Extremely Disappointing Experience with Our Reservation
Dear Team,
We are absolutely disappointed with this situation. We traveled 400 km from Paris to La Rochelle specifically for this reservation, only to be told at dinner time that it had been canceled due to an issue with the update between your system and the restaurant’s. However, no one informed us beforehand.
Beyond the hotel, logistics, and everything else, the least that could have been done was to notify us—whether by email or a simple phone call—to prevent this inconvenience. Regardless of who is at fault, this experience has left us with a terrible impression.
