Worst customer experience ever in my life! After 3 months trying to rebook a flight, hours spent with call centers and useless chats, I give up! Keep your hands off this agency!

First trip with Lastminute went well but second trip went wrong. This is where the problems start. The food at the hotel was poor and inedible. When we contacted lastminute they agreed for us to eat out and keep receipts and claim back on our return home. On our return home our pre booked transport didn’t arrive so we had to get a taxi. Lastminute have agreed to refund the taxi as a good will gesture but have refused to refund the additional cost of food as agreed by them, or even part there off. Typical of a company like this, although I had high hopes they would be different. Unfortunately not. Won’t be booking through them ever again.

airlines cancelled fight and because no other alternative, Bravo confirmed start of refund process. even so, i found on airlines web, that my passenger code has still valid status, but for different flight day without any info from Bravo. stil they repeated, that they placed request for refund but i have written confirmation from airlines, that airlines did not recieved such a request from Bravo. Even i got from Bravo customer service email adress, they did not send at least 1 answer to my emails , 6 times i asked them from september ans no answer. if you dont want to loose yout money - DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS !!!! ist only game with customers . I´m going to pass all documments to my lawyer agency to get money back.

Last minute owns bravofly. Bravofly gave the worst flight booking service I experienced and I fly at least twice a year. The worst of it was that a flight I booked by them was cancelled, and they took 25% of the booking refund to themselves! Stay away from bravofly and lastminute!

This agency is a total disaster. I got a mail about our flight that everything was fine, but when we got to the airport, we found out that the flight was canceled. They don't answer emails,... BE CAREFUL AND BETTER AWAY FROM THEM!

Mysteriusly i got cancel one flight supposly from the airline .. like all the rest of the people here, and lastminute offer my get the refound....before to say yes...i already know am not gonna have any refound from them, and i know already i lost my money. So sad lose all your planing holidays, booking and wishes to go, really sad. I already did everything to reach them and nothing, any answers, always the same answer from them, DO NOT BUY BY LASTMINUTE.COM. this happend couple month ago

Awful! I phoned at the earliest possible moment to rearrange my flight (over a week in advance just after the flights were confirmed). They didn't try till the day before meaning it was already too late to rearrange flights and wouldn't refund or help me in any way.

A company that has a significant imbalance between its benefits and the services it provides to the client, one more company of the bunch, starting with its mediocre and painful customer service, which are robotic human beings, and only know how to derive and filter, to that's what they call solving. You have to deal with an eternal and very slow chat and it is the only communication option you have with the company to solve what you need, in quotes, because you will never solve it, you will only waste your time and energy. Then whatever happens, don't expect them to be part of the solution, they are experts at breaking free and letting you down. I don't recommend this service, it just goes well, if everything is perfect, if you have any problem, that's when you'll really get to know this great company. Quality-price, unfortunate. RUMBO, the worst.
