Whenever we are in the area, we normally stop at Canvas. The food never disappoints. The service is always a step above

Don't go unless you have 4 in your party or more. If u don't, they will let u set like they did to my wife and I. Brought me the wrong food, so I had to sit there and watch my wife eat and 30 minutes later they brought me my food and she had to sit there and watch me eat. They treated the big tables like kings and let us sit. We had to fall them down for everything, even the dang bill and puke bags. Something was way off on the tea, and the marinara was gross. My wife got two small crab cakes and a small salad, and my bill was 90 bucks. One glass of tea was 5 bucks. Worst place I have been to in a very long time. The server said it was all his fault but did not take anything off the bill, and knowing we came from out of town said the next time we come in, he will take care of us. The manager stood right there and listened and never said a word. Spending my hard earned money for nasty food and nasty service is way too much. Thought about calling my bank and having them cancel the transaction but didn't. I just will never go back. Windys right down the street would have been 20 times better and 20 times cheaper. Run from this place unless you go there to drink. People get drunk, and then the food doesn't taste as bad.

My job had a dinner outing for our team. There was a select menu for us so no real changes allowed. However, they would even make the steak more than medium. I don't like meat that has red running out of it and they said they couldn't cook it a little longer. I had to order the pasta. It was good and had a nice atmosphere but if you want people to return, it might be good to accommodate such a small request.

Great hidden gem for families, married without kids or all ages! Loved how everyone had golf carts and a restaurant for the neighborhood.

I absolutely love living in Laureate Park! Sure, it’s pricey but a helluva great location to invest in your main home. Wonderful neighborhood with easy access to 417 and MCO. if you’re raising young kids, you can’t go wrong here.

Yelp
The park is little more than a playground. I get that it is limited space and they make decent use of it, but this is more for the neighborhood than a particular destination to come check out. For the community, it is cool enough and I am sure it is popular enough with the kids.

Yelp
While this park isn't the biggest, it had some really cool elements. There was a zip line and a chair zip line (which we call the "roller coaster"), a 4-person bouncing seesaw-type apparatus and a small climbing playground. An open field of green space and a covered pavilion finish off this park. The kids got bored pretty fast due to the small size but like I said, there are play pieces that you don't see everywhere which was neat.
