This is one of my and my husband’s favorite places to eat, the food is amazing and we always leave satisfied. The service definitely needs work but the food is always sooo good

Excelente, toman las llamadas rápido, y en cuanto a la comida, las mejores pupusas del área!! Recomendados!! The food was excellent, they take your order quickly when you do by phone (thats a plus because i called to El Nido and nobody answered the phone) The best Pupusas in the area. The flavor is authentic as 100% Salvadoran Pupusas.

This review is only regarding their service. Unfortunately, I was not able to taste their food. I tried placing an order over the phone available in chrome but it doesn’t work. Therefore, I decided to make the drive and place my order in person. I arrived saw only two tables dinning by the time I was done placing my order one of the tables went to check out. Later, one guy arrives to order and another lady few minutes after him. Another 15 minutes go by and a couple walks in to dine in. That’s when I noticed the lady was handing the other pick up people half their orders. I waited a few more minutes as I saw more food boxed up in the kitchen area. Turned out it was the rest of their order. By then it had already passed 20 minutes since I had placed my to-go order. Which was only three Popusas and fries. When I went to the counter to ask the lady if my order was almost ready as I see how she has checked out those people after me she told me they placed their order in advance and to next time call. I told her I did but your number doesn’t work. That’s when she hand me their business card and left to ask about my order. I went back to my table. My table faces the kitchen and was able to see how the cooker was barely taking the fries out of the freezer as the lady repeated my order to her. That’s when I got up again and waiting in the counter to cancel my order. Stood there for 2-3 min but no one came or looked towards the counter…therefore I left without canceling my order. I was extremely excited to tried their food but I was not going to wait another 20 min for my order.

Service: It needs improvement. Food: Not terrible but it doesn't leave you wanting more. Atmosphere: It's spacious but when I have visited it's mostly empty. They do have some Honduran and Salvadorian dishes if you happen to feel like tasting something from home but the food could use some improvement.

They sell delicious Pupusas. I'm definitely going back. ☺

I arrived early for a TooGood To go order and they didn't hesitate to greet me with service and a smile I even went back to my car for something and she came rushing out my food for me and invited my kids to play and gave them some little treats. Amazing food and sweet people!

Tried the too good to go box and got chicken papusas. Absolutely delicious. Ready to try more from here.

Real good and authentic Central American foods. The pupusas are delicious and they dont take long as other places.

The Food is great but you will need a Spanish translator to get your food the crew don't speak any English but their good at listening and trying

Tried this place on Too good to go. It was worth the price and very good. Food tasted fresh and the staff was pleasant

pedi un chocolate con leche. me dieron unos sin leche después de qué yo pedí uno con leche y me dijeron que era que no tenía leche entonces yo les dije yo pedí con leche y no me gusta chocolate sin leche, igual me lo cobraron entonces le digo descuéntamelo porque no me lo voy a tomar no me gusta eso eso no fue lo que yo pedí, me dice que no me lo puedes descontar que porque pagué con tarjeta. Me hubiera dicho primero que no tenían leche y así yo no hubiera ordenado chocolate un restaurante y no tienen leche. con razón siempre está vacio con ese tipo de servicio.

The food here is delicious we almost always get pupusas to go from this place and we are always happy with the quality and flavor of the food. The restaurant has plenty of sitting space and also the atmosphere is great. The people that work there are also friendly and very respectful .. I would recommend this place.

