I am writing to share my recent experience during my visit to your store. Unfortunately, it was not up to the standard I have come to expect. Initially, the gentleman behind the counter was rude when we attempted to interact with him. The second young man we spoke to did not want to listen to my needs when we inquired about the flower. Finally, Ricky, who assisted with our purchase, initially took customers behind me first, which was frustrating. However, he was polite when it was my turn to be served. This is not my first visit, but this experience highlighted a notable decline in customer service. As a customer, it should not be necessary for me to initiate conversation or ask about an employee's day to receive basic courtesy. Retail positions require friendly and proactive interaction with customers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future interactions. ,

I don't where to start.....first the amount of care and education these ppl know their stuff.....I just had to talk to them about my wife and I needs and what we where trying to accomplish as far as smoke and edibles during our trip.....and WOW what fanatic service and ppl ...Grandma(aka head owner) you made our Vegas trip one to remember......don't believe me go talk to her yourself you won't be disappointed:)

Had a great experience, they were very friendly and had a good selection of supplies and the prices seem to be very reasonable .. I travel a lot, so these prices were definitely in line a little bit less than some other places I've been to. Especially Illinois is the worst. So these guys are great. Love them would go back for lived here, but we don't so haha good day

Decent prices for Vegas. I'm from Michigan, where it's cheaper. They have a good variety of flower extracts and edibles. We got deathstar cherry pie flower and pink acai. Spend $60 and get an edible for 1 cent.

Late post from our visit on 4/23. We were in the area and were trying to find a dispensary that carried the Heavy Hitters cartridges, found Las Vegas Releaf on yelp and decided to stop by. Was greeted by Gregory who was very knowledgeable and made a couple of suggestions on additional products which we really appreciated. Quick service and we were in and out within 15 minute which was great as I was worried about the general area the shop is located in. There was a homeless guy near the subway, and a guy sleeping on the grass in front of the McDonalds and several questionable people walking through the parking lot. 3 stars for Gregory's stellar service and for carrying the Heavy Hitters brand and minus 2 stars for the location.

I will not be ordering from this place again! Placed an order online for a OZ deal(discount automatically applied). They then texted me stating the price would be 30/40$ over what they originally quoted me. Saying the system applied double discounts. THAT IS NOT MY FAULT, FIX YOUR SYSTEM. After texting back and forth trying to get an explanation they STOPPED RESPONDING. I then called and spoke with a manager and GM Lisa, who would not help at all and would not honor their pricing of THEIR site. THEY OFFERED NO RESOLUTION AND CUT ME OFF THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION. Do not spend your money here!

Pretty dishonest. I called and asked about their specials. And after I went over there, they completely changed up. The manager at this attitude like, "so what". OK man. I see you. And then, the guy behind the counter was like "what's up with the rest of this purchase?" I was shocked that I had to explain to him why I wasn't going to buy anything after being deceived.

You can do better somewhere else. The bud was trash. The selection was limited. The bud tender didn't listen after asking what I looking for. Talked over me. Pushed some over priced bud as the best LV had to offer. Wasn't impressed.

Great sales , good variety, high thc concentrations. Service was fast , staff knowledgeable. Worth the stop if you are in town.

If this is the best weed shop in Las Vegas then I feel bad for you guys. Bud tender Brittany was extremely rude and talked down to my husband and I when we asked for a recommendation on a good joint strain for us to enjoy while visiting Las Vegas. My husband even noticed how rude she was and he never is bothered by poor customer service. We purchased 3 pre rolls, a weed beer and a 2:1 infused drink. My husband said the weed beer was disgusting. The joints were just ok and not very strong. The infused drink was flavored well but not strong. We're from Washington state and I can honestly say the weed here is much more expensive with less potency. To all tourists looking for a good weed shop, it may be worth checking out some of the other options that Las Vegas has to offer. I understand that dealing with tourists can be taxing, but if it causes the bud tenders to be rude to customers when they ask for a mere recommendation, please consider a different option for employment.

3-8-2019...5p.m. Really kool dispensary right on the strip. Laid back customer service. Specials on first time buyers. Lots of edibles to choose from. THC creams and pain ointments. This location has the only THC brewed beer made by TWO ROOTS BREEWING CO.

Buyers and vets beware. They pulled a classic bait and switch on my hubby whose a veteran by not honoring the veteran discount at checkout event though online price quote included the vet discount.

I adore Releaf. I've never actually gone in but I order delivery frequently. They have the best deals in town consistently for flower. I've had to call a few times and the staff is always super nice.

Let's just start off with the fact that if you go through their website, you can get delivery! Yes!! I found everything I was seeking on their website with no problem, and they delivered within a few hours! They also offer discounts for veterans, and provide a warm phone follow-up to ensure the accuracy of your order. The only downside was that they carry a specialized cartridge that won't fit normal batteries on their website, and it isn't mentioned in the listing. It doesn't fit any of the different ones I have, so I wasted $55 on it. Yikes. Other than that, SUPER pleasant experience! (Be sure to have cash on hand for the delivery!)

