Surprisingly good Italian restaurant. It's good for Californian standards, not easy coast's or Italian's standard. - Taste is authentic with sundried tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh garlic homemade sauce. - Steak is greatly executed as medium rare. - Scrambled egg is delicious. - The only disappointment is the spaghetti which is dried pasta, not freshly made ones. Store owner says only their fettuccini, linguini and gnocchi are freshly made in store. Will try one of these next time!

This quint tucked away authentic Italian restaurant is absolutely a hidden gem. We have been before for breakfast and the food was delicious so we decided to try for dinner. To no surprise it was absolutely delicious! It is worth a drive to find out for yourself. Great service, great food! Can’t wait to go back!

We came here specifically for the dessert especially the creme brulee and it was a total let down. The presentation was beautiful, very pretty. Creme brulee is supposed to have a rich custard base under a layer of caramelized sugar but theirs was this watery (almost like a yogurt) consistency. It also tasted bland. We had the affogato but the server dumped all the coffee in front us even before we could say something and it turned out soupy. I suggest they ask and wait for the customer to agree if they want them to dump the espresso or not. There's only one small scoop of vanilla ice cream there and it disappeared from all the coffee. 😭

Google
Incredible place, first went here for dinner with my Grandma a couple of times and it has quickly become a family favorite! I love the fried calamari, the variety of excellent pastas, the exquisite desserts, the peaceful atmosphere, and most importantly the good people serving and running the place. I’d recommend this to any fan of Italian Food.

Google
Superb family owned eatery that I like to frequent twice a month. Their Chorizo breakfast plate is flavorful when coming for breakfast. I also love their Thursday night Chicken Parmesan special. The service is next level! The owners are wonderful people as is their staff. Super attentive and very kind. I recommend this spot to all my friends!

Google
Very attractive place that felt romantic while also seeming to be family friendly. I could tell there was pride and effort put into the set up and decor. Was very clean and the menu is extensive. I went for breakfast, but I could tell this was a great place for any time of day (but check the hours first because I think they may close earlier on certain days). Wanted to find a new place I could tell people about, and most certainly will be going back.

We had such a great time here last night, Saturday at 5 pm and a party of four! I made the reservation using the OpenTable app, so easy! Cool restaurant, nice vibe. It is a small location, but it works really well for them. Inside and outside seating available. Table seating and bar also available. Parking can be a bit crowded because of the shopping center, but there is plenty of parking available in that area. At 5 pm, it was just us four, and 2 other tables taken. By the time we left, around 7 pm, the restaurant was pretty busy with all table taken and people trickling in and out. Our waiter, Ignacio AKA Nacho, was very welcoming, very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole time. He was on point! The food was delicious! Prices are average, in par with other restaurants of the same type. We really enjoyed the food, it was filling, tasted fresh, high quality, and of good quantity. We left happy. Awesome time! Until the next time!

Google
Small Italian restaurant in a plaza on the corner of S Weir Canyon Rd x S Serrano Ave. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Staff isn't the friendliest or attentive, but they do bus tables very quickly. They kept trying to clear our table when we were still eating 😒 Felt rushed and couldn't enjoy our time there. Food is OK - nothing amazing and portions could be bigger. For a party of four, we ended up paying over $200 with 1 appetizer, 4 entrees, and drinks. In my opinion, very overpriced for the mediocre food and poor service.

Yelp
Great local Italian food and love that they are open daily for brunch! We've come here many times for meetings or to meet family. We've love the Italian flavors and some of our favorites include bruschetta and the eggplant parmigiana. When you walk in you are greeted by staff and the wait staff is warm and welcoming. You can choose to sit inside or outside. We've met friends and family here so it's a great spot for breakfast/brunch or dinner.

