I went in for a quick stop so I didn't get a chance to actually explore the mall well. I only spent an hour and most of it was in the small food court. It's full of really nice stores so you can really have a great time shop. A few of the stores I really wanted to visit were not at this mall at all. The information desk clerk was really help.

Google
It was a great experience..really a cool place with lots of outlets majorly with beauty products of ladies as well as attractive branded jewellery items. There were other branded outlets too but we were is a bit of a hurry so haven't explored the remaining ones. But if you are in Vegas then this is a must place to visit to buy branded items where you can find some amazing offers

Google
Great outlet mall that has high quality stores like TUMI, North Face, Kipling, Ralph Lauren & more. There’s huge sale on Mother’s Day week… ( all stores ). Tips: KUI Korean Grills : great restaurant to get your Bentos … I had $10 Kim Bop ( marinated beef sushi ) It was simply delicious … Transportation: I was staying at Fountainbleau hotel: you can ride a “ double decker bus “: 13 SouthBound Deuce to this premium mall ( get your bus pass ) Returning back to my hotel: take the same bus 13 SouthBound that you took to get to the mall. It will go to the main RTC station. Get out : switch to 13 SouthBound Deuce ( check with the driver ) ** affordable way to get to the premium mall.

Google
Great place to shop. Easy to park. Also electric car charging stations for Tesla & the others. Driving I-15 from LA to Vegas, this is a great place to stop by.

Kenneth Davis

Google
Nice air conditioning mall with plenty of shops to choose from. The main entrance brings you into the food court. Plenty of available parking.

Joan Diaz

Google
A large variety of stores. The parking area is huge. Everything was clean and organized.

Christa R

Google
This outlet center is huge! There are great brands and many are below the regular outlet prices. We had a great shopping experience. Parking was only $5. We will definitely be returning. We also ate at Shake Shack. It was delicious.

Google
An indoor shopping mall/outlet. A great place to escape the blazing 100+ degrees temperature. Parking is plenty and free, unlike the northern outlet. There's food court and plenty of other restaurants to try. Can easily spend a couple hours here shopping or browsing. Stop by Columbia Factory store, if you're a fan. They usually have great sales for both men and women merchandise.

Schquita J.

Yelp
Get there early to avoid the overcharge for valet. If you travel and visiting family bring them with you parking is free. Lol. Great shops something for everyone

Yelp
This was my first stop in Las Vegas. My first day in LV was the hottest day on record for the city, so thank goodness this was an indoor mall. I made a purchase quite quickly starting with some cute keychains at a kiosk. I also went to Ann Taylor and got some work clothes. Pants were still pricey at $70ish each, but I got 2. I walked around to other stores for a bit and ended up at Pandora. Spent over an hour there and had a good time. They have Kate spade but I am not sure if there's Tory Burch here. The food court is okay and even has boba, but I did not buy anything to eat or drink. Overall, the mall has a couple of choices. Reminds me a bit of Ontario Mills outlet but a bit smaller.

Yelp
We came here on Mother's Day, 2024, because we had (1) an exchange to do at The Children's Place and (2) recycle shoes at the Nike store (timberland also has one too, to recycle). A lot has changed! Vanity Fair is gone, replaced by an arcade, Round 1, Japanese themed, I believe. Many brands are no long there, such as the Gap store. There was a discount store, which was $5 and $10; should've known that wouldn't last. Many unknown stores have replaced the known brands. We checked out the following stores: The Children's Place, Asics, Hurley, Vera Bradley, Kipling, New Balance, Timberland, Aeropostale, Loft, Quiksilver, and O'Neill.

