When I say they have a good happy hour, they do!! $11.99 pitchers of margaritas, and beer specials. The margaritas are really good. We always get the jalapeño ones for a little kick. Their bean dip is delish! They have good lunch specials. Try them out! Eat, drink and be awesome.

Google
Nothing spectacular. Normal Mexican restaurant. The Fajitas came out sizzling like they should. Their chips are thick and crunchy. The salsa is mild heat. The staff was friendly but not overbearing. It has always been a staple restaurant here in Arkansas. They have consistent food throughout their locations. Great place to go have some drinks with friends. Take some buddies out and have a good time.

Google
Stopped in for a quick bite after Christmas shopping and we got some pretty good margaritas . The salsa was ideal with warm chips and cheese dip that was really flavorful. We ordered the birra tacos with a side of rice and beans to share because they were truly shareable for two. The tacos however lacked the flavor I expected from an authentic place of their caliber. The consume was also lacking that pop of flavor I expected but it had plenty of fresh cilantro. Our waiter was amazing and he took real good care of us. The sides were amazing and gave me hope that on my next visit the next dish will be something .

Google
I did like the food the variety and flavor was on point. I disliked the service. Service was slow- we sat for about 20 before someone came to take our order. We asked a question about the menu, and the server just said he didn't know and never went to ask anyone else. They nickel and dime you for everything. Take out- plus $.75. ½ serving of extra cheese- plus $2.00. And so on. My wife and I was disappointed overall. It's the little things that make a good restaurant into a great restaurant. Here, they forgot about the little things.

Google
Usually only come here for the desert, chips and salsa, and an enchilada. The desert always hits, as well as the chips and salsa. Xango ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cheese enchilada ⭐️⭐️ The enchilada, well, let’s just say I’ve had better. The tortilla was a little hard, and the cheese wasn’t really melted. Other than that, good. I recommend the Xango (deep fried cheesecake).

Google
We joined a large group of 20+ people to celebrate two birthdays. We were able to all be together in a room in the back. The staff was friendly, they refilled drinks and chips regularly, they sang happy birthday, and we didn't wait very long for our food. The two negatives I would say are that they didn't know who ordered what dish, so it was very hard to figure out who had what when the food came out. Also, dirty plates stayed on the table for the whole time we were there, so it made it tough to do cake/gifts/cards/etc. Overall, everything went very well. If you have a large get-together, I'd recommend Las Palmas.

Google
It's not my first time eating here their food is always good to me. Never disappointed the staff very plight and does a great job, making sure your cups are filled checking on customer's when needed.

Google
Exactly what a gringo Mexican restaurant should be. Great margaritas, friendly staff, amazing chips and dip. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
The food and service is always great. I've been coming here for 9 years. I always recommend Las Palmas in North Little Rock.
google avatar

Yelp
Shame to have a 4 or 5 star review knocked down by the dessert, but alas. If you like flan, this might not be the best bet. I've eaten here twice, and as soon as I got the flan I remembered that last time wasn't that great. The flan was definitely overcooked, or maybe cooked at too high a temperature--it was egg-y and borderline grainy--two things flan should definitely not be. Whoever makes them for the restaurant needs to watch a video de YouTube, or something, and see if they can step up their game. Other than that, the chicken with rice and queso were great, as were the chips and both salsas--house and picosa (spicy). Would definitely eat here again, but would probably skip the dessert. If you never order flan this place is solid 4 stars easily.

Yelp
Called.. They answered muffled... "hello". Ordered large queso to go. Did not acknowledge anyone who walked in. *Large cheese dip shouldn't cost $15 (including tax). I have NEVER paid that much just for a large cheese dip. Besides that, the dip was good! Nothing super special, but I probably won't be getting cheese dip here in the future. $15 is too much.
google avatar

Marcia T.

Yelp
Great food, friendly and quick service! Nice portion of food as well! Their cheese dip is fabulous!

Thomas D.

Yelp
It was average. The fajitas needed more seasoning in the beef fajitas. Service was just ok. It's hard to find quality Mexican food and service in nlr.
google avatar

Cathy T.

Yelp
The food was ABSOLUTELY NASTY. Ate there April 30,2023. They charged high prices and the food was awful. We left it on the plate and went home

John L.

Yelp
If I could give them 5 stars every day I would. The service is always so friendly. The food comes out fast. It's always very good and a great vibe. It's a little place in the corner of a strip mall, but definitely worth the trip.

Danny B.

