my tostilocos were very stale i went back to exchange the chips only but they said they didnt have anymore and the cash register was already closed to give me a refund. i was very upset because this was my only place to go too so now i have to find a replacement

If you want to really taste their product. Go to EL MERCADITO ONLY. There everything is fresh. Lady at this location in 3rd st is really rude.

Not great more like nasty under cooked corn! Turns out lady is rude she serves only who she knows, I was first in line in front of cash registers but she asked the guy behind me what he wanted to order, they guy said “I’m not first” lady’s starts flirting with him while we are ordering. Also ordered a raspabo turns out also hella sweet. I would stay away 👍🏻

The Super nachos are amazing although they have gone up in price and sometimes when you ask for something on the side they will actually put it on the nachos and then you will have to take it off but other than that food is amazing they don't have outdoor dining. Its very good quality food. Tortillad are homemade fresh, and the cuts of their meats are quality ingredients. There are some moments where the meat can be a bit overcooked but that doesn't happen very often. Their Burritos Mojados estan bie buenos for sure. Their chipotle sause is bomb. El pollo que tienen tambien es de buen calidad. Full of juicy flavor. Then there are the raspados, ice cream, and esquite and everything is good. Clean environment and good customer service. Always ready in 15 minutes haha.... This is one of THE spots to go to.

We missed this place the 1st time we drove by... Its small and right on the corner. Had to go all the way around the block. They have a small parking lot in the back. Its small and kind of dark inside, but considering the heat outside it was perfect. My kids got raspados and it was a big cup so they were happy. I got a mixed juice... picked what fruits and veggies i wanted, huge cup. We shared the large nachos between 4 of us. It was just a snack so it was big enough. It got crowded really quick. Saw some of the other peoples food and it looked really good. Next time I'm getting the tacos with rice and beans. Everything is priced really good. We'll be going back soon.

Came here with a buddy of mine. This place is a hidden gem in the barrios of east LA. Staff was nice. Their corn and homemade ice cream are excellent!

I drive about 10 miles out of my way to come here. It's my go to spot after King Taco. All natural fruit flavors... not the marmalade stuff. You can taste the freshness and it's inexpensive if you got a lot of kids with you!

I have frequented the 3rd street location for the last 6 months at least twice a week for something sweet in the evenings and food once a week during Covid. I always call ahead to place evening orders as they are always very busy. The last couple of times the phone rings endlessly but i keep trying. Last week i called to place order and response was "estamos muy ocupadas y no tengo tiempo" ("we are very busy and do not have time"). I decided to take the drive anyways. Once I approached the window i overhead a woman telling a young couple that they were very busy and would just have to wait a long while. The young lady turned so red, thanked her and left. I understand times are busy, stressful. I reached out to corporate and no one responded. I whill no longer be patronizing this business.

The lady here is extremely rude! My Spanish is understandable I asked her for a small vanilla ice cream and she gave me attitude repeating "small or big because you keep saying both" I answered her respectfully and said small. I also asked for tostiesquites she went to the back to prepare it she came back and basically rudely handed me an esquite I told her still very polite and respectfully that I had asked for a tostiesquite and she rudely started to argue well I can't understand what you are saying and she brought up the ice cream situation again saying that I was the one asking for the wrong things, how I'm I not going to know what I want to order? I didn't want to argue with her so I just took the esquite and left gracefully. The place seems alright I guess. But the I was upset with the way she treated me.

Okay, so I was SUPER disappointed the first time I came here - the hours listed on Yelp were wrong. I missed closing time by 4 minutes. The second time I came here though I satisfied my pregnancy cravings with some delicious mangonadas. About $5 each. I had two. Life is good.

This place was ok we ordered a corn on the cob, esquite and raspados the esquite wasn't so good it was a bit dry and hard the cheese they use was also very dry and salty the raspado was good I had a mixed of coconut and pecan, overall it was ok not something to die for

This place has the absolute best Mangoneada ever! I have mine with Chacachacas instead of Tamarocas candy. I just love this place. I wish I had one closer to home. Everything I've had here is good. From the rest of their specialty drinks to the esquites and fried potato chips smothered with lemon and salsa.

They never listen to your orders, they always add stuff you don't want. They can be rude sometimes. everyone has their own experience there and mine have never been good.

I had a review her for La Pasadita and I apologize for having a review with negative information in the wrong location. I finally cleared up that wrong review. With that said Las Palmitas is does not get to go without poor marks as well. Let's begin with the Parking. One way nod very little at that. With the La Palmitas vans taking up spots it's hard to fit. Sometimes it's way too hot inside to be serving fresh fruit. The ice cream often looks freezer burned. The lime drink always taste rancid. My daughter likes it I don't get it. But I guess there are peeps who like that. The one good thing is the serve awesome Mango drinks! Very delicious. Mangonadas and other variations. Fix a few items and stars will fly for you. In that 1 mile vicinity they are the best.