Yelp
My first love in Vegas... The Las Vegas South Premium Outlets was the OG place that I'd go before Khol's or any Shopping Center I guess back in the day I had more energy and the spirt of shopping as this massive location seems to go on forever. It is the preferred locations as this indoor air-condioned environment makes it so comfortable to shop and explore each shop with ease with many benches for those that needs the break between each segements are a mini food court and bathrooms for that much needed break, outside are some other restaurants and businesses as well. What I do love at the end of the outlet is Round 1 Arcade which is a huge entertainment complex filled with games and claw machines filled with the cutest prizes I've ever seen, food and refreshments are available here as well it's like the oasis at the end of the desert rainbow that gave me the energy for the journey back to the car. Huge improvements from the past that's filled with shops for the whole family is great service here is the place to have fun and the value to save money. Thank you!

Yelp
When I'm in Vegas, my go-to outlet is the North location, but I had to make a pitstop here at the South location to pick up an order. This is located off of Las Vegas Boulevard, which is close to the strip hotels. We were staying at Mandalay Bay, so it took us less than 10 minutes to drive here on a late weekday morning. This is an indoor mall (great for summer and winter) and have about 140 or so stores, which is less than the North location (about 175). The setup is mainly one long aisle/walkway with stores on either side, and maybe about five short ones that extend perpendicular to that one long aisle, if that makes sense. The stores pretty much overlap with those at the North location, such as Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren, Adidas, and Banana Republic. Here, they have a Nike Clearance store instead of a Nike Factory store, which is supposedly rarer than the Factory store. They also have a Columbia Clearance store in addition to a Columbia Factory store. They also have Vera Bradley Factory, Loft Outlet, Hot Topic, and Lucky Brand, to name a few more different ones. Even so, I still prefer the North location as it's bigger and have more stores that I'm interested in, but wouldn't mind coming here after combing through the other location. What I do like about this area is that in the same lot as this outlet, there's more options for meals: Black Bear Diner, Raising Canes, Dunkin', Panda Express, Roberto's Taco Shop, McDonald's, etc. One or two blocks north/back towards the strip hotels, there's a drive thru Starbucks (and Chik-Fil-A)!

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - 140 outlet stores, medium priced brands. 18 dining options. Unfortunately for me, not one brand I shop at. But this was for my daughter and not for me. Atmosphere - Good size mall. Near the airport - Be safe with your car/rental cars. Increased break-ins, see picture of warning sign at each entrance. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm or 8pm. Service - Good. Price - Depends on what you buy, eat, or drink. Owner Comment - Congrats to the current owners of the Simon Property Group and for this location's success and for all your expansions. 1960's Simon property group founded, REIT. Worldwide company with 232+ properties. 1993 Went public, IPO. 2004 Entered the outlet mall business with the acquisition of Chelsea Property Group.

Yelp
Now I had to come to the other outlet! The South Premium Outlets is located close to town square which is on Las Vegas Blvd but further down away from the craziness! The plaza this mall is in has a varity of different restaurants that are so appreciated because sometimes you just dont want to eat at a food court! lol The south outlet itself is indoors which is absolutely fantastic during the winter and summer months here! They do have stores on the outside of the mall but its okay because they have A/C or they have heat which is absolutely important! The south outlets have some of the same stores as the north premium outlets and the stores they have similar have different options in regards to items which is very nice! Lastly, I so do appreciate the customer service team here! They were all so friendly and put together a gift bag for me for stopping by and experiencing it here! I definitely will be coming back to shop here soon for the holidays!

Nycole R.

Yelp
This isn't like the other outlet malls that I've been to-this one is much more like a traditional mall that is indoors, with some of the larger stores having entrances from the outside. And it keeps going on and on-it's massive! I walked from one end to another, with no particular plan, just wanted to check out the shopping. There was so much to see-so many different types of stores. I had a great time and found a few new gems. There is a lot of parking out front and felt like it was very safe. Happy shopping!

Howard L.

Yelp
This is one of the largest and longest malls I've ever been too! It's the equivalent of doing a full lap around a floor in the mall of America in Minneapolis. This mall should have been a 2 or 3 story mall. There's plenty of parking, I don't even consider this place a " premium outlet " only a handful of stores you can find at premium outlet locations stores sure but a majority of the stores are locations that you can walk into at many strip malls or a typical mall itself. The food court is okay, featured some good options. Most of the stores are mainly clothing or shoe stores so it really lacks variety as well. Not the best mall I've been too.

