If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered my meal expecting something as basic as lime slices to be included but instead, I was told it would cost an extra dollar for a single lime. Yes, $1 for one lime wedge. I was shocked, but willing to pay. Still, instead of just ringing it up, the cashier called the manager down to explain why they charge extra as if I was asking for something outrageous. His excuse? “Times are hard.” Well, times are hard for everyone, not just your business. But here’s the real kicker , every Hispanic customer around me had limes with their meals without being charged a dime. Meanwhile, I had to ask and pay extra. It’s hard not to feel like I was treated differently because I’m not Hispanic. If you’re not part of their community, don’t expect fair treatment. This place clearly picks and chooses who deserves basic decency. Save your money and your dignity, don’t support discrimination disguised as customer service.