Yelp
Was disappointed with breakfast this morning. Our coffee wasn't hot. My breakfast combo included a pancake that did not come out with my food. My eggs were overcooked and my bacon was almost burnt. The hash browns tasted like they came out of a carton and reconstituted. Our waitress never came back to our table. I had to go up to the counter to ask for it. They brought a Mickey Mouse shaped pancake that was lukewarm - the butter didn't melt on it. And our bill was $47!! We have enjoyed breakfast here for years but this was not good. They need to hire a better cook, upgrade the quality of their food and not be so complacent.

Yelp
This has become our "go-to" favorite Italian dining spot in northern OC. Food is excellent and staff is professional.

Yelp
Met some girlfriends for dinner. Lovely, quaint place. Nice atmosphere, wonderful service. They accommodated our changes to each entree we ordered. Slightly overpriced, but good portion sizes, beautiful presentation and food was actually very flavorful. Sorry the tiramisu was nothing to write home about, a little too whipped cream heavy. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
First time here. I walked in after 8, and they closed at 9, so I didn't want to order a meal. Was just going to have a glass of wine and maybe an appetizer, so as to not be "that guy". The restaurant was still pretty full, and the friendly staff talked me in to ordering a meal. I went with one of the "specials" which was scallops in a wine/butter sauce and a side of linguini. It was absolutely delicious! I almost licked the plate. My only complaint was I thought the price ($42) was a little steep but not too bad (since inflation makes McDonald's $25 now). All in all I spent over $100 for dinner for a couple glasses of wine and that meal, so I can't do it that often. The food was memorable enough and the staff was awesome so I'll def be back, when I have some extra cash lol!

Adriana S.

Yelp
Delicious Italian food. Owner was very friendly came to my table to make sure everything was good. He recommend a few dishes and appetizers. Excellent experience overall!

Yelp
Good food, nice atmosphere nice people but service is lacking - can't get coffee refilled- no one asks - waitress needs to check table more often- still we will come back

Yelp
Are you looking for authentic Italian food? Well look no further. This is definitely on my short list of great Italian restaurants, which is very short. Service is impressive and I love the decor. All very pleasing.

Analee A.

Yelp
First of all the service is incredible. The staff was incredibly accommodating. My daughter said that the bread is the best ever. Pizza is great! Capellini gamberi is amazing and same with the pasta with meat sauce!!
google avatar

Yelp
Food was excellent. A bit pricy but great for get together. Waitress was great and so sweet. I would def go back again.

Yelp
I hesitate to write a review only because we love this place and don't want it to get so busy we can't get in (kinda kidding). This is our little local hidden gem. The restaurant is in a strip mall but the food and service belong in a fancy dining establishment. Any of the dishes we've had have never disappointed. We've taken quite a few friends to share in our little hidden gem and everyone absolutely loves it. I have a basil allergy and they are always very cautious and accommodating whenever possible. *** the only "weird" thing about this place is their restroom location but I think I can overlook because their food is so good

Yelp
This spot is Great.! Well designed menu, and everything my son and I have eaten here tastes delicious.! We highly recommend the breakfast, the lunch, and the dinner.!

Yelp
Was introduced to Latte Da from a friend. Have coming here for a couple of years now. Love this place food is great, service is great, good size menu. Nice atmosphere.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. And the strawberry cheesecake--hands down the best I've ever had. Can't wait to come back!

Daria M.

Yelp
The service was great. Waiter came by to see if anyone needed refills. First time there and very disappointed. I had eggs Benedict. There was water on my plate (probably from the poaching of egg) and it made the English muffin soggy. The Canadian bacon was cold.

Mark R.

Yelp
Great Sunday brunch spot. Inside & outside seating. Great menu and bar area. Noise level high because of popularity. I'll be back.

Lisa K.

Yelp
Nice spot. We went for breakfast and sat outside. It was pleasant. It's strange sitting next to a parking lot but we are in So Cal so there you go. One hiccup, my daughter ordered the breakfast sandwich with NO bacon. It came out with bacon which she politely pointed out. They took it back and brought it right back without the meat. Lol. Good thing she isn't too picky. Also, strangely the bathroom is outside in the back. ‍ Hopefully there are more inside.