Andy C.

Yelp
I used to shop there several times per week I would go a few minutes before they open and walk around in the air condition building and then shop at the various stores. I don't shop there anymore. They don't open the mall early - they open exactly when the store open so you can't walk around. I guess I have to take my business somewhere else.

Kimberly L.

Yelp
Everything in one place! Awesome arcade inside too! Bought out the inner kid. Would have lived to stay longer but husband made me leave!! :(

Michelle F.

Yelp
Las Vegas South Premium Outlets is an indoor mall with many great stores. It's ideal in the heat of the summer as it's comfortably cool walking around. We had a lot of fun going to popular stores like NIKE, Michael Kors, Lacoste etc...as well as unique stores like K-Pop, a western boot shop and a kiosk game where you can try to win a pair of sneakers. All the stores offer great deals and sales. There is also a food court and a Starbucks.

Betancourt E.

Yelp
This is a mall with some stores that are unique but for the most part the place is not much different than the many other malls around town. I loved the Nike store and would come back for the Tesla supercharging and the Nike store alone . The coach and fancy gear stores are also very popular .

Judi D.

Yelp
Great mall. Pleasantly surprised no empty store fronts. Malls have become depressing, but not this one. Clark shoes, Lane Bryant, Kiplinger's purses, etc. Clean and bright. Lots of parking.

May A.

Yelp
Located past Mandalay Bay from the Strip [Las Vegas NV] Shopping isn't one of my favorite things to do but from all the many times we've gone to Vegas together over the last 13 years this was my first time stepping inside this indoor outlet mall. We had one mission -- to look for a football shirt/jersey. We walked from one end to the other and did not find one that I liked and the stores that carried them had no women's size (not even youth size). I did purchase one online but it didn't come on time for this trip so here we were. I did accomplish one thing which was finding a birthday gift for my boss... she is one tough person to shop for. What do you get someone who already has everything. Anyway, the stores here were your typical mall stores. Nothing special or out of the ordinary but I was pretty happy that I happened to see the kiosk where I purchased the gift for my boss. This shopping outlet is located just 2.5 miles south from the LV Strip. Review #3102

Diana L.

Yelp
Located on the south end of the outlet mall. Good size store with great selection. Mia and Tati in the store were fantastic. So pleasant and helpful. Offered to look online and order in the size they didn't have and explained it would be free shipping or in store pickup. Highlighted my receipt with the order number and the number to call if I had any issues. Such a pleasant shopping experience with sweet girls who gave you the feeling they wanted to help rather than you're a bother to them just collecting a paycheck. Kinda made my day to come across young hardworking girls with great attitudes. Posted on 2 different Journey stores to make sure it's for the correct store in the outlet mall

Yelp
5 star service goes out to ALDO SHOES here at south premium outlet mall, I came just before the rush hour of incoming clientele and the only guy working was this young kid, Jay. Kudos to him dealing with our multiple inquiries on different shoe styles, constantly running to the back to obtain our sizes, even cleaned the suede shoes for me upfront. He was fast and very accommodating . This is all within helping out other customers. Nonetheless Customer service was 5 stars, friendliness 5 stars, and work was pretty dang efficient. Thank you Jay for making our shopping experience worthwhile!

Pamela A.

Yelp
Excellent service when shopping always a highlight to our trip. Always a must to visit, We feel comfortable when visiting this mall. Love the location, the restaurants, store owners are very outgoing and helpful. Just wondering if someone can help with this question ? we shopped at a kitchenware Outlet but they closed during covid would anyone remember the name they always sold items that were such a great price but the quality and everything they sold was great so if anyone can remember the name of the store that would be very helpful thank you for your time hope you enjoy the review j Service - Excellent Selection - Great Value- Bonus!!!!!

