We visited the restaurant on New Year’s Eve, having prepaid the extra charge for the evening. The food was mostly below expectations, except for the fish.
The main issue was seating. Despite having our baby with us, we were placed in an anteroom next to the cloakroom, by a door that opened to -2°C outside. We froze, and our baby was uncomfortable. We asked to be moved to the main dining room but were told it wasn’t possible and would require waiting over an hour. In the end, we celebrated the New Year in our coats.
It felt like we were treated differently, as other couples initially near us were later moved, while we weren’t, even with a baby. On top of that, the bread under the fillet smelled of palm oil.
We left a tip, but we wouldn’t return.
