Best Karaoke Bars in Montreal | Eater Montreal

"This rollicking Centre-Sud bar is a popular neighbourhood hangout and a classic for karaoke. The singing sessions used to take place only on weekends, but a boost in demand means they’re now being held seven days a week." - Eater Staff

Karaoke every Thursday, Friday and saturday nights sometimes for special holidays. Very decent prices- all cash. They do have an ATM machine. The ambiance is always very fun! Poker machines. Labatt products and basic drinks (about 8$). Evenings can get really busy. Good deals like 5shots for 22$. Cool staff! A bit of new decor since the arrival of the new owners. Very cool spot!

Great service! Friendly and joyful staff. The crowd is always down to party! Karaoke is really the best. Very vintage small town/bar vibe.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and what a blast the DJ is! The manager Jade was kind enough to accomodate my hectic large group of friends during a friday night. The other patrons we're all here to have a good time and brought great energy to the karaoke stage. We were able to sing Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Caroline Polacheck, FKA Twigs and heck, even did a duo screaming to Nine Inch Nails with the DJ. The music catalog is quite extensive so to the extroverted artsy queers out there, this place will have a spot for you. (Karaoke is free! But they expect you to atleast have a drink. I can't really comment on the price of them because it was my birthday and everyone was paying drinks for me lol)

Not a bad karaoke place. CASH ONLY. There was an atm on site Prices are reasonable for the beers on hand but don't expect anything but commercial beers ( nothing local)

My friends and I were looking to sing karaoke on a recent trip to Montreal and found L’Astral, which checked all our boxes. Karaoke? Check. Perfect dive bar atmosphere? Check. Extensive Celine Dion playlist? Check. While it was a Sunday night and they weren’t even playing karaoke at the time, the owner was a great sport and turned on the system for us. Star server Jade kept the beer pitchers coming all night long and even belted a few tunes herself. Was such a fun night and was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Montreal.

Amazing staff, karaoke is fun with a lot of variety, and small enough you don’t feel overwhelmed, awesome place 🤟🏼

This place is a legendary karaoke spot in Montreal. The crowd is young, the drinks are cheap. Dont expect more other than the great warm welcome from the owner and drunk fun.

Yelp
Grungy karaoke bar seemingly in the middle of nowhere - but ideal for groups! We were a large group of around 12-15 people. The crowd on a Thursday night was mostly francophone (except our group) so there were as many English and French songs being requested. Drinks are pretty well priced and service was ok. The MC of the night was a nice elderly man who respected the order for karaoke night which is refreshing! Would probably come back on a weeknight if I want the opportunity to sing 4-5 songs on a stage! Usually we'd be lucky to get 2 songs each at other karaoke places.

Yelp
If you go there with the purpose of singing you will have fun. I think that even though the place is a bit old , the vibe is very nice. Fr: il y a une bonne variété de chansons francophones et anglophones.

Yelp
C'est le summum du mauvais goût. Bad taste
