed via their site to request a reservation for 6 people. I was told quite rudely that they do not look at their emails. OK... I then asked about a late reservation and then an early reservation as we are going to a show for the Offrande Musicale in Tarbes. In each case I couldn't finish my question before being rudely told that those times were not possible. The woman who answered the phone was simply rude, without any customer "politesse". As enticing the menu is...I wouldn't give them my business.

This place made our week. Such amazing food and service. Also amazing value and the wines... Just try it please. Compliments to the Japanese couple in the kitchen!
