Latin Bakery is wonderful ! We enjoyed a rich, decadent chocolate cake and a perfectly flaky chocolate croissant—and I’ve also tried their savory pastries before, which are equally delicious. Some bakeries leave you wondering if things are truly homemade, but here, one quick peek into the back and you’ll see the amazing ladies hard at work, filling the shop with the most heavenly smells. Every bite tastes like it’s been made with love and care. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a treat—you’ll be planning your next visit before you’ve even finished your first pastry!

Latin Bakery is a gem! Not only is everything I’ve tried there amazing, but the customer service is the best in Austin. The girl at the front with colored hair and cute egg earrings (in cast-iron skillets, I may add) set the standard for customer service. She should train every new and existing restaurant staff across the country. 11/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Speaking of across the country, I have traveled from New York to California and Latin bakery has the best croissants I’ve ever had, hands-down, anywhere in the US. The pistachio cream filled croissant is out of this world, the almond croissant is fabulous, and their butter croissants…I’m going to assume are incredible because every time I’ve gone, they’ve sold out before I got there. Mushroom empanada, spinach, and ricotta empanada, beef empanada, hummingbird cake, and their traditional Peruvian butifarra sandwich are all top notch. Their Matcha is absolutely beautiful, ceremonial grade. Darling ambience, a couple of high top window tables, outside seating, ample parking -as it backs up to the target parking lot. So proud of this business for their quality and creativity! Your community loves you !

Absolutely blown away by this gem of a bakery! As someone who truly loves sweets and good pastries. This place is an absolute gem. Every single item I tried was phenomenal. The cakes are moist, flavorful, and have that perfect balance of sweetness. The carrot cake? Hands down the best I’ve ever had — not overly sweet, super moist, no raisins (which I really appreciate!), and just the right amount of cream. And the frosting? I usually skip the frosting on cakes, but not this time — it was so tasty, smooth, and light. I finished every last bite. The chocolate cake was unreal — the layers were insanely moist and not too sweet, while the frosting brought just the right amount of richness. Together, it was perfection. And the banana Nutella muffin… I don’t even have the words. The flavor, the texture, the moisture — it was all spot on. I’ve always appreciated desserts that taste like more than just sugar, and this place nails it. You can truly feel the love and attention put into every item. Everything tastes fresh, homemade, and created with care. The customer service was just as sweet — I was helped by the kindest young woman who made the visit even better. This is the kind of place I’ve been hoping to find for a long time, and I genuinely wish them all the success in the world. I’ll definitely be coming back — probably too often!

Amazingly Delicious sweets and treats!!! I needed a last minute Tres Leches cake for my Husband's birthday so I decided to give this place a try, and let's just say they did not disappoint! I ordered a tres leches and a dozen alfajores and everything was amazing. I will definitely be coming back here again and spread the word! Hopefully everyone will come and try them out as well!

Already thinking about when I can come back next! The alfajore and beef empanada were absolutely delicious, and the staff were enthusiastic and kind! You know it’s a great place when you walk in and other customers are eager to share their recommendations, and they were so right.

This spot was a flavor sanctuary! The service was warm and thoughtful, it felt like visiting friends. I would say it is better for grab-and-go due to limited seating options. However, the food was worth it. The Pionono Strawberry was a total flirt—sweet, caramel-rich, and impossible not to fall for at first bite. We also tried the Almond Cake, Empanadas, and some solid coffee. Everything hit the mark. My bae went for the Butifarra, a Peruvian sandwich I hadn’t tried before, and wow, it was way better than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu and soak up the good vibes.

Latin bakery’s pastries are just out of this world-and local which is even better. The barista Valeria was super kind and helpful with her recommendations and made great coffee. A great place to get any treat!
