What an incredible culinary experience. As an ex chef to eat such wonderful food that was so beautifully presented, well thought out & created a gastronomic journey to behold. I took one star away for food as one dish of falafel was so out of place and below par it almost put a dampener on the occasion, they flew back in with a wonderful coriander refreshing sorbet. It was insanely refined and wow. I thank the staff for explaining the dishes to us in English, I understand a bit of French but was thankful for their efforts. This place has to get a Michelin star one, I hope they do. Probably the best restaurant experience I've had in my life. C'ètait magnificent, merci beaucoup.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Our Reservation Dear Team, We are absolutely disappointed with this situation. We traveled 400 km from Paris to La Rochelle specifically for this reservation, only to be told at dinner time that it had been canceled due to an issue with the update between your system and the restaurant’s. However, no one informed us beforehand. Beyond the hotel, logistics, and everything else, the least that could have been done was to notify us—whether by email or a simple phone call—to prevent this inconvenience. Regardless of who is at fault, this experience has left us with a terrible impression. Best regards,

We had the degustation 5 course lunch menu with wine pairing (extra for slightly better wines). Everything was fantastic. Would recommend and go back.

We absolutely loved the menu of 5 dishes with accompanying wines. It’s new, fresh, authentic and I’m sure soon will get their first Michelin star. Maybe having just one person and one sommelier serving each table is the only thing missing to get to that star, but the service was overall great and very friendly. Would love to come back 😋

The best experiences are often a surprise. We knew nothing of this restaurant other than walking past we were drawn to the name and decor. In the end it was a wonderful surprise. We chose the degustation menu and we enjoyed every mouthful. The staff were incredibly professional and put up with our lack of French. We are happy to recommend the restaurant at all.

Fantastic address! Excellent creative cuisine, inventively using spices and approaches from all over the world on a basis of local and high quality ingredients.
