This was the best food I’ve had in a long time! Tacos were delicious and salsas OMG perfect they were spicy and full of flavor and the aguas frescas you must try im in love with this place! We also got a free consomé that was delicious 😋

The lamb and chicken birria tacos were good. Service was excellent from the young girl at the counter. The nachos were terrible tho. Soaked in Velveeta cheese you couldn’t taste anything else. Shredded cheese would be a better option. Would eat here again but definitely not the nachos.

Overall the tacos were good until I got to my last taco and dipped it in the birra and hair came out with hair all over it . I called the restaurant to see what they would do to fix it the lady on the phone said it wasn’t hers but the hair was straight and long and it makes no sense to be hers if you were the cashier clearly a cook I have short curly hair she said I had to bring the tacos bck to accommodate me which makes no sense bc that’s how I found the hair from eating them . They not wearing hair nets bck in the kitchen and it needs to be enforced immediately

The burrito was okay, wasn’t bad but it could’ve been better. Birria tacos were kinda small.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It is located in front of the Walmart supermarket. It's a small and simple restaurant. But give yourself the opportunity to get to know them. They offer very delicious food in good quantity and at a fair price. In addition, a huge variety of natural juices. The only annoying thing is because they don't offer alcoholic drinks. I was looking forward to a margarita. Good margarita, only Mexicans know how to make it. The service was great. I'm Brazilian, but I live in Columbus (GA). A friend who lives here brought me and my family to visit the restaurant. I've seen some not-so-nice reviews written in Portuguese by Brazilians. But my experience was perfect.

I thought this place was a liquor store. As often as I go to the Walmart I always passed it up until I ordered it on Uber eats and realized how authentic they taste. I traveled to Puerto Valarta on my honeymoon and these taste very similar to the street tacos we had there in Mexico. Very authentic taste as advertised. Even with a long line they moved us through fairly quickly. It’s a very small place but some people order and sit in the car for a few minutes. The tacos are the best thing and the quesadillas look good as well. don’t expect many good vegetable sides, they do have french fries and rice of course. The dipping soup is good with the tacos but I agree with some other reviews that they could use a little bit more seasoning on pretty much everything. Surely we don’t need high blood pressure, but surely it should have some seasoning. The lamb, Cow head and pork are the best because even if they are not seasoned they still have flavor. I think a three dollar taco is technically fair but you need about six of them to get full. The same taco in Mexico is one dollar each. I’m not in Mexico, lol so this will be my new spot plus is right by the Walmart so I can just pop in. The Tortas sandwich was just OK. The bread seemed to be a croissant and I’d choose a different bread. They wrap it up nice, I almost ate the paper lol. See pictures. It’s definitely fairly priced. I had to try a sandwich at a taco spot. i’d highly recommend this place for authentic tacos.

Wow!! I had the Birria Quesadilla (beef) and it was delicious!! And may I also suggest the Birria tacos! They're there in Riverdale but it is so worth the drive from downtown Atlanta. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and the food was very fresh.

The food and service certainly exceeded our mediocre expectations. We went for tacos, but ended up adding veggie quesadillas, rice, Jarritos, and agua fresca to our orders. All passes with flying colors and tremendous flavor. Try the many agua fresca (fresh water) flavors! They are refreshing, slightly sweetened, and are sure to quench your thirst; unlike those diabetes drinks that American Deli serves. The only reason why it’s not getting five stars s because we weren’t able to wash down our tacos with a margarita. Cheers!

Super sweet staff! Amazing music and feels very homey. Little crowded sometimes, but only means it's good! Love everything I have tried here! Birria tacos and soup is amazing! Would recommend!

I'm writing this with trepidation but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I did a pickup order. Didn't eat in. I THOUGHT I ordered a birria quesadilla and a noodle soup with meat in it. The woman at the register and I had a huge language barrier. I didn't understand a word she said other than "beef". And clearly she didn't understand me. So I ended up with just the birria quesadilla. I get home, bless the food and turn on Hulu. F O U R bites!!! 4!!! One, two, three, FOUR!! That's how many bites I took of the quesadilla and had to stop. And then it happened- all four bites came right back up. I have never gotten sick so quickly from eating something. Now mind you, I DRENCHED the quesadilla slices in the consome sauce each time I took a bite. So what do I do? I just spent $14 on this thing and after four bites, I got sick. So I took a break. I air fried two slices and quickly threw the consome sauce away. As I sit here and write this, so far, I haven't gotten sick again. Am I going back? Heck no Make me sick once- shame on you Make me sick twice- I'm a damn fool LOL But again, I think it was the consome sauce. I feel bad but I'm not sure this place is worth it after my small experience. May the odds be forever in your favor! Grade: D- (ask me again tomorrow)