Yelp
i made a great decision in coming to Las Palmas. Friendly Staff and the food was on point for Tex-Mex. Quick and easy. Clean and overall good quality. Im On the road and needed a place to sit down for a meal and charge my cellphone. There are a few other similar restaurants near by but I would recommend this small business to anyone
google avatar

Rachel E.

Yelp
Food was okay, not the best I've had. My server was very nice. More like a tex-mex place.
google avatar

Kelly V.

Yelp
Ordered chimichangas and there were two candy wrappers in my lettuce. Service was great but very sketched to eat the replacement after finding that
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
First off Jaime is the best server I've ever had! He was attentive and I would come back just because of him. But the food was good too salsa on point. The only thing I would complain about are the seats. They are old I would give this place a 4 1/2 if I knew how.

David S.

Yelp
As this being one of my favorite Mexican restaurants this pains me to give them a bad review But I'm a bigger fan of the Molecate Bowl. I was wondering why it didn't come sizzling. Every thing was perfect except the sizzling salsa verde was not included at the bottom. Big big disappointment iykyk. Other than that give them a try.
google avatar

Yelp
Verdict: Ever find yourself at the wrong Mexican restaurant but you're too hungry and stubborn to go to the one you'd intended? I can only blame myself. I wouldn't recommend Las Palmas. The chicken and beef fajitas weren't bad. The seat kind of felt like a spring was trying to escape upward but that kind of matched the overall feel of the place. It's like when you know a relationship is over but you're just going through the motions because it feels easier than the breakup. I wouldn't recommend asking for the Yelp deal on the sopapillas. First, they're not familiar with the deal. Second, they're not really the sopas you might know and love. You're really getting some hollow donuts heavily covered in cinnamon and sugar. Do yourself a solid. Go to New Mexico and see what all the fuss is about there. Try some green chilé while you're there too.

Yelp
Service was abysmal. I got my cheese dip before I got my chips. Had to ask for chips to go with my cheese dip!!! Got a water after asking at least twice. My meal came after everyone around me, who ordered after me. Food was so so. Not very good.

William F.

Yelp
excellent real Mexico food real fired beans service excellent burritos to die for such nice employees here always on top of your order

Steve S.

Yelp
Great food and excellent service! We were there on a busy Saturday night but they did a good job of taking care of everyone.

Yelp
Ok, three stars - but hear me out! Super fun, family-run place that has it's highs and lows. The highs are really stellar drinks, fantastic food, fun service, and awesome food (there's a giant meal that comes in a huge stone bowl bear. Bear bowl. Stone bear!) The lows are slow service, and if it's busy it can be easy to be forgotten or missed. For example, we had a big group of about a dozen, and we waiting for almost half an hour to get waters for a few people, and had to order twice for food and drinks because people were missed. That was enough for a ding :/ It's also in a huge shopping center between Ross and Petco, which isn't a great place for a sit-down restaurant (to me, at least) and makes parking a nightmare at busy times. The highlights for me were my flaming Mexican Flag shot, the above Stone Bear Bowl (forget what it was called, but it was amazing!) and the "Vampiro Mexicano," which was a very savory cocktail that was some kind of savory tequila drink that reminded me of a Bloody Mary, but they actually made a Bloody Mary with tequila in it work!

Yelp
Pro: Price is right All you can eat chips and salsa Con: I ordered the beef enchilada, burrito, and taco covered in cheese sauce. What I got was ground beef wrapped in tortillas. Enchilada had shredded beef. No beans. No lettuce. No tomatoes. No corn. No onions. No vegetables. I went with my Mexican office partner and she thought the food was bad.

Steve G.

Yelp
Good food good staff. But growing up in New Mexico, it really needed some spice. with winter time, around the corner, maybe they could add some more soups. Like pesola.
google avatar

Shirley M.

Yelp
Ordered chalupa lunch plate with a side of fried jalapenos and a side of sour cream. Best tasting Mexican food Ive had in a long time!! Wish they were closer to home.

Yelp
Had the combo #10 with rice, refried beans & white cheese sauce. Wife had chicken quesadilla & guacamole salad. I went in hungry & got exactly what I bargained for. Possibly the best Mejican restaurante in Sherwood/NLR...I know it's saying a lot, but this is Arkansas. Also had the mini chimis (chimichangas) stuffed with strawberry cheesecake & dusted with cinnamon sugar along with included vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. It was a home run. The service was on point & our party of 7 was well taken care of. Drinks filled so quickly I was caught of guard a few times. Even threw in some extra tortillas to "finish up" the cheesy sauce & refried beans mixture. :) Friends had carne asada & the Mexican mixed grill with shrimp steak & pollo...and cactus. They said these items were very good also. They also offer a military discount. Thumbs up! Dropped to 4 stars because it doesn't compare to Guadalajara!