Diane S.

Yelp
It's a chill place, like how all.the outlets stores is basically an indoors strip mall. Very big and lots of brands and variety. Check it out if in the area.

Robyn P.

Yelp
We really liked this mall. I liked the fact that it's indoors, since a lot of premium outlet malls are outdoors- and it's currently hot here in Vegas. There are plenty of stores here to shop in. Nike. Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Hurley, Gap, Gymboree, Sketcher's. Nautical, Coach and Kate Spade to name just a few. There is a lot of free parking amd parking lot is well lit. The mall had a lot of security, and clean restrooms. There us a food court, as well as a lot of restaurants adjacent to the mall. I will definitely return on my next trip to Vegas

Robert S.

Yelp
A great place to spend some time ( and money ) especially now that it's starting to get hot. Plenty of free parking and dozens of stores with teriffic merchandise and prices. Tu Michoacana is a good place to place to have a refreshing drink or a snack and the brand new Round 1 Arcade is the biggest in town and a fun spot for all.

Jasmine A.

Yelp
Stopped by on 11/26/22 (Saturday) for the first time. Me and my family stayed at the Rio Hotel for our Las Vegas trip and had some time to spare. We looked up malls near the area and found the South and North Premium Outlets - we decided to go to the South one. Indoor outlet and it seems small in my opinion. There were some great sales such as Nike. We purchased a backpack for $20 and I purchased running shoes for only $35. Overall 4/5.

Bryan B.

Yelp
Not much of a shopper but today I needed a few things. Have not been to the outlets in a bit so decided to go there. I was very surprised and pleased. The mall itself is quite big with a lot on name brand stores. The stores prices are good and not overly expensive. The selection of store's is vast with some on the outside as well. Plenty of restaurants to choose from outside including outback, chipotle, and chilis. The mall itself also has food courts. Parking should not be a problem as the parking area is huge and patrolled by security and also I seen numerous police cars also patrolling. . The location of the mall is just south of the Las Vegas blvd sign, on the southern side of Las Vegas blvd. So it is very easily accessible to tourist and locals. The mall itself is very clean and very cool a great place to spend a afternoon or just kill sometime

Robert P.

Yelp
1 1/2 minute read: Before the North & South Las Vegas Premium Outlets existed, there was "BELZ". Now, people from all over the USA & other countries, flock here on Black Friday and other holiday specials. We've found many gr8 items here because of the many factory (154) outlets. Casual wear, Western wear, name it, you'll find it. The are acres & acres of parking but trust me, on the days like Black Friday, you'll struggle. OK. Stay tuned. Thanks.

Kev H.

Yelp
If you're sick of being on the busy life at the Strip and need to get away from it while still doing some shopping, I would recommend visiting any of the outlets in the city, and the South Premium Outlets was what we decided to visit. Here you get a good range of stores from the high end names to the casual brands. Also it has multiple food courts with plenty of seats so you can kill time there without being bothered. You can also walk around and check out the stores. We checked out a couple of souvenir stores and it was fun.

Avi N.

Yelp
The best shopping experience, Beat parking, free parking and close to the mall, we didn't need to walk a lot.

Sidéwon Andre N.

Yelp
I recommend visiting when in Vegas. Typical Outlet Mall setup seen in most American Cities. We were here for about an hour but did some shopping at Coach, Guess and a few others. We didn't realized they closed at 8 PM which was a bit early to me so expect that when visiting. Located on the south end of the strip past Mandalay Bay.

Alanah N.

Yelp
A great place to shop this holiday season! A ton of stores, 2 food courts & get your picture taken with Santa while you're there

Ramez W.