Gail K.

Yelp
We are regulars at Latte Da for a reason! Like many of you, we love dining. We occasionally venture out to try new restaurants, mostly in the fine dining category. But we always come back to the warm friendly service and exceptionally prepared food at Latte Da!

Yelp
Great food and service! Wonderful local eatery our community should support! Not too expensive but reasonable for the quality of the food. Lots of appetizers, salads desserts etc.

Yelp
It was our first time here. We went here for a birthday lunch. The staff were incredible, they were nice, informative and attentive. The food was delicious, hot when it came to the table. The ambiance was cozy and clean. We plan on going back!

Yelp
What an unexpected gem! We've only heard great things about this place so finally decided to try it out and it did not disappoint. While the ambiance is super casual and unassuming, the service, food, and drinks all have an upscale feel. We all loved every bite. We tasted each other's dishes and they were all delicious. My husband got the veal with Ragu sauce--it was rich and savory. I got the black pasta special with a white wine sauce that was tangy and fresh. The kids had pesto penne and fettuccine Alfredo and they both loved it. My sister-in-law had a penne pasta with mushrooms and sausage and it was to die for. We can't wait to return and try more dishes.

Yelp
We're staying in Yorba Linda for a few days and were looking for somewhere to eat a real meal. I can only eat at so many fast food or chain places before I'm wanting GOOD food. We decided on Latte Da Ristorante as it was only a mile from our hotel and had excellent reviews. We walked in without a reservation @7pm. There were 4-5 other parties already seated and in varying stages of their dinners. We were immediately greeted and seated. The bus person quickly followed inquiring on our beverage order, delivered a basket of warmed bread with pesto and EVOO/vinegar (sooo delicious), while we perused the menu. I was also watching the meals being delivered to other diners. Our waiter came by and quickly informed us about the specials and with his recommendations. The menu is comprehensive without being overwhelming. I'd originally planned on ordering fried calamari but after hearing about the scallop specials we decided on one of those. We shared the appetizer, which was perfectly cooked with an amazing lemon-butter sauce! My husband had veal Marsala, an excellent choice! The veal was melt in your mouth tender and the Marsala sauce was silken filled with a variety of mushrooms. I chose shrimp scampi, also delicious! It was served with perfectly roasted vegetables, a nice departure from the standard pasta side. Though I couldn't finish the meal, we still had dessert. It was not a mistake! Butter cake topped with vanilla gelato...omg! The cake was so moist, absolutely amazing! The gelato topping it was sweet and creamy. Overall, it was a fantastic meal! I can't wait to go back to try a few more dishes!

Yelp
We arrived on a Saturday around 5:30 and were promptly seated. Not too busy. Our waiter came to the table and asked about wine or beer. I ordered a Peroni which was poured into a large cold glass. Very comfortable table for the two of us. We asked for the Angel game to be turned on and it was. Waiter covered the specials and we ordered. Food was delicious, service was great and we will definitely be back.

Yelp
This place has been completely rebranded itself from its original "coffee shop" roots. They are now a higher end Italian restaurant serving fantastic Italian fare...but still offer the breakfast fare from their original roots, although the bagel and cinnamon roll display case went the way of the Dodo. I had the Capellini Gamberi, a savoury, somewhat spicy dish with angel hair pasta, arrabiata style red sauce, garlic and shrimp. It was delicious. My wife had a penne dish with eggless and she added chicken. Finished off dinner with a tiramisu and chocolate cake, both quite tasty. The ambiance could be a bit warmer if they got right of the bright white accept lighting for warmer toned accent lighting, but maybe that's a personal choice. The service was average, but I think we had a brand new waitress. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
I was craving a meatball sub & they delivered! Super cheesy and full of flavor. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Lunch at 1230 only 1 other couple present. 5 employees in restaurant. Order placed. Not once a follow-up by employees to see if food ok,refill drinks, nothing. Food cold. Very poor services. Very disappointed

