My recent visit to this elegant establishment was a mixed experience. While the atmosphere was lovely, the service fell short of expectations.
Unfortunately, my husband's Chilean sea bass was undercooked. When we brought this to our server's attention, she didn't offer a solution or a discount, which was disappointing.
On a positive note, my steak was a highlight—it was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection.
Despite the pleasant local people, this experience highlighted a general need for improved customer service among businesses here in the Bahamas.