So I had the taste for Mexican food, but I wanted something new. I wanted food from a place I've never eaten before and I found this place. I had drove by it a few times so when I saw it on here, I had to try it. This is more of a takeout place than your regular big Mexican restaurant. I walked in and I was instantly greeted with a smile. It gave me a family owned vibe and the way the cashiers greeted me, made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I was the only customer in at that time and I sat and enjoyed the Mexican music playing from the speakers after I placed my order. With it being my first time I took a little longer to look t the menu, even though I looked at it online (lol). Anyways, I decided to go with three tacos, two lamb and one steak, as well as a side of rice. After purchasing my order, I noticed they had mango fresca. I asked the young lady about it and she provided me with a small portion cup to try it. It was so good, I had to buy it too lol. Onto the food. I got it home and I was ready to dig in. It smelled so good on the way home, I was super excited to try it. I tried the rice first and let me tell you, it was some of the best Mexican rice I've ever tasted in the US. I don't know if it is me, but most of the restaurants I've been to have very bland, season-less rice. Not here. It was full of flavor. The tacos were mouthwatering. Once again, I have never tasted tacos soooo good here in the US. Nice and crunchy with every bite. The perfect amount of onions, cilantro, and cheese. I kid you not, I was eating very slow trying to savor every bite as the food made my tastebuds dance. I was extremely please all around. From the moment I walked into the restaurant to when I finished my food. I would highly recommend this place and have already told my friends and family about it, so now I'm telling my Yelp family!!!

I've been coming here with my sister for quite some time. I will say that this is the best place to get some authentic mexican food. The quality is amazing service is impeccable & the dining area is clean. Every time on the this side of town i stop in and get some elote, birria tacos and street tacos. I introduced my husband to them and he's been hooked too. This place gets a 10/10 all day !

This is my second time trying this place. The fist time I came I tried the birria tacos. The flavor was good, but the consomme was quite bland. This was about a year ago. I ordered an asada burrito, and strawberry agua fresca. The burrito had good flavor, but it was just very soggy. Which kind of ruined the whole thing for me. However, it was a very nice size for the price. The fresca fell flat unfortunately. They had a good amount of business so if you'd like to stop by expect that it might be busy. The service was very good. They also handled a very annoying customer really well I was impressed. Very clean establishment. Limited amount of seating. I would like to give them another try, but will requested that the tortilla be cooked a bit more if I choose to get a burrito.

These tacos are good for the soul! Give them a try when you're on the south side of Atlanta

A M A Z I N G! Go! Don't even think about it. Just do it! I came to grab dinner on a Wednesday night! The line was sooo long but worth the wait. This was my 3rd time here and yet again not a disappointment in sight. The first time I came I got the birria tacos, second time same entree but got the guac and chips! It's great so good! So authentic! & the ladies in there are so sweet! The drinks are fresh and good too but REFILLS ARE NOT FREE! Which I don't have a problem with but some ppl clearly didn't see their sign and it bothered me that they have a sign and men still ignored it and refilled their cups! Act right when you go there. These are good people!!

Horrible food. Nachos had concession stand cheese, too much lettuce and was not tasty at all. Total waste of money. The only thing that was worth eating was the guacamole. Will never revisit again!

I am so disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner. I've come to this complex so much, at the very least every other week for Walmart or GNC or anything really but I've seen and passed by here so many times. I had such a craving for birria and I was in no mood to drive so to Marietta or Buford hwy so I did a quick Google search and this place came right up. I ordered some fried beef birria tacos and some Asada tacos with a side of consomme and the tacos definitely hit the spot. The consomme was a little bland so next time I could do without it for dipping, the tacos were flavorful enough on their own. I would definitely take another trip here and try out a few other things. They have a birriramen I was eyeing to try so I'll keep you guys posted! A great option to have on the Southside, it's worth stopping in for a try!

Excellent small Mexican authentic restaurant in Riverdale. Shrimp burritos are my favorite. Tacos friend with cheese are my 2nd. Quick service and food is always prepared well.

This little hole in the wall by Walmart is a total win for the area! Loved the chorizo tacos! And the asada. Carnitas is mediocre---leaves a lot of flavor to be desired. I wish their tacos were homemade but they aren't. Def just packs of corn tortillas. Now--- their homemade juices are a 10/10. So many to choose from---hibiscus, watermelon, mango and so much more. The Lime and Chia was my personal fav. Loved the homemade salsas as well.

Very authentic restaurant - the Birria tacos were expensive n my opinion. I prefer a place further down 85 the birria was way more flavorful. I got our food to go 6 birria tacos 3 chicken and 3 beef. It was very bland if you will.. i would however come back for the aguas frescas.

I will give this place a 10 out of 10 the atmosphere is a nice little vibe. It is a very small place to go to just clear your mind. Let me tell you about the chicken queso-birria LISTEN they are the best. When I tell you, I can eat these every day and the fried shrimp and cheese tacos are delicious. I cannot get enough of this place. The service is always great when you are ordering they make sure it's what you want they make sure to tell you everything they put on it you just can't beat that. They push hard for good reviews so whenever you're in Riverdale, Georgia, give these guys a try you will not be disappointed.

