We just arrived a few hours ago and were greeted with beautiful refreshing iced drinks (non alcoholic). The staff have all been very nice. I’m looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. They have L’Occitane amenities which is a great touch. Our room is very spacious with tall ceilings and a huge walk in closet with robes and slippers. While we were out and about, staff turned down our bed, moving the extra pillows into the closet and closing the shudders. There’s a hot water kettle and a French press and a small bag of coffee to make in room coffee. I love all the little extra touches. The grounds are beautiful and it’s in a perfect location.

Majestic doors await you when looking from outside. You have to ring bell to be let in. No strangers passing by & looking at the grounds. Quiet & peaceful after enjoying busy Antigua. Out two bathroom suite was gorgeous & collected antiques were carefully collected. All employees were obviously trained carefully by experts in the hospitality industry. Loved & impressed!

My wife and I just spent four nights at the Las Cruces hotel in Antigua! They have an amazing staff and fantastic customer service. (You can tell the employees at the front desk, in the restaurant, and even the room staff really love their work and care about the guests.. Every single person wanted to ensure we were enjoying our time, provided sincere advice on places to go, and were genuinely warm and caring.) The hotel building is a work or art — filled with beautiful artifacts - and the location is just a block or two from the center of town. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable. We will definitely be back! Such an amazing hotel and great place to spend some time. The views from the roof top deck are amazing…

Truly exceptional boutique hotel, have visited it already 2 times and will return ! The space has special ambiance which is strongly felt the minute you walk through the entrance. The place is hidden from the crowds although has a great central location, and serves as a private collection of art pieces as well which are spread through the hotel and the rooms as well. Has a super limited number of room so better check in advance. The only thing is that this place is unique in its vibes yet doesn't offer dinning or Bar experiences ( at least they were not available when i was a guest) - only breakfasts, it was not a problem since the management could help select and book the best of the restaurants which are available in abundance

Comfortable, private, quiet (room was away from the main street), close to the main square. Room was in excellent condition with very high quality furnishings and toiletries. ||Hot tub was clean and fresh although it needs a lift bar for the heavy cover.||Our main complaint was the lack of filtered water. Our other high-end hotels in Guatemala all offered Eco Filter water dispensers in the room or in the common areas. This eliminates a huge amount of single use plastic bottles.||The concierge service needs to be more up to date and oriented to a discerning clientele.

I had a wonderful stay at Las Cruces Boutique Hotel, a charming and elegant property in the heart of Antigua Guatemala. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a seating area, a big screen TV, a full length mirror, and a walk in closet. The room was also beautifully decorated with antique items that reflected the culture and history of the city. It felt like staying in a mini museum.||The bathroom was amazing, with a shower that had two shower heads for a spa-like experience. The hotel also provided complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water, as well as a mini fridge and a bar with wine, beer, and spirits. The climate control was a big plus, as the hotel had mini splits that worked as heaters and AC.||The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, as it only had 11 rooms. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was tasty and varied, with fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and local dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops.||I highly recommend Las Cruces Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Antigua Guatemala. It is a gem of a hotel that deserves all the praise it gets.