Yelp
Love the ceviche!!! But the corn tortillas are so so. Will Definitely go back for the ceviche!

Michael G.

Yelp
food was so good me and my girl shed a tear it was beautiful no lie and service was amazing

Yelp
I always hesitate to say "best Mexican restaurant in town." Tastes vary so much. What I will say is that this is my personal go-to Mexican place in town. My wife loves the Chicken Tortilla soup. But I get the fajita taco salad with their house made hot salsa (not the one they bring to your table. Ask for the hot one). Great taste and heat with the salsa. It has become one meal and restaurant I find myself craving often.
google avatar

Ron N.

Yelp
I don't know what I got... But it was good. A really hot plate with good seasoned rice, and beans. The main thing had tortilla strips, blended in with a chicken and some sauce, and all topped with cheese. Also kinda spicy. Mucho Gusto
google avatar

Arnold S.

Yelp
Mediocre. The go to place for mediocrity in a Mexican sit down restaurant. Nothing is wrong with the food and at the same time nothing is really great about it. I was not surprised by anything about the restaurant. If you've been to a Mexican restaurant before you know exactly what this place is like. A just ok one.

Yelp
I have been eating here for over 13 years. There were several days I ate there every day. It is an excellent choice for low cost good Mexican Food and Drinks. Happy Hour is currently all day on Monday and every day after 3:00 PM If you go there, They know me as Brother.
google avatar

Sushil G.

Yelp
Ate there while passing through Little Rock, Very good friendly service, authentic Mexican food.
google avatar

Carol N.

Yelp
Great tequila selection and they serve the huge negro modelo bottle. Order the molcajete (mix grilled carne asada, chicken, shrimp, nopales, chorizo, cheese and veggies serve in a bowl) if you're really hungry coz that sucker can feed the whole village haha...it's very good! Friendly staff and great service. Enjoy!
google avatar

Camden R.

Yelp
Hands down one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. This place has been around for a while. They have some of my favorite queso. The staff is very friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious!
google avatar

Nikki G.

Yelp
Best Mexican restaurant in the area! Carne asada tacos, enchiladas w beans and rice for kiddo and large queso. Delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff.
google avatar

Shannon P.

Yelp
The food was above average and we definitely enjoyed it. I had the combination fajitas and my wife had a quesadilla. The tortilla chips were fresh and warm and were excellent as well. The reason for only 3 stars was the service. Out waiter, Eric, was very cold and unfriendly. He often did not listen properly when we asked him something and made us feel as if we were bothering him. I addition would say "thank you" when he brought something and he would just ignore that and walk away. I wouldn't call him rude per say... but he definitely needs to be more customer focused in a profession where people tip based on performance.

Cynthia R.

Yelp
In town for work and I literally have eaten here everyday for lunch. Great variety, great prices & excellent service.

Yelp
This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. We love Mexican food!!! We always order a large order of cheese dip, mixed fajitas, and beers. Sometimes I order the large beef burrito if I don't feel like sharing fajitas with my husband. I should make a meal on their cheese dip and salsa since I eat so much I am miserable by the time our food comes. =) As soon as you are seated they bring you canisters of their homemade salsa and chips. My husband orders the large Dos Equis Amber with lime, and I stick with my usual Corona with lime. The servers are very quick to get our orders and it's only a matter of time before you get your cheese dip. I have even had them bring my cheese dip and dinner at the same time. They are that quick sometimes! The fajitas are always sizzling and piled high with onions, peppers, and meat. The single order will fill us both up, or we order a double if we want to take some home for left overs the next day. I have ordered a burrito there a few times, but I cannot remember the name. They have several different burrito options on their menus as well as tons of options for other food items. I have a feeling you cannot go wrong with whatever you order there. The restaurant is large with a huge amount of seating. This location would be great for large groups anytime of the day. We have been on weekends with the place packed, and we only have to wait a few minutes for a table. The servers are quick to bring you whatever you need and to clean up after you. They have a small bar, but a nice size bar area with tables and booths to watch games if you like as well.

