Update: 11/21 - the lady who assisted me the juicing station most recently was phenomenal. Originally: We’ve enjoyed there location in Ossining for years as a family. When this place first opened we could not wait to visit. It has a clean and bright atmosphere. The pay by weight buffet is much more easy to navigate then in Ossining. Same exact options. Along with the fresh juice bar. I always recommend any of their grilled meats and their chaulafan. They have ample seating in the back, and a couple of high chairs.

This buffet style restaurant offers a pay what you get at a weighted cost and offers a variety of options. They offer Ecuadorian classics throughout the day. In the mornings, you’ll find breakfast food until 10:30am- from fried egg, to empanadas, to tamales, to white rice, and beans and the occasional bacon egg & cheese sandwich. For those looking for their morning fix, they have coffee, avena, colada morada, and all day juices to your liking. After breakfast, you’ll find can expect Pollo/ Bistec Saltado, Pollo/ Carne Guisado, the occasional Pescado frito, and other varied options. If you’re lookin for something light, they typically have a varied section of fruit as well. Aside from main course food, their biggest attraction is the juice bar where you’ll get an exactor give you some of the best natural drinks in the area

Service was horrible they don't speak good english. There's hardly any food left over at 3pm & they will not make you more.

By 6pm the food is fairly stale and fairly tough but the price remains expensive. Forget the salad bar, if you can find anything not wet and slimy you're lucky. The meat is chewy so prepare to chew. That said, the staff is friendly.

We were lucky to be the ones who were part of this new restaurant, Jorge, and his family open. They let us be part of their security and audio systems, what we appreciate. We know las americas from many yers a go, they have another excellent restaurant in Ossining where the food was and us incredible, no complains always updates but the food in Ossining good for everybody. Now they open this new restaurant who is beautiful from the color of the walls to the atmosphere they bring you with a background music. I can say the flavor, the smell of the food, the variations of plates never changed, you always got what you want, and this new location is not an exception. You have to choose from at least 25 types of food, chicken, fish, pork, meat 🍖, after you have all you want, in a few minutes you are ready to go or to eat on the tables they have on site. You have to try the natural juice section. All you want or all you can fit for your dreams for a natural juice in a 🥤 Jorge and his family do a good job in the new las americas mt. Kisco. Try it and you will go back again, guaranty. In case you want to know what type of food they serve, Ecuadorian Next time, I will post pictures so you can not just read my comments but decide what you want to eat before you show up.

Very friendly staff and delicious, fresh, and flavorful food. Definitely worth a visit or in my case, a detour off the highway.
