Amazing authentic French food in the heart of Tokyo! The food tasted very homey and i felt warm/comforted after eating here. The service is great and the staff are all friendly. There is no menu provided for the food, the food menu is on this huge blackboard which they will bring to you. One dish I would like to point out is the fish soup which is impeccable! It’s rich and creamy, almost like a tsukemen soup base but lighter. It is just a little pricey for a small restaurant but I’d say it does match with quantity and service. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic Basque food. One of my favorite French restaurants in Tokyo. The atmosphere and decor is like of a French country house and the couple that runs the restaurant are lovely (they both speak French). I always am satisfied eating here and even with 1 Michellen star, the bill never feels expensive. Highly recommend!

Very good Basque Food restaurant! I tried it for The first time being recommended by a French friend and it was definitely a success! I strongly recommend you to take the Andouillette as it’s the specialty of the area! The beautiful surprises to discover the very nice chef also speaks French as well as his wife! The ambience of the restaurant is very authentic and cozy and the ones are very good too! I strongly recommend you to share a different flight so that you can try different ones as everything is good. Keep in mind that there’s a lot of pork because of the region specialty! Bon appetit 😋

Very good French Basque restaurant in Tokyo. Being the food from Basque area of France, it’s different from a typical French restaurant. The menu is quite interesting, although all dishes are quite heavy, but that’s how it’s supposed to be, I guess. Honestly the presentation of the food is just ok but you can understand and feel the passion the chef puts in the cooking process of each dish. You can see chefs checking the blood sausages every minute to make sure they are perfectly cooked. I found service a bit “cold” but overall it’s a good experience. Selection of wines is not huge but there are a few good hidden pearls in the Basque Wines page.

表参道から少し歩いたところにある、隠れ家的なお店に伺いました。 少し場所がわかりづらいかもしれませんが、その分、知る人ぞ知る特別感のあるお店です。 扉を開けると、アットホームな雰囲気が広がっていて、平日にもかかわらず多くの方がワイワイと楽しそうにお酒やお食事を楽しんでいました。とても居心地の良い空間です。 おすすめいただいたスープは、濃厚で素材の味がしっかりと感じられる絶品！まるで食材そのものを味わっているような満足感がありました。 この日はパテなど軽めのメニューを中心にいただいたのですが、他にも気になるお料理がたくさんあったので、次回はぜひお肉料理もいろいろと試してみたいです。 お店のママさんもとても気さくで、温かく迎えてくださり、また会いに行きたくなるような素敵な方でした。 またぜひ訪れたい、雰囲気も味も魅力的なお店です。