Accepts stollen debit card numbers and when calling to notify the manager he immediately got defensive before I could even finish my sentence about how I knew. He basically ratted himself out. The incident has been reported to the police.

Came here to kick of MJBizCon week and interacted with some wonderful individuals who were very helpful with recommendations. I wanted to buy a pre-roll and a guy that was working there was able to talk about what he's tried, his faves, which ones are exclusive to that dispensary, etc. When I got to the budtender, I realized I didn't have a lighter on me so I asked to purchase one. They didn't have any but she had an extra on her and was nice enough to give me her personal lighter, that's A-1 service! Coming back here next time I'm in Vegas!

Don't GO!! Waste of your money. My third time in there and the first was a waste. You couldn't pull the weed. The second time I got Kosher Dawg which was great but the third time I went in they didn't have Kosher Dawg. So I once again went off their recommendation and the first time happened again the third time. I have now wasted $30 on crap. I spoke to the manager and she offered a 20% discount. But I will waste 80% of my money again for the third time. Do not get your pre-rolls from here. You will waste your hard-earned money when you can go somewhere else. I wouldn't trust this place EVER and you shouldn't either, I'm so mad. Money down the drain and I didn't get high.

Love that all the staff were wearing masks and were so helpful. We walked straight in, didn't have to wait in a line and the prices were WAAAAYYYYY cheaper than cookies! The products were on point as well! Tony H was such a nice guy and even gave me one of his pins for me to wear on my Fanny pack! I completely recommend this place!

Let me start by saying I love the cannabis here - no complaints. The service though #errrrrt. Professional establishment but the delivery is all over the place. No shows and no calls from drivers. Cancelled jobs at their leisure. Website issues never having the card option. They just dont show up when its needed - so if your getting delivery in Henderson and think this is the way lol #goodluck

Decided to see what all the fuss is over these stores. I have not partaken of any kind of marijuana in over 20 years. The staff here is very professional and will answer all questions regarding the products they sell. The cashier explained how to eat the gummis that I did purchase. She also explained that one cannot take images of the products until they leave the store and must stay in the bag that they provide. I did want to purchase the suck on mints but some of their products one must provide a medical ID card for since they are for medical issues.

Ended up here because the line at Essence dispensary was outrageously long, and the locations are right across from one another. Releaf was a more laid back vibe, a little secluded if you ask me, but the budtender was super informative and actually talked me into purchasing the Chernobyl which I was hesitant about at first but SO glad I went with in the end because it was FIRE!!! Highly recommend visiting this place; and would recommend using cash to avoid their card process but all payment forms are accepted here I believe.

This is for Preston. Can I just say what a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant employee you have. I deal with delivery only so work with Sam, Gae and Preston. ALL are wonderful and knowledgeable and treat me with the utmost respect. I actually look forward to placing my orders because of these 3 AND because you have the best product, prices. and specials in the LV Valley. Please recognize these 3 as they deserve all the recognition for their stellar customer service skills. Please give this dispensary a try. You WILL NOT regret it. Place was really nice wait time was maybe 5 minutes. Some or the stuff I ordered was sold out so I had to pick other items the prices are a little higher than one of the other dispensaries that I've been too but it wasn't too bad I will surely be visiting this place on my next trip back

It is my neighborhood store and it's on my "tour" for visiting friends and family. Good selection. Decent pricing. Convenient. Friendly staff.

" Buyer BEWARE of BAIT AND SWITCH" Wife ordered medication with 21.4%THC and when she opened her delivery envelope she received medication with 18%THC, she called Las Vegas Releaf and they told her that that is what she ordered. The quality of the product was great but the amount for the price was off. I spent over $100 there and I don't think it was worth it

Friendly staff. Came with a few friends and staff were very affable. They knew their stuff and made good recommendations.

We went to this shop on our first day in Vegas. Ended up using my debit card to hold onto cash. Mind you I never use my debit card and strictly use my credit cards to take advantage of rewards. The very next day I get a fraud alert that my card is being charged for all of these fraudulent charges. I haven't used that debit card anywhere else in over a year. The products we bought were ok but on principle I wouldn't recommend going here. Not a large selection of quality.