Solid Chilaquiles! Eggs done perfectly- I was impressed. Tasty sauce! Rice was good (not hard or over cooked). Nice people. Small but clean dinning room. Public restroom available and clean! Parking is easy. Fair prices. I'll be back.

First of all very very but very rude customer service! As I walk in didn't even give me time to look at the menu and the lady working the cashier was rushing us. Take note the place was empty!I was very exited because their things look good from the pictures, but the way she treated me made me loose all my appetite! This place needs better customer service and teach them how a customer should be treated! Very disappointed!

BUYERS BEWARE. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. When I asked for my esquite I asked the cashier to add extra cheese in the middle and when I got my order not only was the cup not filled all the way through but there was no extra cheese in the middle. The lady taking orders definitely needs to learn what good customer service or not work in food service. Not only is she rude but also not friendly, she definitely doesn't make customers feel welcomed. 1 star for the food, zero for the service.

Foods ok , constantly messing up my orders . And don't even get me started with the rude ass female cashiers. Asked for salsa in the side , said she couldn't give it to me on the side ? Omg! So I had switched from Don Manuel raspados to this. And I went today. Got tostilocos, 2 raspados and some chips.. and OMFG! The lady that was there was soooooo rude.... Con razon they didn't have ni una mosca. Don't think I'll be back... I do recommend raspados Xpress by Target in commerce . just saying... If u want better service..and wanna feel valued as a customer.....

Prior to coming I called and asked at what time they closed, the woman on the phone said they closed at 10:00. I went ahead and ordered and she asked if it was for here or to go, I mentioned for here. My friend who was ordering at the very same time with someone else said he wanted it for here as well and the young lady with an attitude mentioned they were closed, it was 9:08. I ordered nachos and in the picture on their menu it's regular nachos meaning just the chips and and the cheese. I got nachos with a whole lot of god knows what. When my cousin put in a big order for our family back home she gave us attitude. Unprofessional!!

Really love this place, they have a good variety of foods to enjoy. I love the ice cream especially the nuez one. It's close to my house that if I don't need to go to the mercadito for more things and I only want an Esquite this is my next first choice. My mother in law loved the raspado too she'll wanna come here again and so will too.

Went today and grabbed the fried chips to go they tasted like like rotten oil. Very disappointed it was so nasty. I can't believe they don't check the inventory to see when it expires. Smh

Las mulitas de steak are to die for. A soft thick hand made tortilla. Mexico style. They sell mangoneadas, fresh carrot juice, tamales de elote. Delicious. They always offer chile. I'm a mild kinda gal so I had to throw out the chile. I felt guilty and made a prayer before tho. This place has not been gentrified yet, and yet it's Gringo friendly. Everything you find in an ice cream truck, you can find here, including Bionicos and churros locos with cueritos. FIRE. They have bad ass air conditioner. The restroom is awesome, you can breathe. TONS of parking, that guy is a jack. It's awesome here.

I, been a customer since 2019. Well lately this Ice Cream shop called Las Palmitas or what so ever they have BIG HELLA BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICES!!! They are NOT FRIENDLY, NOT WELCOMING, ALWAYS RUDE AF, AND most of the time they do the ORDER WRONG. Now, I'm not a person to be talking NEGATIVE on APPS but guess what I'm writing on YELP so any one that wants Ice Cream pleaseeeee don't go there. WATCH! You will leave unsatisfying because of what they do. I go with my family, friends, co-workers and people l know and is not the first or second time but eventually l leave unsatisfying. I RATE THIS PLACE A BIG HELLA 0 out of 10. I would rather go to the MERCADITO that is on 1st Street and Lorena Street in Boyle Heights... go there better, l wish to talk to there supervisor or there superior. I really enjoy this place. Their nieves, chamangos, huaraches, fresas con crema, etc. pretty much everything we have tried has not disappointed. This is my go to place for nieves and don't forget the tostilocos

Bad service, really horrible attitude, me and my wife lost our appetite, we got something for a few dollars to not be mean and left, we won't be returning.