Yelp
Premium south review: went on a Sunday and the parking wasn't that bad. Of course as you walk in you and you can smell pretzels Thumbs up for that for that. I ended up walking around for about an hour and got 1 shirt from Calvin Klein that fit well and looked well for about $35 , I guess that's not bad in this day and day & age. Not great but not bad. I asked the lady what days are best for discounts and she said the end of the month for the holiday. I don't think she fully understood the the question but it's all good. In the end I wasn't thrilled with the deals. I just moved from California and was hoping for some better deals. I'm gonna try the north end premium outlets next and see what kind of deals they have. I'm hoping they're a little better up there!

Haley K.

Yelp
Hooray for an indoor outlet mall. Whoever had that idea, thank you. Especially during the steamy summer months. Another plus to this outlet mall, free parking for everyone. There's an ok selection stores & food options are limited. Way less then the north outlets. The vibe there is also quite different, kind of gloomier I guess you could say. Once again, deals aren't really deals & sales aren't really sales. Prices still seem high. But definitely stop in to walk around & beat the heat.

Steve S.

Yelp
Waste of time and energy. Went to shop here during the holiday season and was a total let down. Drove here as parking was free but found that there were no good shops at this location. The cotton candy vending machine is a joke, too. The basic cost was $6.95 plus tax and you get a tiny, disfigured object that looks nothing as discribed at purchase.

Becky L.

Yelp
Review#373....Walking down Memory Lane to Vegas Outlets (South).... This was a planned trip for relatives when they showed up to visit prior to the Pandemic. One can't have properly stayed at Vegas without visiting This Outlet since the Outlets at Primm didn't have That many choices there. You can definitely show off to overseas relatives bringing them here to support fashion biz....just sayin'.... We visited the following stores: Coach, Kate Spade and Tommy Hilfiger....prolly more but can't recall now since this is a long overdue review.

Cindy G.

Yelp
LVSPO is located on the far end of the strip and has plenty of open parking space. It also has a charging station for TESLA vehicles. There are many friendly budget name Brand stores inside and a few located outdoors including, Hanes, Levis, Nike, Ann Taylor Outlet. It's easy to go in a buy a quick gift for someone. One thing I have noticed the past few times I have been in, is that there is only limited types of sizes for clothing and styles but it does get the job done when you are looking for something last minute. The lot also has numerous restaurants that you can check out if you do not want to eat in their food court areas.

Grace D.

Yelp
South Premium outlet is always a go place to me to do shopping especially on holidays. I received this coupon book and immediately took advantage of the discounts. I went shopping at Adidas and found the sneakers that I'd been looking for my husband and enjoyed the $30 off! I always refer this mall to our hotel guests to do their treasure hunting for a cheap price.

Froi I.

Yelp
Definitely, It was a better choice in the summer sweltering heat than the North outlet. This outlet was roofed all throughout , the AC was running strong and food courts could be be found in every corner. I would say the choices are a little less but most favorites are there. Nike though was a little disorganized compared to its counterpart in the North. We found Tommy H, Lacoste, Basic shirt and shoe stores were satisfying enough for our not - too cultured tastes. All in all, a highly recommended place when the temp outside goes to to 100 plus.

Wendy T.

Yelp
Broad choice of most popular vendors, with varied product selection & good prices. Some great bargain finds.

Miki S.

Yelp
Indoor outlet stores It was very nice walking and a lot of my favourite stores All employees were so nice !!

Barry S.

Yelp
Bought a guess satchel first $200. Zipper broke the first time I used it. Took it back to get fixed or replaced. They would do neither Saleswoman was quite snotty. Threw it on the ground, told them to keep it. Garbage. Shoddy product premium prices they don't stand behind Buy Tumi, coach, anything but guess.

Gail U.

Yelp
Summer 2021 Love outlet shopping indoors to beat the heat? Come shop here. This outlet mall is close to the airport vs the outdoor outlet downtown in the California Hotel vicinity. When you enter the center entrance you have your choice of starting from the right or the left. There are shops on both sides of the path you select. There are lots of brands you're familiar with such as Kate Spade, Hurley, Aeropostale, and other Premium Outlet stores. It can literally be a shop til you drop experience. I saw a little boy crying/ whining and a bit cranky behind his mom and sister. Hey kiddo, I know exactly how you feel. I too could go for a cold drink followed by a nap about now.