Yelp
It's very good cheap-fast-Mexican! The menu is typical, but the execution is good. The tortilla soup is REALLY yummy. The flan is mediocre, but mediocre flan is still good, in my opinion. We weren't there for happy hour, but their alcohol prices looked pretty good. I'm definitely going back!
google avatar

Victor L.

Yelp
Great fast service, very reasonably priced. Happy hour drink specials everyday. Had the #9 combination platter with cheese sauce, very good and very impressed consider the location was in a strip mall. I knew I was in the right place when it was so busy on a Sunday afternoon.
google avatar

Marta C.

Yelp
Incredible food, delicious, amazing portions , service excellent .......wooohooo!!! what a delightful surprise!!! ...
google avatar

Jessica Y.

Yelp
Pretty good food!! They need to consider maybe updating this place the seats are completely worn out.... also a little shady with the salsa almost felt like i was begging for more chips and salsa! But overall it was pretty darn good
google avatar

Yelp
All the criteria I look for in a Mexican restaurant. Good food Fast service Ice cold bottled beer selection Reasonably priced Not fancy or pretentious, good solid spot. I bet the yuppies hate it. That makes me like it even more.

Isaac D.

Yelp
Doesn't look like much when you walk past and it really isn't. Sauce was bland and when I asked for spicy they gave me something that burned my tongue. I'm Mexican so I perfectly know what taste authentic or not. Service wasn't very great either. I attempted to speak Spanish with the waitress who clearly couldn't speak unbroken Spanish or English. I was very confused. I ordered a fried fish which she came back and said was out of it. Then also came back and told me they had also ran out of bud light. I only stopped to eat here because I believed the restaurant was associated with the Original Las palmas restaurants in NWA. Most notably downtown Rogers. After scanning the menu I found out they were in fact a copy cat. Was brought my food 5 minutes after ordering. The only assumption I can make is that my food was cooked and frozen due to the rubbery meat I had and then microwaved. Employees seemed very unhappy. I wouldn't recommend the place if the food was free.
google avatar

Malisa K.

Yelp
Going to start with this. Overall the restaurant was good. But for a big city there's no room for mom and pop shops that are mediocre. The horchata was awful, preference though, this horchata had coconut flavor, never had that in a horchata before. Then the fajitas were full of bell pepper flavor, overbearing actually. And the check in free sopapilla was delicious but the man had to run off with my phone for 10 min and didn't want to redeem the coupon but he did anyways. Like I said in beginning wasnt awful by any means but won't be coming back to this Mexican joint. Service: they all collaborated together but you still end up getting semi overlooked even when there's only like 5 tables.

Carolyn C.

Yelp
Our favorite for Mexican food! We've been coming here for years. They have some unique dishes. The carnitas and shrimp quesadillas are some of our favorites.
google avatar

Saya M.

Yelp
Clean place, friendly staff, quick service. Huge portion sizes! My husband and I got a dinner to share and it was huge! We had to take a doggie bag! The food is good. Will come back!

Brittany T.

Yelp
I ordered the shredded chicken quesadilla to go, when I opened up the container it was a soaking wet tortilla filled with un-spiced bland chicken and no cheese whatsoever. This was by far the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. I would not eat it even if given to me for free.
google avatar

Chinna T.

Yelp
I had nachos and a jumbo Margarita. I was so full and definitely enjoyed my drink. Mexican food is always a win for me. I've been twice. Great service as well. Reasonable price for amount of food.

Kim L.

Yelp
Still not worth the effort to go to folks. We were here on a Saturday night at prime dinner time (7:10). literally 3 tables before us. Service terrible, food nothing special and bland.
google avatar

Brian B.

Yelp
I was very pleased with all of the food that I tried. There were 8 of us and everyone was pleased. Good salsa, quest, and guacamole. The service was good and the prices were reasonable. They had a big menu with lots of choices. I will definitely be going back
google avatar

Wayne G.

Yelp
In Little Rock overnight and found this place on Yelp. We both ordered chicken fajitas along with a large cheese dip to share. All food items were very good and service was just fine. I did change-out my iced tea for Diet Coke because the taste was not so good. The only thing I'd like to see changed is the way payment is made. When we left, there were about 17 people in line to pay the cashier. Invest in Square or some other point of sale system to accept payments.
google avatar

Tiona S.

Yelp
Some of the best mexican food, great sevice and waiter. He made sure our food was brought and everything came out fast. Everyone loved what they got. It definitely is a hole in the wall place and If i ever come to little rock I'd definitely eat her