TEN cuidado si vas A ESTE LUGAR. fíjate en el recibo ya te cobran la propina, lo cual está bien. pero cuando le preguntas a la encargada si hay propina incluida te evade la respuesta. Preguntamos tres veces con mi hermano en el mostrador. yo estaba de prisa y aunque era mi responsabilidad revisar el recibo. como cliente esperas HONESTIDAD EN TU COBRO, así que yo de buena gente le puse más propina en el recibo de mi tarjeta de crédito la copia de ellos. al llegar la casa mire el recibo y habia cobrado. Entendí el disimulo de ella y la forma que opera para sacar más propina . lo hiso dos veces con la cuenta de mi mamá también. Así que no es casualidad, de llama malas costumbres. Aparte de eso la mojarra estába redura porque se les pasó la de refrit. Las sopas está bien. Pero me dejo un mal sabor de boca esa experiencia. No lo recomiendo

This place is the worst place you could ever eat at. My husband & I walked into this place to sit down and eat what we thought would have been some amazing Authentic Honduran/Salvadoran food. Unfortunately to our knowledge, having a place to yourself and being the only ones having a lunch is not such a great thing after all. From what we thought would be a quiet nice peaceful lunch, turned out to be the most horrifying lunch we've ever had in our lifetime. This place was very lonely, quiet and it turned out to be for a reason. My husband ordered the plate with pupusas, refried beans, meat & cheese & rice. As soon as he started to eat his pupusas he noticed they tasted as if they've been reheated and were old. He says the beans were nasty and the meat was expired as well. I initially ordered the pan con pollo but unfortunately was informed they couldn't make that plate. (Why? I have no idea?) (It's on the menu) So i decided to go with the pollo con tajadas which is a piece of fried chicken with a bunch of vegetables on top of fried potatoes. The flavor to me was okay up until i took bites of the chicken. Once i started eating the chicken i noticed a bug crawling literally moving right in front of my eyes!!!! I panicked immediately and told my husband i was about to puke and showed him what was in my chicken! He called the waiter right away to our table and showed him the plate of food with the moving bug and he immediately took the plate to the back. He apologized however that was all WE RECEIVED. He didn't even Discount our plate or refund us the amount the food cost. He charged us still for eating those meals and we were absolutely shocked. A few hrs later on that evening I developed a very high fever, shaking & chills and i started vomiting everywhere. I was rushed to an emergency room where i was informed antibiotics and iv fluids were needed to be started immediately. I was POISONED BY THIS RESTAURANT. Please to whomever reads these reviews, take into consideration of the fact that i'm writing my review as a testimony that i experienced and would feel bad knowing this could happen to someone else. We went back to this restaurant a week later and noticed multiple things i wish we would've noticed upon eating here at this location. The microwave they are using is indeed a home setting microwave, nothing of the industrial type of cookware needed to run a business, their licensing has been expired since 2019 & when we were there seeing all of the issues we came across their was even another lady who was making a report about another incident that had occurred. Nobody at this restaurant tried to even sympathize for this situation and all that was stated was for us to contact "their lawyer". I've also noticed upon reading the other reviews on google that their has been other complaints about being served reheated chicken involving the same type of plate/meal that i ordered. I hope this review helps the ones who truly read these reviews and can be of any help to prevent another person from becoming as ill or more than i did.

Awesome food!! Service was great!!! Ambiance amazing!! The best service I've had in a long time!

I give this place two stars as the food was ok but not after this experience.The service was decent as well no issues there. Went in and ordered a carne asada plate forgot the name, a desayuno, two baleadas and three drinks and spent over $50. I was a little shocked when we got the bill as the prices were different. I gave the guy my card and tried hard not to stir the pot until after because I'd hate for them to think I'm just looking for a free meal. BUT I wanted to let them know about the price discrepancy without making a big deal about it. Once he brought my card back I noticed they also tagged on a price adjustment because I was paying with my card....well that's what really tipped my scale as now they've charged me an additional 3% to an already overcharged bill. He told me they changed their prices last week. And then the owner bothered came over with a menu showing me where he has the right to change the prices. Totally agree price of commodities go up but like I told him completely unfair to the consumer if they're unaware of the changes. The encounter was extremely uncomfortable and felt very confrontational on their end so we left. Don't think I'll be back. Lots of other restaurants that are much more worthy of my $$ and this place isn't one of them, check out google reviews others have also experienced issues with extra tips being added.