I like this place, though small it packs quite a punch...I had their Huarache de Pollo, it was delicious....the Horchata was sublime, milky, cinnaminy, and sweet. I couldn't resist trying their Agua de Piña, also delicious and refreshing. I returned the next day and had the Sope de Pollo, again, great. I had their Milky Agua de Fresa..delicious...try it out, you won't be disappointed

I'm sorry I have to give this a 1 star, we ordered chicharrón and cueritos, definitely no flavor what's so ever, I've had this in other places and it's prepared differently, mayo instead of sour cream , they put to much hot sauce, small amount of cueritos. They charge you $1.00 for the use of the debit card, if you use a square card reader it's a 3% charge, so our total was about $10.00 , really your store can't absorb 30¢ of the purchase, This will be my first and last visit to this place

Great spot! Can be a bit small but who cares about the location, I'm here to tell you about the food, not the Raspados or Nieves because everyone already knows these are the best in all Boyle heights. So far I had the wet burrito (green) if you're not that hungry don't get it, this baby is well packed with meat (not beans, rice) that's right meat! If I had to weight it it would probably hit a pound, size lets just say it's huge! Size matters in food and trust me this won't disappoint you. Baby comes drenched in the sauce of your choosing, with melted cheese on top, also comes with avocado and shredded lettuce (on the side of course) a must get. Damage for a burrito is about 7 bucks can't remember but it was cheap. The staff are a bit less joyful but that's because they are busy, which I don't mind just give me my food and we're all good. Last time I went I had the Sopes de asada and again they are amazing, these are quality sopes they are extremely hot but that's a sign that they just made them on the spot. It's literally a mountain of meat, lettuce, cheese, and get this sour cream that's right sour fucken cream! Yeah baby!!! First spot I know that adds sourc cream to a sope with me having to ask them or charging me extra for it. Yes , they also top it off with a tomato but I don't freaken care about it so I'm not going to mention it. (Well next time) honestly I eat 2 sopes from king taco but I can do just fine with 1 here since they are slightly bigger but packed with meat, and maybe a nieve after. I will try the huaraches and I will post my experience soon... Try them and tell me what you think in a review tag me if you can I would love to see what's up

This place has raspados, mexican ice cream, fresh fruit juices, smoothies, aguas frescas, and other traditional mexican food like tacos and enchiladas, and tamales. Pretty good! But be careful because once I left I noticed they have a C.

Food is alright. Waters are delicious. Raslados and ice cream good. The fruit always request fresh cut fruit. They leave it out and in fridge too long. Bad customer service. The hours of business are wrong. They close so early. I think due to laziness

This place pretty much offers everything on a typical Mexican restaurant menu. I've been coming here quite often. The torta Cubana is amazing. Come check it out, you won't be disappointed.

The food has no taste and the customer service is HORRIBLE. The lady's are always EXTREMELY rude for NO REASON. They constantly roll their eyes at you and tell you to hurry up and order because the have "other things to do". Would NOT recommend to come here. Don't waste your time.

The cashier is racist towards other minorities. Ordered on postmates and had my order messed up twice bc the lady refused to take his order cause he was black. When i reordered and got a latino picking up you best believe they accepted it. Same thing happened with an asian guy, he was able to place my order after struggling with the lady and i had to go as far as getting a friend to explain over the phone that i had already paid for my food and they werent only gonna make me pay once but twice. Such a great place but that lady needs to be let go. Racista.

Honestly their food is delicious and all their antojitos. Everything is yummy. But the damn costumer service is horrible. They're so fucken rude af! I asked one of the lady's to put my tostilocos in a bag and put the bag inside the box. She replied to me " you're making me work double" like lady I'm going to pay you sheesh! They have nieve, raspados, esquites, diablitos, mangonadas etc. all the lil antojitos stuff i love! I use to go to this spot often because it was close by & i just coulnt resist the nieve de nuez! Iv had problems before over their times being wrong & them always closing before posted closing time. Their service was never great but i would just ignore the lady & get my stuff & go off happy w/ my munchies. Until the very last day i stepped foot in that place. The lady at the cashier was soooo disrespectful, rude, & ignorant you can tell just a miserable person all around. I wasnt going to feed into her negativity so i left & never went bak! 1 star for the antojitos because the service, location, parking very poor.

The mulitas are awsome..$2.50 and a great size.. The asada has a great flavor n the chorizo is great with a bit of spice. I think the 3$ drinks are way too expensive thats why I did not give them a 5 star ratings but give it a try u wont regret it

They are so incredibly rude here, I go in there feeling as if I'm bothering the employees when I order. They are too busy to worry about the customer even though they have a lot of employees. Not satisfied with the customer service what a shame

Said it closes at midnight on Saturday but is plainly closed at 11:30pm. Made a drive for absolutely nothing at all. Disappointing.

I checked yelp for their hours and once I arrived they said they were closed. According to their posted hours and yelp they were supposed to close at midnight. I was pretty disappointed.

This place has everything!!! From tacos and tortas to fruit and aguas frescas! I had a raspado with lechera and it was so good! Their tacos are so good as well. Recommend this place!

The cashier who is usually a girl has a bad attitude,bad energy for the business;the food is ok but customer service is esencial for any business.