Placed an order for delivery yesterday around mid afternoon to be delivered between 6-8pm. Got a call around 5pm from them but was unable to answer because I was at work until 5- gave them a callback right when I got off to find that they have no options to speak to a live person on the phone. All of the options circle back and repeat but no one answers. Tried calling a few more times but still the same issue. Then my order was "dismissed" at around 6:30pm with no reason or call to tell me what was going on. The number for the dispensary was listed to call for any issues but...you guessed it, no one answers the phone. To require a $200 minimum for delivery (placed an order for almost $300) and then to cancel the order without a reason is poor customer service- plus not having an actual option to speak to someone about it on the phone. I reached out to them by email as well and have yet to hear a response back. This whole experience killed my vibe- just wanted to enjoy a nice toke at night and go from there but nada. Definitely understand that the times aren't so great right now and maybe orders were piling up, new systems are in place, etc. but it still does not excuse the lack of customer service nor the lack of response. Won't be bringing my business here again unless there is a resolution going forward so hopefully someone will reach back out.

What a reLEAF to find reLEAF! Haha Came here last week in need of a discreet vape pen. After perusing reviews of different dispensaries I finally decided on reLEAF for the many great reviews and vast product selection. So. Glad. I. Did. I was, once upon a time, an avid and heavy cannabis user but haven't really been in the game for a couple years, nor have I been to a dispensary. I definitely needed some help and the associates at reLEAF were hugely interested in educating me. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and there was a sweet girl handing out samples of tea (no thc) and she seemed thrilled to answer any of my curiosities that were popping up as I looked at the menu. Also, the tea was delicious. When my number was called to go into the room where the products are, I was greeted again by not just the kind associates but the lovely aroma of the beautifully scented cannabis flower. Mmmm. The guy that helped us was super informed and he patiently worked with me as I asked millions of questions. This is huge for me. I felt so comfortable and never felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions. He took his time with me and really wanted to provide good service. I settled on a nice rechargeable vape and a pre roll and those were both immaculate. I'm so impressed. So, all in all, whether you're from out of town or you're a local to Las Vegas, rest assured that reLEAF is an insanely professional establishment where you can feel comfortable shopping (and asking questions) to get all of your cannabis needs met. Thanks so much reLEAF. I look forward to this being my go-to dispensary!

DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!! CHECK YOUR CONCENTRATES!!!!!! WE BOUGHT 3.5 GRAMS. Bud tender didn't check any of the wrappers as we discussed strains and terps. They take advantage of you selling you this idea of 3.5 grams for 75 but your assed out of a half gram, called a liar, check the video he didn't check any of the wrappers except to show me the badder on ONE. Got back to the hotel to check out our buys and a whole ass half gram isn't in one of the packages, NOT SEALED EVEN. Called multiple times no one answered, went down no refund given, no help whatsoever except being told "it was there I checked" but you didn't and were assed out of weed. AVOID. No understanding nothing. We're not even from here. THE STAFF IS STEALING AND CUSTOMERS ARE GETTING THE SHIT END OF THE STICK. The staff took the empty packaging back upon returning to sort it out. So we paid 75 for 3 grams not 3.5 grams. SMH. Now it's the principle.

High in price but left me high! Strongly recommend though. Spent a couple of months at a couple different dispensaries and I honestly don't know why but the quality of the flower just isn't the same at all and I can tell that after the first purchase. I'm sure there are even better dispensaries out there but as a starting point I wish I would've started here first when I moved here!

Came to Vegas from Saint Louis for my anniversary trip with my boyfriend. We had been to a few dispensaries (both of our first times!) but we became aware THIS one had the beer we had seen on billboards (which in and of itself was amazing-driving down the 15 to see weed ads!) I've been sober just over 10 years. My boyfriend was excited about it, but I assumed I just wouldn't be able to have it. We go in, and are immediately greeted with warm, friendly smiles. I had a LOT of questions, despite this being my second time in in two days. Andrew (with an M was all too happy to help and answer. My boyfriend then informs me the "beer" is non alcoholic. I. Cried. Straight up, in the middle of the store cried! I wanted to try it, but my sobriety would have stayed in Vegas with my secrets...but NON ALCOHOLIC?!? Lol I cant lie, I made a little scene because I was so happy! Andrew was so sweet, and made sure we were VERY happy! I cannot WAIT to come back! I did end up hitting a larger dispensary, but I will come back HERE as soon as I land in February!! Thanks again!! And special thank you to Andrew! Sorry for the delay...you already know why

Medical grade Marijuana. Yep, and it's good. I visited when it wasn't legal to everyone, but my friend had a medical marijuana card, so she offered to let me look at the selection. I didn't buy, she did. But the place was super clean, super friendly and above all, PROFESSIONAL. They don't hesitate to answer questions, make reccommendations and the like. It can become pricy, but this isn't street weed. This is good stuff.

This was my vacation in Vegas and honestly Cry Torres made it such an amazing experience for me. I don't think I would be able to have such an amazing Vegas experience without her!

Very well organized; from security up front to the budtenders at the end. Big fan of the two roots drinks and petramints - ideal spot for someone who's also looking for low dose products (Petra, Wyld gummies etc) Shout out to Gatti for the awesome service every time I come in.