Yelp
We were looking for a place for a light dinner and a glass of wine and saw that Latte Da Ristorante had a happy hour that ended at 6 pm. Latte Da is a small casual excellent Italian Restaurant in Anaheim Hills which I have been to many times for breakfast. I had also had previously enjoyed the minestrone soup at lunch which is chock full of fresh vegetables in a delicious broth. Happy hour offers 8-10 wines at $10 per glass, and small/med plates also at $10 each. We chose a mista salad, pepperoni pizza, minestrone soup and pumpkin ravioli. All were delicious, with the pumpkin ravioli being the star of the show. It had 3 homemade ravioli with fresh sage and basil, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. One of the best Italian dishes I have ever had. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Always a great customer experience, every item on the menu is amazing. The champagne is always overflowing!

Yelp
Had a great experience trying out Latte Da for the very first time! My boyfriend and I decided to visit for date night, and the service was on point from start to end. Angel G was our server, and he was so kind and helpful with extensive knowledge and delicious recommendations. He checked up on us regularly and was very attentive to guests. I ended up going with the special, short rib ravioli, and it was SO GOOD!!! The restaurant is a bit pricey, but it was worth it for a nice evening out and tasty food. I recommend!

Yelp
Came here after our hike at Weir Canyon and there's plenty of parking as well as seats to eat! They have outside seating and you can bring your dog with you. Surprisingly good brunch! Got the chicken fried steak ($15), super crunchy and tender paired well with the gravy. Most entrees also come with your choice of bagel!
google avatar

Ann F.

Yelp
Everything on the menu is good! Lots of specials daily. The service is great and the atmosphere friendly. A great neighbor restaurant with friendly waiters. Can't beat the authentic Italian food.
google avatar

Steve W.

Yelp
First of all, do not judge a book by the 'local strip mall' cover! We were greeted with a friendly waiter that discussed wine and food options. We decided on a white wine with sandwiches and a pasta dish. Meatball sandwich is tasty and not too huge like some can be. Wife had eggplant sandwich and enjoyed it. Daughter had a pasta dish she enjoyed wholeheartedly. Lovely focaccia bread with lil and vinegar prior to meal. Nice ambiance without too much loudness. Great old school music with Italian flair. Overall a great local find and we shall return again especially seeing as our daughter is local! A+++

Yelp
What a gem of a restaurant. I feel like it's hard to find decent let alone good Italian food anywhere anymore and this place does it. Had reservations tonight at 6:45 and the place was so busy we ended up waiting about 22 minutes, but it wasn't too bad. We did get seated in some make-shift tables in the back where the table was pretty low compared to the booth seating, but it was fine. Service was pretty good for how busy it was inside and they seemed to be on top of everything. The decor was fairly plain, but felt cozy and welcoming for how dark it was. (Probably dark because of the back table.) Our server was nice and attentive. Because of how loud it was in the restaurant it was a little hard to hear him, but not much can be done there! The bread that comes out for the table is delicious and the sauce with it tastes like it's mixed with fresh herbs. We ordered a bruschetta appetizer and wow. Perfectly toasted bread with chunks of tomato and garlic, and soaked perfectly in the olive oil and balsamic, it was delicious. I ordered the Penne Pesto Pollo and while it was a little runny, it was delicious and the chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. If the sauce wasn't as runny as it was it would've been one of my favorite pesto pastas I've had in a while. My brother and boyfriend ordered the tortellini with vodka sauce and I tried a bite of that as well. The tortellini tasted fresh and the sauce was a perfect combo of creamy and savory. I'm not a big fan of vodka sauce, but it was great. If you check-in on yelp you get a free dessert for the table and while I'm doing no sweets January, other members of the table ordered a cannoli and loved it. Definitely excited to come back and try more dishes!

Yelp
Love this place. It's a small mom and pop restaurant but very nice ambiance and great date place. Food was amazing. Lots of parking as it's in a strip mall. The spicy spaghetti was amazing. Had lots of shrimp and calamari.
google avatar

Lindsay D.

