"Lasai takes its name from the Basque word for “calm” or “tranquillity”. This discreet restaurant in a narrow street in the centre of the city, just a few metres from the river, invites guests to discover its modern take on traditional cuisine via an à la carte and several set menus (the shorter version, entitled Hiria, focuses on home-style cooking and seasonal ingredients) that showcase dishes with their roots in the region as well as time-honoured flavours. The decor changes periodically thanks to the varied art exhibitions hosted here." - Michelin Inspector

Lovely café right on the river with outdoor seating is a must. Simple clean food. We have the hummus on toast with asparagus, which was delicious as well as the hummus and babaganoush. We also had a cortadito and two juices (carrot and ginger and cucumber ginger lemon) soooo good!

It’s a nice place to have breakfast and vegans can find delicious foods too.😊 Lots of options! I had a yogurt ball with fruits and honey. Had lots of fruits and I really enjoyed it! It’s in front of the bridge between centro and gros. Nice location:) I’m gonna come back to try other ones too. There are terrace seats, two big tables(for 4 people), 2 small tables, and bar table.

Great location on the way to the bus or Gros Train Station. Super friendly couple run this cafe and the food is delicious. Had the peanut butter banana toast and a croissant. Will be back! Update: We have been back multiple times...Bacon, scrambled eggs, and avocado plate is amazing!

Delicious food here, we are coming back tomorrow! Had a healthy açaí bowl and asked for one without banana which they did 🥰

Super cute brunch spot overlooking the canal. Food was done well, coffee hot and strong and vibe welcoming. Great combo of Spanish tapas and western breakfast items. Female owner is super nice with lots of great energy.

It was so yummy, I ordered pancake with nutella and fruits and my boyfriend, una tostada con jamon serano and we both enjoyed it so so much! The workers were so nice and made sure we were taken care of :)