First off let me give a shout out to Austin. He is a great employee made the experience A+. If fact the team there was great and my favorite aspect of the shop. Between Austin and the (THC free) samples and the ambience I gotta say I'm impressed. They have a lounge area chocolate popcorn all for free they won't rush you or kick you out. They will chat you up about the city the canna industry and their product line. They have a THC infused beer and green tea. The prerolls smoke fine. Prices are high but every shop in Vegas is. They do have good deals so your likely to walk out happy. I learned a lot and walked out with a big bag of goodies. Definitely one of the top shops in town. If your in Vegas go get some ReLeaf

Have been using this business for a long time, hands down the best in town. Love their online website, it makes ordering and delivery extremely easy. Special shout out to the very friendly staff member Anthony "Gatti", always in a great mood and very uplifting of a person.

I love this place! The gentleman at the door, I'm not sure what his name is, but he was so kind and he made me feel very welcome there. The other two guys that were working there were knowledgeable and helpful, and they were also super cool! Oh! And their prices were phenomenal! All around good experience. Highly recommend.

The team member Paris displayed great customer service today when she politely made a courtesy call about my order. They didn't have one of my items in stock not only did she offer a better strain but it costed more she went above and beyond to give me a 10% discount and wave the surcharge for the other strain. She made my first time buyer experience worth it if you ever shop here ask for Paris it'll be worth it.

If you are looking for exceptional marijuana flower and products, as well as the best customer service in town you found the place. I absolutely love Las Vegas Releaf and it's staff. By far the best dispensary in town. Samantha & Paris are so kind, sweet and professional. They are well organized and you can tell they have outstanding management.They are always more than happy to offer suggestions and answer any questions I have. The delivery drivers always are very nice & professional as well. I can't stress enough how much their service stands above the rest. I have been purchasing from them for a few years and have never had a negative experience ever. There is no reason to go anywhere else. Did I mention the rewards program? I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

First... as out of towners, we walked into Essence because of all the Yelp reviews. We should've listened to the guy in the parking lot trying to convince us that Releaf had better prices. Essence was awful - the girl helping us behind the counter acted like we were a HUGE inconvenience (the concentrates had numbers 1-30 with no corresponding list of what was what...) so when we asked about them, she basically said "tell me which one you like the look of and I'll get it for you." With 30 options that was less than helpful. We ended up buying a 1/2g but immediately regretted it when we walked across the parking lot to Releaf. These people are SO nice and knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't act put out by our questions, were happy to tell us about anything and everything and give their opinions. I wish I remembered the guys name who was helping us - handsome tall black man with short dreads. Incredibly kind and informative. Prices were good too - if you spend above $70 you can access $7 joints, $8 edibles, $10 CBD/THC chocolate bar (that would otherwise be $32). Loved this place. Next time we are in Vegas we will be back for sure!

Really enjoyed the items I purchased here. I recently ordered fir delivery which was prompt & quite easy to register here also. If you can, speak with Karen- she's very informative. Personal choice was the O.pen Vape 2.0 (Karen is a product expert with this brand!) I absolutely love it. Along with it I chose a cartridge also sold by O.pen from their Reserve series. It's a little more money but the oil is ultra - refined as opposed to only triple - refined. Ultimately I went with Girl Scout Cookies (THC: 81.50%) but was torn between that & the Blue Dream (THC: 87.74%) I'll be trying the Blue Dream next for sure. Also if you're 1st time patient they will waive the $100 minimum & since mine was $100 anyway, Karen was sweet enough to send me a free pre-roll of Blue Dream along with some WM's goodies. Super stoked on this dispensary. This is one of the smaller dispensaries I've been to, with a smaller selection than say The+Source or Essence - but what I love is that their products are completely different than the aforementioned. The budtenders have a working knowledge of the product they offer, and if the don't have an absolute answer for your question, they'll engage other budtenders to assist. I love that they offer items for our pets as well as us humans - #missdelilah is loving her Up & Moving! I received a pre-roll for being a first-time customer, and that's rad. I like when they throw you a little something as a thank-you - it seals the deal that I'll be back at least once more. They were out of a few things I went in for, which was a bummer - we live in Centennial Hills, so it was a bit of a trip to find that they were out of supply for some stuff. The interior is legit. I love the decor and theme, everything is spotlessly clean and there's a good vibe. Their menu is out in plain sight both in the lobby and in the main store. Bright and easy to read, you can see all offerings, weights, percentages and prices at all times - so there is never confusion on what you are getting and for what price. Check-in and entry are a bit intense, but I respect and appreciate it at the same time. A bit more directional signage would be appreciated at the front of the building, as I seriously thought I was going to access this place through a door inside of Subway. ha! We'll be back, oh yes - we will be back.