Yelp
Can I just say I absolutely loved all the food from this cute small restaurant. Ordered a special portobello mushroom appetizer that was so flavorful felt like I was eating a piece of meat in a lovely gravy sauce. For entree ordered the special linguini and lobster with shrimp in a spicy tomato sauce just the right amount of spice. Also ordered the Pizza Bianca white sauce pizza, with mushrooms and chicken very flavorful. For dessert the Tiramisu which was literally the best I've ever had. It was light and not too sweet and very unique presentation. Only one Con restaurant is outside around the back of the Restaurant. This was only an issue cause it was raining.

Yelp
It's without a doubt my favorite breakfast spot in the neighborhood .We either dine there or have it delivered on a quiet Sunday.The food is always delicious. I ordered a veg omelet, which was a fantastic combination of fresh vegetables. The potatoes were well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. I've yet to eat a dish there that I didn't enjoy. The restaurant is nice, and the service is excellent. This will always be our go-to for a delicious meal. Did I mention the pancakes ... must have! So good.

Yelp
Not sure what happened to this place but last night was terrible. On top of a $20 delivery surcharge from Uber (which I will gladly pay for a decent meal) we ordered 2 of the Veal Ravioli which at $33 each was a waste as the sauce was overcooked and appeared to be either scorched or burnt as it was an unusual shade of dark brown and way too salty. I usually can see past most issues but having had this dish many times from here I have to ask ownership "would you have served this to your family?" We both ate 2 raviolis and proceeded to throw away $66 worth of our meals away. Do yourself a favor, stay away and find another place. Sorry to be so harsh but again would you have served this to your family?

Yelp
Food was good, small menu, alot of parking. The service is good and quick. You will enjoy it.
google avatar

Fatema E.

Yelp
Great food, best service, the only bad thing about it very small place to the point if your table is next to the bar you will be eating while someone butt in your face. I enjoyed the fact that they waited until my salad was finished before I got my enter. I would go again. Reservation recommended

Yelp
My son, daughter-in-law, and I got horrible food poisoning at breakfast in late April 2025 at Latte Da Ristorante. I had extreme diarrhea the moment I got home, my son and DIL were vomiting later that day. I called and spoke to Manager Marty the next day. He did not seem to be concerned, but took my name and number and said he would call me. I never heard from him! I called back today, weeks later, and spoke to him, asking why he never contacted me. He said he asked around and no other people notified him that they got sick. Marty told me I was the first person in 22 years to complain about getting food poisoning at Latte Da, so he was not going to do anything about it nor refund our breakfast ($73)! He said we must've gotten sick eating somewhere else. I told him my son and DIL flew in from out of state late the night before and this was our first meal together since they arrived. I would give them a zero rating if I could, do not go there! So sad they have no concern about their customers health and never returned my call. They are very uncaring and just dismissed what happened to us!!!

Ernie W.

Yelp
Now that they have expanded their lunch menu to include most dinner items it's very much improved for lunch. Haven't had a bad meal yet and if it was they would gladly add/subtract to improve it. Servers are outstanding.

Yelp
I love the fresh bruschetta bread and the fresh lobster bisque with fresh ingredients, is a must try. The service was very good. They went out of their way explain everything on the menu for us. The ambiance was simply and pleasant

Yelp
It's good, but VERY expensive. Minus points for being so pricey for noodles and sauce.
google avatar

Yelp
This place never disappoints! Their bagels are always fresh and I CRAVE their turkey sandwiches! The banana smoothie is a little pricey ($5.95) but well worth it as a treat :) My friend got the iced chai and liked it! The service is always friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. A great staple in the area.

Yelp
The food is good but when the extra charge is going to be $12 for 4 pieces of shrimp added to a pasta, it would have been nice if you let your customers know in advance (specially when it's a to go order placed over the phone).
