Lasher’s Kitchen Review - Long Beach - Los Angeles - The Infatuation
"Right in the middle of 2nd St in Belmont Shore, this newish spot looks a bit corporate, and doesn’t ever seen to get busy. But those two facts are misleading, because Lasher’s is excellent. Grab a spot on the small front patio, and feel free to order anything on the menu - it’s a bit all-over-the-place (with everything from crab cakes to a meat pie), but when the food is this good, that doesn’t really matter. The fried green tomatoes in particular are fantastic, as is the cioppino." - Jess Basser Sanders
wonderful neighborhood destination for "food americana" from fried green tomatoes or bacon-wrapped scallops to cranberry-glazed meatloaf, braised short ribs or surf and turf. thursday is "wine lovers night" where corkage is free!

The food is AMAZING. They definitely know steak. Staff is professional and friendly. Only thing for me personally is the seating arrangement feels crammed, but it is a smaller restaurant. I would definitely recommend.