Dezeray M.

Yelp
As a local, my family and I have always preferred the South Premium Outlet. They are an indoor mall that always feels great regardless of the season. Its nice and cool in the hot summer and warm and comfortable in the winter. The store are always well stoked with lots of merchandise and always clean. Our favorite stores are Nike and Coach. their staff is always friendly.

Elena J.

Yelp
I really enjoyed shopping at the Premium Outlets this year. The vibe was total Christmas and they had great deals. Must see!!

Jennifer B.

Yelp
The one thing I do appreciate about this particular outlet is that it is INDOORS. Whoever finally came up with this idea should be given some props-up points! It only makes sense given it's in the desert and was so glad for it. Came through as I had half a day to kill before trekking back to SoCal. What better way to relax than to do a little retail therapy, eh?! Some people were very mindful about the pandemic as they kept their masks on and followed the arrows on the floor. There were a few who weren't - which is fine because they kept their distance anyway. I also like that there is more than one food court which gives patrons more choices for grub. I got to find what I wanted as well as needed with ease. I even got to try the newly opened Dr. Fish Spa. And with the place kept at a cool temp, I felt glad I didn't have to deal with the heat at each time I walked out of a store's door. And for another plus: it's no more than 10 minutes away from where we stay. A must stop for next Vegas trip

Chelsea S.

Yelp
This is a solid mall! I was just genuinely surprised at how busy it was- I guess malls aren't dead, after all? Tons of stores, and (equally important) lots of eating options. Chances are whatever type of shopping you need to get done, it can be accomplished here. Parking was simple even though it was super crowded!

Antonio M.

Yelp
They will all think your a tourist if you come here. LoL. "Big sales this weekend only.." same signs up for years now. I like to come here a walk around though. This is the closest to a mall on my side of town. Prices are a little high for an outlet mall. But it's decent.

Cindy M.

Yelp
The place more like a shopping mall instead of outlet. But they do have pretty good discount here. Mostly middle range brand. More local here than tourist. Decent value, people are more friendly here because more local. But not too much food option. Mostly foodcourt. If you try to get a drink by the bar. This is not the place for you

Sasha A.

Yelp
This mall left a lot to be desired. We assume things in Outlet malls would be inexpensive. The same Jersey you can find online for $160.00 maximum, stores are selling for $180.00. Walking through there felt like walking through an Egyptian Flee Market. People from kiosks yelling, just a bad experience over all

Wa T.

Yelp
Parking is outside and free, compare to the North Premium Outlet, inside garage ($5). At South Premium Outlet most of the stores are inside.

Kat P.

Yelp
Shopping is my cardio. The Las Vegas South Premium Outlets were great. This place was HUGE! There are upwards of 150 stores here, to include food and drink shops and kiosks. I don't think that we honestly got through the entire complex. My feet were tired! Masks were required, and stores were enforcing masks and occupancy. They really were doing it right. We made out with a few deals from Converse, Adidas, Calvin Klein, Puma and Under Armour. The two latter even offer LE discounts on top of your savings! FYI, I did not come home with an alpaca, much to the charin of Joyce W! The outlet mall was very clean and open, with ample parking. I would come here again to scoop up the deals!

Christina K.

Yelp
Getting too fancy. No longer affordable prices. Biggest disappointment Wrangler Lee Store no longer carry the plus size men's clothing.

Antoinette E.

Yelp
I wanted to stop by for great shopping deals. Many stores to choose from even some I forgot existed. You can walk the whole mall it's shaped like a rectangle so you don't get lost which is perfect. I found everything I needed & some for family since I'm visiting a tourist location. Restrooms & food court were clean and the vendors don't harass you to buy anything. Lol
