Food of high quality with sophisticated elaboration and very tasty. Ambiance relaxed and all staff very attentive to customer needs. Open kitchen which shows all the dedication to prepare each dish. A very nice experience worth trying in La Rochelle. Food was so good that we had lunch and dinner on same day and we are willing to return on next future.

Excellent meal. Would definitely return. High level of cuisine, beautifully presented, superb attention to detail, incredible flavours. Friendly, attentive service. We had the 6 course meal - top tip - go for the the cheese course option even if you enjoy desserts! (I won't spoil the surprises)

Visited this Michelin-starred restaurant hoping for a memorable experience, but unfortunately, it was a shit show. On a 30-degree day, the air conditioning was not turned on, making the atmosphere uncomfortably hot throughout our meal. For a 40-euro plate, the portion was surprisingly small—so much so that I had to leave and eat a proper meal elsewhere afterward. The quality of the food was present, but the overall value and comfort did not live up to expectations for the price and reputation. Would recommend only if you’re willing to compromise on comfort and portion size for the sake of the Michelin star.

What an incredible culinary experience. As an ex chef to eat such wonderful food that was so beautifully presented, well thought out & created a gastronomic journey to behold. I took one star away for food as one dish of falafel was so out of place and below par it almost put a dampener on the occasion, they flew back in with a wonderful coriander refreshing sorbet. It was insanely refined and wow. I thank the staff for explaining the dishes to us in English, I understand a bit of French but was thankful for their efforts. This place has to get a Michelin star one, I hope they do. Probably the best restaurant experience I've had in my life. C'ètait magnificent, merci beaucoup.

We absolutely loved the menu of 5 dishes with accompanying wines. It’s new, fresh, authentic and I’m sure soon will get their first Michelin star. Maybe having just one person and one sommelier serving each table is the only thing missing to get to that star, but the service was overall great and very friendly. Would love to come back 😋

The best experiences are often a surprise. We knew nothing of this restaurant other than walking past we were drawn to the name and decor. In the end it was a wonderful surprise. We chose the degustation menu and we enjoyed every mouthful. The staff were incredibly professional and put up with our lack of French. We are happy to recommend the restaurant at all.

Simply Outstanding. Unique in that one guest can have the tasting menu while the other can go a la carte. Magnificent food, beautifully prepared and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend highly enough