Food is impeccable. I always order to my job through Uber Eats and DoorDash! I referred many people and they feel the same. Consommé on point. I love the quesabirria!!!

I just moved to Georgia and fell in love with this place today i go to get my usual there's a red head at the counter to my order. After getting my receipt i then ordered a sprite that was not handed to me, i paid and waited for my food in my car. Well i come to get my food and halfway back to work i realized i didn't get my soda, when i returned for it the red headed girl kept demanding payment after i explained to her that i paid.. we'll miss missy called me a lying bitch and then went on to say she doesn't speak English but she does .i hope later they look back on the camera and see that she was lying and she gets fired. If they remove this review i will be reposting. It sucks how one monkey really can spoil a show

Finally found me a GOOD authentic Mexican restaurant on the southside!!! Definitely, will be trying everything on the menu!

Great good and customer service. Tight parking but they serve the food very fast. If parking is full you have Walmart.

I seen them on TikTok and was wondering what it was like. I drove the 33 minutes to the restaurant. The service was good and so was the food. I just wish the tacos were bigger. Definitely a hit tho. Just try it you won't regret it.

The BEST BIRRIA's around! I've never had any before I first tried them. I have tried others , but they don't compare at all. I caught myself buying these tacos every week the lamb birrias , steak tacos, & shrimp tacos are all GREAT! I'm getting tacos on my lunchbreak today

Birra ( Beef ) tacos w consomme were the best !!!! Very fresh , right amount seasoning and spice. Definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic tacos .

Me and my are notorious for trying new food spots. We're Riverdale residents and never knew of this place. Well TikTok inspired us to try out this Mexican spot. I even read Yelp reviews and felt confident that this'll be exactly what we were looking for. Well, let's just say that we both woke up with upset stomachs. The food itself was bland. No flavor at all. I'd rather ride to our go-to spot in the Pavilion. Never ever again

I bought 2 tacos and not only were they bland they were super small also the girl at the register was a little rude

This is my 2nd favorite place for my Mexican fix, but their avocado sauce is EVERYTHING! Love the customer service and the food is great!

I always come here and get the same thing and bring my family . And waited over 45 min for our food cause the girl gave our food to another table without making sure it was there's as the lady keep complaining that her order was wrong they insist to help her I proceeded to tell them that I haven't received any of My order and they gave her our food Without listening to what I have to say her reply is that the cooked don't Speak English and she the only one . I got very frustrated till the point I don't even care for my order nor my husband was hungry anymore . They thought since they brought my food here and there that it was ok . Which it wasn't cause at this point I was OVER it !!!!! With a little sorry they don't speak English. I understand that one it a Mexican restaurant it not the language issue the problem is that she can't handle the situation nor communicate , And blaming the cooks that is working twice as HARD. I always leave a tip and put my tray away and be respectful . But today will be the last time I go there .

This Mexican restaurant is absolutely the WORSE I have ever tried! We ordered a Menudo soup and a Pizole soup and 3 Chorizo tacos. This was a takeout order. When we got home and opened up our food, we find no Chorizo tacos. Instead, they gave us some dried chopped up beef meat in the tacos (maybe it was supposed to be Carnitas?). The tortillas were very dry and had an off flavor and smell. The Menudo and Pizole soups were both salty and the meat tasted very old and had an off flavor. We didn't trust eating the soups, so in the trash everything went! We spent near $50 for garbage! This was so disgusting! I'm part Mexican and I know what good Mexican food tastes like. Needless to say, we are NEVER going back!

I have ordered from them before and very pleased with my order but last night OMG. I get up this morning stomach hurting and feeling bad. I ordered fish tacos got a whole fried fish ok fine but was cooked to hard. My Limon con Chia had something floating in it. I thought ok I drop a crumb. No there is some brown slimy stuff at the bottom of my cup not any chia I have seen before. I didn't have a fork or napkins or a straw for my drink after requested on the app when I ordered. Think it's time to stop eating out again. I feel bad to post this but my stomach hurts and I think I may have to go the ER.

Listen I stumbled across this place based on a Tiktok post, when I tell you they did not disappoint. I tried it randomly seeing as tho its only 5 min away from my home and the Birria tacos were so good me and my husband came back the next day for another helping. Also, don't forget to try to strawberry drink it's so refreshing!!!

The food NEVER disappoints. I'm not too big on the in-house drinks they make themselves (I assume they're authentic Hispanic beverages) so I usually go for the ones in the fridge cause that's just my preference besides that every food item on the menu is absolutely delicious. It's one of the few places that I feel comfortable ordering something new when I go there cause I know it'll taste good

We had the tongue tacos which were absolutely delicious. I also ordered the Lamb Quesabarria which is now my absolute favorite it was "smack yo mama in the mouth" delicious.
