We stayed here for 2 nights after our hiking trails, looking to do nothing but rest. And this place is the perfect sanctuary for that.
The tented rooms are not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed. Ours had a strong heater and a cozy fireplace, which kept us perfectly warm at night. The resort sits on a huge compound filled with herbs, vegetables, and greenery, making it feel like a peaceful sanctuary.
At night, you can see a blanket of stars right from your deck. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh ingredients (many from their own gardens). They provide a free shuttle to city center until 6:30 pm, and taxis are easy to arrange afterward.
What makes this resort truly special is its genuine commitment to sustainability. Powered in part by solar energy, the resort treats and recycles its own water, maintains a plastic-free policy, and follows a zero-mile dining philosophy with ingredients sourced from its own organic gardens and greenhouses. The glamping-style tents are designed to blend with the landscape and minimize environmental impact, while community programs support local education, healthcare, and artisan crafts. It’s a place where comfort, culture, and care for the land come together seamlessly. Even TIME listed it as one of the world’s greatest places to stay!We left feeling rested, well-fed, and inspired.
