There's a lot on offer here, at least when we visited in early October. For pick-your-own, I believe they had flowers, cabbage, broccoli, and maybe one or two others. There was also a corn maze and various Halloween decorations up. For the pick-your-own fields, you drive down and park next to the field. Unfortunately we visited on a Friday, and apple picking was only open on Saturday and Sunday. You definitely need to check their website for the daily harvest updates before visiting. They also have a barn where they sell all sorts of goods, including fruits and vegetables, snacks, jams and salsas, dairy products, meats, and more. Plenty of restrooms available, but they are port-a-potties. That said, they seem pretty clean and they have sinks for hand washing.

Larriland has become a fall staple for me and several of my friends. It’s a quick 40-45 minute drive from Baltimore and it’s perfect for either a half or full day trip. Depending on the time of year you go, you’ll be able to pick flowers, herbs, various vegetables, berries, apples, and pumpkins. In the fall there’s ample apple and pumpkin picking which is a perfect way to get in the fall spirit. Always check the website and/or call the hotline before leaving home so that you know what can be picked. I’d recommend getting to the farm early because it will get busy and if you have your heart set on apple picking, it’s possible that if you come too late the fields will be closed. Also, since they have so many different kinds of apples you’ll want to ensure that the ones you want are available for picking on that day. In addition to pick your own, they have a red barn store that is packed with their own fresh produce and other goods such as locally baked bread, local honey, candles, and apple cider (seasonal). Also on the weekends they make and sell fresh apple fritters and warm or cold cider by the cup. There’s ample seating around the red barn to enjoy their goodies or to bring your own picnic.

We were excited about the “you-pick” experience, but ended up disappointed. The staff were very friendly, and the corn and melon were delicious. The flower-picking section was also a highlight, with some varieties I’d never seen before. The downside was the pricing rules for fruit-picking. Our group of four wanted the smaller $20 basket, but we were told we could only buy the $40 option and to think of it as an admission fee. Since we weren’t staying long and had already purchased items in the barn, that policy felt unfair and restrictive. Instead, we just bought a 1/2 peck for $9. The peaches we tried were okay, but not the best. There are also a lot of posted rules, which made the atmosphere feel less relaxed than other orchards. If you’re looking for a more low-key pick-your-own experience, this might not be the best place.

This is a really nice place. I always go there with the family to pickup apples, blueberries, strawberries, potatoes, onions, broccoli and cabbage. We also enjoy their on-site store with some fresh milk.

Get out of the city and take the kids to a real farm! We enjoyed our FIVE-STAR visit to Larriland Farm with the grandkids — picking apples, getting lost in the maze, walking the corn rows, playing cornhole, and shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables. Hayrides are also available! Food on site. In addition to 25 acres of apples, Larriland Farm grows strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, gooseberries, currants, plums, peaches, grapes, pears, beets, tomatoes, broccoli, and pumpkins.

We recently visited the farm and had a wonderful time picking blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. The fields were well-maintained and clearly marked, making it easy to navigate between berry patches. The fruit was incredibly fresh, sweet, and flavorful—you can really taste the difference between farm-fresh produce and what you’d typically find in a grocery store. These are the kinds of fruits that often don’t make it to market, and you can tell: they’re picked at the perfect moment of ripeness, not for shipping. In addition to the berries, Larriland offers a wide selection of fruits and vegetables throughout the growing season. From apples to pumpkins to leafy greens, there’s always something in season and available for picking or purchase at their market stand. One of the highlights of the trip was the “pick-your-own flowers” area. It’s a beautiful field filled with vibrant blooms where you can hand-select and cut your own bouquet. It’s a peaceful, scenic experience that adds a lovely touch to the visit. The farm is clearly well-loved and well-run. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall setup is very family-friendly. There are bags to carry your harvest, and even pre-picked produce and treats available if you prefer not to pick yourself. We absolutely enjoyed our visit and are already looking forward to returning again sometime. Whether you’re looking to stock up on seasonal fruits or simply enjoy a peaceful day outdoors, Larriland Farm is definitely worth the trip.

Great place with lots of things to do for the kids. Hey rides, corn mazes, live music and lots of food options. We have been multiple years and enjoy it every time!

Beautiful farm especially if you like to pick your own fruits and vegetables. However, there wasn't much fresh produce in the barn for a farm of that size. Lots of prepared items for sale from local vendors if that's your thing. Still worth the trip if you like to pick!
